I was excited to come and get my nails done by Byron because a lady who’s nails were done beautifully referred him to me. I called with excitement a week in advance to schedule my appointment and it was confirmed. When I came in I was told by Byron himself that I wasn’t in the books and he refused to do my nails. So unprofessional and I was treated poorly. He did not offer for me to come back or an apology just auguring with me when I told him I spoke to someone there two times to confirm my appointment!! Such a disappointment that this type of unprofessional treatment took place!!

The first thing I noticed was a strong chemical smell in this place. Better ventilation is needed.The technician was not friendly at all and was brusque with me.She had me place my hands on a dirty towel, so I was glad she had me wash my hands after the initial prep.I left a tip only out of guilt.I wont be going back there.

They are not profesional and have a bad actitud, I called to make my appointment 5 days before and they told me they don’t have me on their schedule. I have very disappointed because twice they denied me the services with a bad actitud and at this time I make the appointment with time and still they said “NO” .

Excellent service just very small and not enough experienced nail techs for full set nails with design skills. But nice clean and affordable with good customer service. Make sure you call ahead makr. Appointment, walk ins are welcome but you may have to wait a while or come back another hour or day.

I simply asked for my nails to be certain length and he got mad and refused my service after I asked him to correct the length and the crooked nail tip.Just very rude for no reason. I was only in there for 10 minutes.

I have been making appointments With ASnow one week prior for 4:30 for the past 4 months for a three week appointment to get a gel acrylic fill. Last week I was told by the man that Snow only had 4 or 5 pm appointments for today. I scheduled the 5pm because I don’t leave work until 4pm. Today at 4:30pm while on my way there, I received a phone call from the man telling me that my appointment was for 4pm not 5. He argued with me and insisted that he told me Snow only had the 4pm open. I know the options I was given because I immediately put the appointment in my phone calendar. I would not have taken a 4 appointment due to the fact that I don’t get off work till 4. He was so rude and disrespectful. Instead of trying to correct the mishap, he chose to argue with me. I chose to end the conversation and never return to their establishment again. I don’t think he cares if I never returned. Wonder how long they will remain in business with that type of unprofessional behavior? I was a loyal customer and did not deserve that type of treatment. I’m at the nail place around the corner by Giant Eagle. They are very nice and professional. Lovely Nails did me a favor I never would have discovered the better treatment.

This place has gone down hill, they either never have anybody their to do acrylic or they’re just too lazy to do anything!! they close at 7 I went in at 5pm to get a toe polish it wasn’t packed and they said they didn’t have anybody to do it tonight the lady at the counter was very rude and didn’t even make eye contact will never go back !!

My acrylics were beautifully done! Pros: very careful work, not too thick, kind staff, reasonable prices. Cons: smells like nail polish everywhere, they were a bit aggressive with the filing and filed away my skin.

I visited the salon on Sunday 11/6. I called and asked for an appointment for a fill with gel polish and pedicure. I was able to get in within an hour. Once I got there I repeated what I needed. They started with the pedicure and while I was soaking my feet, the woman started wrapping my nails with foil, which I found unusual, but had seen gel polish removed in the past like that. At this point, I had stated three times what I wanted. Several minutes later, another woman started removing the foils, scraping off the polish, which was not completely coming off, so she replaced them. When she returned again I realized she look confused because I had acrylic nails and they were now peeling off. I said to her and the woman doing my pedicure You know I have acrylic nails? Thats when I was surrounded by several employees, speaking in another language, debating what was going on. When I interrupted and asked what was going on, I was told by the older man working there that they would fix it, however, the woman doing my pedicure stated something that sounded like, u said gel polish, I could not understand her. Once they realized what the problem was, their seemed to be a lot of discussion between the women, again, in another language. The woman doing my pedicure had a pink curler in her ponytail, thats the only way I can identify her. I found it extremely rude that even after explaining I didnt understand what was going on, I felt dismissed and ignored!!! When I questioned her when she was applying my polish, which didnt look like the one I picked, she was still rude and extremely hard to understand! When my pedicure was complete, she just pointed in the direction of the front of the store for my nails to be done. When I asked where, she just motioned rudely. I wondered up front until the older man told me to sit down. I had to have my nails redone and it was probably the roughest set of nails I have ever gotten. My nails are still sore, the acrylic is uneven and poorly done. I suggest Solon Nail, across the street, they are amazing!! Unfortunately they were closed. The only compliment I can give is the third person I was sent to to apply my polish, she was very nice. I reference in here about speaking a different language, let me me be clear, I dont mind it in any way, except when I am asking questions and not getting answers, and the employees are surrounding me discussing it!!!

Pedi lady was super nice Mani lady messed up my dip powder and asked about it and she told me to hold on and wait till she was done with everything thing else but she ended up fixing it and they are pretty nice vibrant yellow 😍💅

Good pedicures. I have come several times for pedicures however once school ended I wanted a shellac manicure and it turned out terrible. I wrote mani/pedi on the sheet and when I came back the next day to get it fixed I was told the lady yesterday didn’t cut my cuticles or give me a manicure. I told them that’s what I wrote on the paper and I was told she must not have been paying attention so I should have told her. I thought it was common knowledge to cut someone’s cuticles before putting shellac on? So I’m sitting here currently and was told I’d be charged another $15 if I want the manicure today. I’m not paying for something that was not my mistake. Throughout all that they seemed very annoyed to have to fix it. Will not be coming back and would not recommend coming here.

Im from northern central pa. Every time Im in visiting family, us girls make time to go here. The staff is friendly and very good.

I wanted to give this nail salon a try and see what is was about. When entering I was greeted by the owner in a rude way. I told him I was coming in for a fill. And his exact words were Im busy right now . He didnt even give me a time frame on when I could expect to be serviced. Very rude, unprofessional, dont waste your time!!!

My first experience at this place was very pleasant. Although it took over 2hours to get mani and pedi by someone relatively new The the person who did it was very friendly and tried her hardest. Then the son of the owner came and asked me if he can fix my nail polish as she did not do that great of a job. He voluntarily asked redid my nails and he did such a great job.I thought this is the place I would be getting my nails and toes done from now on.The second time I first called and asked them I dont have time for full or express manicure but I really need my cuticles cleaned and polished. They guy was very nice and told me he will schedule for polish change and will get my cuticles cleaned. I had no problem paying whatever extra amount as have done in the passed. So I go there the lady who started doing my nails started putting the polish right away seeing huge cuticles literally hanging on my nails. So I asked her I was told I can get my cuticles cleaned and i will pay for it I just don’t have time for full mani. She was so rude telling she cannot get the cuticles cleaned because I am getting polish change. If I want it cleaned I will need the full manicure. I told her I dont need whole process as I dont have time and just need the cuticles and polish she started speaking in different language then another lady comes up with rude tone asking me: so maam do you want polish changed or full manicure. I repeated my self and added thats what I was told whomever answered the phone the morning I called. I was so disappointed. I had never had such a terrible experience, negative attitude in front of other customer. I guess they should be worrying about that not me. So as I type this I am going to go to another nail salon to get the cuticles out. Wasted my time and money. I will never come here again.
