I was a first-time walk-in today and expected long wait times given it was a Monday and there appeared to be several other clients who were already there for their scheduled appointments. Mike, the gentleman at the first station, took me immediately but explained that if his scheduled clients arrived before I was done then I’d have to wait to be finished. I completely understood and was just happy not to be sent away because I didn’t have an appointment (I was sent away from the nail salon I walked into immediately prior to Diamond Nails). Mike was able to apply a full set of pink and white ombrés without any delays, and they came out looking fantastic. I strongly recommend this nail salon not only for their professionalism, but the quality of the work they do…for their long-term regular clients AND for first-time walk-ins like me.

Mike the owner is awesome. He handles the different personalities of his clients like he has a PHD 🤣. His wife, brother and staff are great as well. They all do a great job and I am now their number one fan💯💅💯💅💯💅

The acrylic on my nails look thick and very unprofessional!! Pedicure service was not good! She did a horrible job on polishing my toes. I think if she wasnt talking so much to her coworker maybe she could have done a better job. I am not impressed by this place.

I have been going to Diamond Nails for about 4 years. I had been looking for a nail salon that offered professionalism and over all great service and they hit all the marks. They are a family run business and after a while you become part of the family.Michael, Jenny and the gang are all great!

I went a week ago got a pedi the work was very sloppy my nails didn’t last a week yes they are clean and friendly but the work was absolutely poor and for $45 it’s not ok first time going never going back

You walk in and no one talks to you. Approximately 45 minutes someone said to go to pedicure tub and they make you sit in water. No soap just stale water. No one helps you because everyone has an appointment. So you waste your day in a very unkempt salon, minimal English and unprofessional

Very clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly.

My pedicure was great, however my dip nails were poorly done. It took forever too. I left really disappointed. I even mentioned it at the end. The staff was great just the dip.

Everybody works there is Good!

I like this place but have no clue why I make appts if I still have to sit and wait and watch walk INS get taken before me

I have been to so many nail salons in Ohio and none compare to this one. Everyone is SO nice and amazing. I am so sensitive to getting burnt by the the filing thing, but have never had that happen here. The prices are amazing as well as the attention to detail. They are literally the best! ❤️

The guy who answered the phone was very unsure of their prices and didn’t want to tell me how long was the waiting period. The first interaction ruined my whole experience and I no longer wanted any services.

This place is awful. I got my nails done by a male nail technician and i asked for dip nails with the acrylic nail length. I did not receive the nail length, the color wasn’t really was I picked out and the nails are so thick that they look like bubbles sitting on my nails. the edges of the nail are very messy and my cuticles are filled in with the nail powder. I am very disappointed in my experience and I don’t think I will be coming back anything soon.

I have been coming here for 2 years and last time I got an infection from my pedicurist going too deep. I asked her not to go so deep. She treated me aweful after that. Wouldnt talk to me spent 20 min on me when normallyit was 45 minutes. I will never return and told all my friends and family not to as well. Very disrespectful!!

Very disappointed!!! The service was terrible!! The male nail tech crack three of my nails. Looked at the crack then told me your nails are cracked and laughed. My fingernails are half polished and my toenail you can still see the last color I had ... I called the owner and expressed to him my concerns and frustration and Mike told me that happens when you get regular polish... WOW... I was seating under the nail dryer for sometime and no one checked on me...The owner took no ownership...

I get pedicures here regularly. Nancy is thorough and gets my feet sorted out!

Theyre very prompt, in and out and kind people. Im always happy when i get serviced no matter whom services me but, i rather make an appointment to guarantee availability.
