Great atmosphere, great covid protocols, very clean, but my gel nails are chipped and peeling after 3 days, I also left the salon with dry hands and nail polish on my skin. I felt that the woman doing my nails was rushing through them and not leaving them under the light long enough. I’m not normally very picky when it comes to nails but I was disappointed with how these have lasted after just a few days, regular polish on my toes is fine.

I have heard great things about PAINT and they did not disappoint! Everyone was so friendly, they have a great selection of colors, and the salon is adorable. Taylor did a beautiful job on my nails and took a lot of care to make sure they were filed perfectly. Seriously the best manicure I have ever had. Plus a yummy complimentary mimosa! I will definitely be back.

It was easy to schedule my appointment online and they greeted me right away. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure scheduled, and the experience was pleasant, clean, and professional. All staff and patrons wore masks and they had me wash my hands before beginning.I will preface that I haven’t had a gel manicure before, but I understood that they last longer than regular polish. PAINT has a 10 day guarantee, which seemed promising. My nails were beautiful and lasted all that day and through the next.On the third day, my index finger chipped. PAINT was very responsive and got me in right away to redo that nail and another that had started to crack. Again, the nails lasted that day and the next before, one-by-one, they began to chip and break. My nails are usually very strong and grow quickly, but six of them broke within the first 7 days.I have no doubt that PAINT would quickly get me in to redo them if I asked, but I don’t really want to put my nails through all the buffing and polish remover again.So in summary—the gel polish lasts a bit longer than regular, but not enough that I’d have it done again. PAINT does make an effort to use non-toxic and vegan products, which I appreciate. However, this may be part of the reason the polish is not as sturdy as I have heard.

I absolutely love this place! They are very accommodating. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the friendliest of staff. The salon is very cute, luxurious, and makes you feel relaxed. They have a wide range of polish types. The pedicure I received was amazing, she took care of the parts of my feet that was much needed and ignored by other shops. I will definitely return!

First time here today and I will definitely be back. The customer service was amazing. Erica, I don’t know where you learned your customer service and selling skills but you are phenomenal! From the second I walked in I could tell how much you cared about this place. She periodically got up to check on customers, cleaned surfaces, even said bye to every customer before she left for the day. Who does this?! Someone who truly wants to grow their business. You work it and hustle! I am here to support it and get the word out to whoever I can. I had my nails done by Taylor who was also amazing. She made conversation and also let me chill and relax knowing I’m a mom who’s excited to have a little ‘me’ time. My nails look fabulous and I look forward to seeing these ladies again.

I really wanted to love Paint. The salon itself is beautiful and all of the staff were lovely. I love that they use non-toxic nail products and I left without a headache like I do from traditional salons. However, I had a pedicure and a manicure scheduled that I was told would be about 90 minutes which ended up taking about 2 hours. I was clearly the last client of the day and my appointment ended up going after their closing time. The manager was actively closing and I felt rushed to get out and not spend the time to let my nails dry fully, so I had to do it in my car. The nail technician also didn’t paint the tips of my nails properly and so it came off within hours. The concept of the salon is great but it seems like they have some kinks to work out.

I had my first pedicure with Miquelle this afternoon. From the moment I entered, I felt like I was in a luxury salon! From the front desk staff to my nail tech, everything was perfect! A complimentary cocktail even came with my service. Thank you for everything! I will be back!

Went to Paint for the first time today! What a great experience. Not only was it clean, but the staff was so pleasant that I felt like I was at a friend’s house! Will definitely go back again!

Visited PAINT for the first time today. Absolutely loved the space’s esthetic! Got a pedi with Bri. She was such a sweetheart and did a great job on my pedi. I opted for the Dazzle Dry polish, and my toes were dry before I left. Love that PAINT also carries Smith & Cult and Zoya polishes. I didn’t take advantage of the complimentary mimosas, but will next time. Will definitely be back!

Love PAINT. Ive now been there twice and it feels like a different experience than a normal nail salon. Amazing customer service and very professional. Has a very boutique feel. They also are doing everything in their power to keep their customers safe during COVID.

I was excited to get my nails done here it all went to bad starting with the phone call saying they don’t have time to remove acrylic nails even though they do it and I also booked for removal and Gelx. So I went to another salon to get the acrylic removed . The same day I got my nails done not even an hour after they proceeded to fall off. One by one falling off with no effort. I called they told me to come in to get it repaired didn’t have time that same day scheduled me for the next day. I decided I did not want Gel x services again and requested a refund. Apparently they don’t do refunds they only do repairs. And was told it was my fault that they fell off because I had acrylic removed. Mind you I never get my nails done so I would have nothing to do with the Heath of my nails .I would say it’s part of client education to inform them that removing acrylic could affect the longevity of the Gel X. They knew I had acrylic on because he told me to go get it removed. I would’ve been more than happy to return but the way the situation was handled very unprofessional.

Terrible policy regarding missing an appointment!! I was charged the full amount, $94, and received nothing!!! This is ridiculous and I will NEVER return!! Be smart ladies, go elsewhere!

I had my first Paint experience yesterday and it was AMAZING! Erica greeted me so warmly when I came in, got me settled in and even got me a mimosa! Bryanna gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. The space is so nicely decorated, spotless with a high end feel without the expensive price tag. Overall I was very pleased with their covid and safety practices. I can’t wait to go back and get my next service!

I made an appointment two weeks in advance when I arrived for my appointment they informed me they do not have enough time to remove my previous gel and do the services I had the appointment for. They tried to set up an additional appointment for over a week or two later, so my appointment that I had already set TWO WEEKS PRIOR meant nothing. They take your credit card and threaten with a no show fee, yet they do not complete what is promised from their end. BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY, if you have an event to go and need a manicure this is not the place because you might not even got promised services and end up with nothing!!

You know, not to be picky but I want a deeper water basin to soak my feet in. The water got cold fast and the chair was not comfortable either...just me.
