I love this place. It was my first time visiting and I can truly say I enjoyed the service and the staff. The environment was clean and safety protocol was followed. The staff was friendly and worked to impress. This is surely a place i will visit again soon.

I have often had my nails done here. I made an appointment for my daughter at 3:15 she arrived at 3:16. They told her she doesnt have an appointment, then at 3:20 they locate her name in the appointment book and then say she is late and wont do her pedicure or manicure. I told them they are wrong they hang up on me then when I attempt to call 2 more times they simply dont answer the phone. HORRIBLE. There is far to much competition out here for your little salon to treat customers in this fashion. I will never spend another dime in this place. Shame on all of you for not owning up to your poor appointment scheduling practices.

Got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My manicure was sloppy and peeled two days later. My pedicure was sloppy and there was nail polish all over my foot. Will NOT be returning. I could have done my nails better myself.

I absolutely love Solon Nails. I recommend them to all my co workers and customers. I think over 80% of all of my coworkers go there.

I asked for a long set she told me I could only get a short set because my nail bed was small and then I’ve bit my nails then she decided to up charge me and I told her that was not professional and to explain to me why she was up charging me she then stated I’m charging you more because your nailbed is short I then said but I’m getting a short set why are you up charging me she couldn’t explain and then rudely kicked me out of her nail salon very unprofessional would not recommend going here !!!!

Not a very clean place! I paid more for the dip powder than any other place. I was charged 50 plus tax for the dip!!!! Over pricing....And price wasnt shown anywhere..... My daughter got acrylics didnt get what she asked for. Very disappointed with this place. Will not return

So when I arrived immediately all i hear is prices being yelled at me...ok I never asked for any price but I noticed it kept going up ...all I got was a pedi and dip powderon hands $105....you hear me $105...why?Never again!!! And not to meantion when I asked about the ombre she didnt want to do it! Smh...do better!

Such a great experience! My nails and toes are so neat and beautiful! I got some gorgeous nail art with some bling that made my nails POP with a nice fall color.My pedicure was very much needed and extremely relaxing. My feet feel amazing!

The ladies were incredible! Accommodated a last minute two person full set appointment. I called a total of five salons that day trying to schedule and Solon Nail was immediately willing to help us! Reasonably priced and peaceful atmosphere.

Omg, got nails done on 2-6-2021 soon as I reached my car and went for handle nail popped off, went back in she told me i have to wait because 2 people was in front of me, how when i was out the door for 1 min, 2 hrs passed and two more popped off, unbelievable! Cant go back i live in Dayton was only in Cleveland for a funeral! Do Not recommend

Ive been looking for a good salon and Im glad that Ive finally found one. Ruby was amazing! Even though they were busy and they had people waiting, she made sure she didnt skip any steps with my nails and was fast and efficient! Super friendly staff. I will definitely be going back!

I got a sns dip set for 65$ came back 3 days later with a broken nail. They charged me 7$ to repair it. Refused to be accommodating and repair free of charge. Been a returning customer for months. Please don’t waste your time and just go across the street. They treat you WAY better.

I was looking for a place that could do dip powder nails which can be hard to find. I love how they last but also don’t damage the nail like acrylics. I have tips added to mine since I can’t keep long nails to save my life. Solon Nail accommodated my short notice appointment and were conscious of getting me in the chair as quickly as possible once I entered the shop. They did a great job on my nails (see the picture) and let me know I can come back in 3 days if anything goes wrong. So far, they look great, feel great, and I can recommend their shop to anyone looking to get their nails done!

Best nail salon I have EVER been to! Very friendly and personable. Never had a bad manicure or pedicure. Always great! I love nail art so I bring photos in of what I want and they always do it. They remember my name and take such good care of me! Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. When I came in to get me and my mother’s nails done, I had told them several times what we wanted. But instead the tech started doing the complete opposite. While my mother has no knowledge of nails, she was told she was getting acrylics. When I came over to check on my mom, the tech was doing gel polish instead. When I confronted the tech, and told her what my mom wanted, the tech got very angry told me to get away, and was gonna allow my mom to walk out with black powder all over her nails until I refused that. The customer service was at 0 for this one. Will never go out here again, and will absolutely never recommend this to anyone.

Rarely do you find a nail salon, let alone a technician/magician that you feel comfortable with immediately. This place is clean and welcoming and Kathy is an artist with a tremendous personality. Ill go nowhere else ever again!

I don’t think she could have colored inside the lines of a coloring boon made for a 3 year old. Going to go home and take this off immediately. Complete wast of time and money.Spare yourself, Go across the street to square one.

This is the second time that I have attempted to get my nails done there. I figured I would try again. The first time the man asked the lady who sits up front who is his wife if she could do my nails. They werent busy and she said no. That was a few months ago. Okay so I figured I would give them a try again today. Once again they werent busy I needed a fill and a repair. She said no my nails are too long which they are not, they are the average length. Then the man says can you come back tomorrow. I told him no and walked out. Never again will I patronize this place. I couldve understood if they were busy but they werent.

My experience is always good. Staff is really nice....Family atmosphere is welcoming. Kathy did a super nice job on my nails. Look forward to always going back. Would recommend to others. Thanks.😊

I love this place! Im so glad I gave it a try. I came in as a walk in with my 4 year old son and with my nails busted from another salon. They couldve said not today which I wouldve understood but they fit me in and chi helped me keep my little guy occupied for the visit. She got my natural nails back on track. I love the nail dip which she suggested (I probably never would have considered it otherwise). $35 and my nails are done for 3 weeks. Chi always reminds me that I can come back for repair if the color chips or if my nail cracks and she will repair it for free but nothing has happened. No fuss, get in, get out kind of service. Love love love it

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to get my gel polish removed and I left there with my nails looking abused. They now look rough and there are still pieces of gel. They obviously didn’t care because I wasn’t getting a manicure after but I deserve more especially for $10 to remove something. The place is also very messy with junk and there are nail shavings everywhere. Very unsanitary. I DO NOT recommend.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone unless they go to one of the owners to get their nails done. The male nail Tech is awful. He dont listen when you ask him to do certain things, and hes very rough on your hands. I simply asked him to file down my nails and make them less pointy and he wanted to go back-and-forth with me. To the point where I just wanted to leave. Never again

After searching for 2hrs. to find a place to get a pedi, I found Solon Nail. The girl was nice, the facility was clean but I walked out feeling incomplete, I asked several times for a design and she said yes several times but when I asked if she was going to finish I was told she was done with no design, just my color. I wont recommend them and I wont go back

I always have a great experience here! Its completely friendly and professional and I always leave satisfied. The staff is really nice and they always try and get to know you on a personal level. Its all the way around a great nail experience!

This was my 1st time coming to Solon nail and wow this place is amazing friendly sweet staff. Kathy who took care of me did a amazing job on my toe nails and my nails, my nails look amazing shape color and length just how I wanted them. I will be defiantly coming back to get my nails done !!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible and very unprofessional. I came to get A fill on 11/09/2017 and had to go back 11/10/2017. Why? Because the nail tech who did my nails did a rushed job. And had absolutely no care in the world for customer satisfaction. If course I called and informed them that the same night I got my nails done, the gel polish and nail chipped. Half the tip came off and on my pointer finger the nail was lifting. The owner says to me how far are you because she waiting for you and ready to go home. They acted as if I was inconvincing them. When I was the one who paid to get my nails done, left a tip, and then have to come back because she couldnt do her job. Never again !

The owners are the sweetest ppl ever! They make sure you are comfortable & you are happy before you leave!!! I love the workers!

Friendly faces relaxing atmosphere and great service

I went into this nail salon for a simple fill in! My nail tech was friendly, but she cut my cuticle with the drill and as I sat bleeding in the chair, she tried to excuse her actions and proceeded to say it was because my nails were in bad shape?! I bypassed that, she cleaned the cuticle and proceeded to do my nails. I went to wash my hands, and at the sink they have brushes to clean your nails. I took a brush from their bin labeled clean and scrubbed my cuticles and nails. 2 days after my cuticles because infected. I was seen and given antibiotics. Today my cuticles are just now healing, I have the pictures. They said there was nothing they could do for me, and that they cant monitor sanitation they seen thousands of people daily? I am not satisfied with the care here and how they disregards their customers after I paid $32 for a simple fill in (not get fill). I will never return and I advise customers not to use their brushes at the sink, they are unable to monitor sanitation

Awful customer service. I walked in to get a full set dip and pedicure. First I was told I would have a 30 min wait which is understandable since I was a walk in. They then sat me immediately after I said I didn’t mind waiting. The nail tech that did my pedicure kept digging her nail into my toe after I asked her to stop twice. She avoided painting the sides of my toe nails and left my cuticles exposed. I was told one price then it increased after my services. I suggest no one goes here EVER!!!

I was running behind today, and I called the owner, and he stayed open just for me. This place is AWESOME. Ok the staff is EXTREMELY nice.

I usually get pedis here, and they are great. But I got a gel manicure 4 weeks ago and it is still going strong! I cannot believe it has not chipped, cracked or peeled up.

I always seem to be the only person getting a pedicure when Im there, but I love this place. Professional staff, clean facilities, and quality work at a decent price.

They are very affordable, have a ton of colors to choose from that match what actually gets put on your nails, and the SNS dip powder lasts for almost 3 weeks. Always beautiful.

I walked in early on a Saturday morning, there were only 2 customers in the shop and two free technicians...I was asked to wait a few minutes so they could call some customers who had not yet shown up. I agreed, a few moments later I was asked if I could come back later that day. They claimed they were on their way(they mentioned it being a bridal party). I feel that is horrible customer service, they were late and not present...you should not advertise walk ins if you are going to turn customers down to wait for others to show up. I was very disappointed and will never return. I had to post at least one star, I would have opted for none.

Nails ok but if u pay with cash they wont give u a receipt. They wrote my total on the back of a business card. Which leads me to believe they arent reporting the earnings.

I love getting my nails done here. I get the acrylic dip powder done, I think it produces a richer color on the nail compared to plain polish or gel. Kathy is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Just yesterday I chipped a nail at work after accidentally slamming it into the counter edge and I went over to get it fixed and she took care of me right away and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. Due to a medical condition I have tremors in my hands and all of the technicians do a very good job despite the added difficulty. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else.

Will never return to this nail solon. They most definitely over charged me to get my 8 year olds nail done and they didnt even do that great of a job on her nails. I am very upset at what I was charged for her to get her nails painted with gel and a regular pedicure. It cost more for her nails then it does for me to get my nails done. I guess I lived and learned in this situation but even during my check out the guy wasnt very friendly.

Never going here ever again!! Going to a salon of any kind is supposed to be a pleasant experience, not only did they infect my nail but they had the worst costumer experience. I am really surprised this salon hasn’t been shut down yet. The lady lied to me and told me acrylic full sets were 60$ until I pulled up the prices on their website, then she told me the real price. 30$! she kept grabbing my hand and arms roughly instead of just telling me to move them. But that’s not even it. The owner added on a additional 10$ on my card and claimed it was tax, which was 10%. NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN, unless you want to be stereotyped, lied to, and infected.

The sign reads in the window walk-ins welcome not appts only on Sunday. I walked in with my mom, nail tech had an ugly look on her face, watched me sign in, only to say, we have nothing available. Wont ever go back not even during the week!

Worse service ever. My boyfriend and I paid 130 for 2 mani and pedis. They cut our nails to low. Did not massage our hands. Horrible. I will never return.
