Amber did an amazing job, I had a pedicure with the gel and a manicure square shape with the powder dip and I think the end of the nail was done with another type of nail polish I forgot to ask but they turned out amazing I love it!

Leyna is amazing! My nails get beat up at work and it is so hard for me to grow them out, but she has been more than helpful 😊

Broadmoor Nails is always great! I see Rosie and Jane for my dip nails and pedicures. However, all of the staff is great. They are professional, kind, and the salon is always clean. I highly recommend you go there for services!

Simply the best, and fastest, pedicure. They always ask about nail length and methods before they proceed.

They have bad customer service and they are not professional. and they tell you one thing and do not live up to there standards. I was told to come in as a walk in to get a nail repair and toe polish, when i got there she told me that i needed an appointment, although on the phone she told me that they are not doing appointments on weekends and to come in as a walk in . I was very dissatisfied and this is my regular nail shop, between this one in Solon and Lyndhurst. Layna was the one who made the problem . I hope they get it together or they’re going to lose valuable customers “like myself “ !

1st time customer and one of my nails chipped the very next day! It was the fasted manicure I ever had and Ive been getting my nails done for over 23yrs by the same person. Due the covid restrictions and limited availability I had to try this shop and Im disappointed.

After only one week my nail has popped off the seemed to not understand that I wanted acrylic nails and took 3 hours to do and they were very rude never will go there again.

This guy who claims to be a professional nail person filed my nails crookedly and couldn’t even tell. I told him they were crooked and he tried to show me that they were straight. I filed my nails the way I wanted them to be before I went because I new they would do a terrible job. I had to fix them when I got home. People in nail salons try to rush you in and rush you out so precision is no where in sight in these nail salons. Then there was nail polish all over the sidewalls of my nails. No one should leave out of a nail salon with nail polish on places other than the nail. And you’re a professional? No you aren’t. Maybe he thought it was alright and he could slack off a little because the polish was clear and eventually it would come off? It was gel polish. This doesn’t come off as easily as regular nail polish. I’m tired of incompetent people in positions offering services they do not adequately perform. Most people that work in nail salons never wanted to be nail techs in the first place. They just came here to America for a job so the passion is not there. I would go to someone that has their cosmetology or nail tech license. You’ll get better service. I have to go back because there is visible lint in two of my nails. The polish is clear so it can’t be left like that. A professional would have seen this. That’s why I saw it. I have my license to do nails but I just need to finish learning all of the procedures. I’ve always done my own nails and will continue to do so.

I was referred here by a co-worker. From the time I walked in the door I felt out of place. I could see them breaking their necks to accommodate the white customers and act like they didnt see me waiting. I requested Leyna and she said she would be with me shortly but as soon as the next customer walked in she passed me to somebody else and started on the person who came in after me. I LOVED my nails, I tipped $10 BUT after 2 days they started popping off like press ons. I drove 25 miles to get them repaired TWICE. Leyna half fixed them both times, my right ring fingernail was crooked, extremely longer than the rest, and not shaped like the others . An older white customer yelled at her and she jumped up without finishing mine to help her. I had been passed to somebody else for the second time. I asked the lady who came to finish my nail if she could fix it she acted like she didnt hear me and half ass painted my nail. My right thumb nail popped off 2 days after that, went in to get that fixed and asked Leyna to reshape and paint the right ring finger since she messed it up the last time... I was charged for the repairs. My co-worker said her and her daughter had never been charged for repairs even after 3 weeks had gone by. That following week 3 more popped off and I just gave up. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My nails look horrible, and I was there over 2 hours I wish I could upload my pictures and for a fill in and pedicure with a fix was 108.00. Never again. I been there before and my nails looked great. This time was a nightmare😞

Ive always joked with my wife that we should go together for a full pedicure. I could get the massage part and she could get the polish part. Today for fathers day my wife booked me a spa pedicure. It was great. The people there were great. What a nice experience.

I used to get shellac manicures. I started getting dip because it lasts longer (3-4 weeks with minimal chipping) and my nails don’t break. I wash my hands a lot because I work in a lab so dip has been a great option. Ask for Paul or Johnny. Paul is very friendly and quick. Johnny is quiet and takes a little bit longer, but is very meticulous. Nails have turned out great both times. There was no aggressive buffing when removing color.

They are a super friendly salon. I love how they go out of their way to be sure guests are taken care of. It’s clean and organized. I recommend getting an appointment vs. simply walking in, as they have a pretty good book. That being said, they always try to accommodate me when I do walk in. Nice job, fair prices!

Went for pedicure. Tech only had to put top coat on, but had me wait while she started working on another customer. When I asked why couldnt they put on top coat so I could be finished, Jimmy,who was not doing my nails, was rude. Abruptly put top coat on and left me sitting there. I had to walk barefooted to dryer. Gave me no nail shoes and I didnt know how to turn on dryer. Another tech came over to help me. Obviously, customer loyalty is not of value. So, I stop going. So sad, I patronized them for about 5yrs.

The staff is always so nice and accommodating here. I called last minute yesterday to see if they could take me and my 6 year old cousin and they were able to book me an appointment that was within the hour. We got there and were seated and serviced quickly. The best part of my experience (outside of our nails coming out amazing) was that david was amazing with my 6 year old guest. He made her laugh and interacted with her through the whole process so she wouldnt start getting bored/ fussing while her polish was drying. Thank you!

I literally just walked out! The two young ladies working the reception’s desk were very personable but the workers were horrible. People who signed in after me were seen before me with no prior appointment. When one of the young ladies asked the guy in the front to fix my repair he said “I’m going to fix her nail and we’ll see after that”. I requested to have my name removed from the sign in sheet and walked out. Never again!

This salon is terrible. I don’t think they are licensed technicians. They don’t like their jobs. Ugly attitude! They rush you in and push you out, trying to collect as much money as possible. I came for a pedicure and got cut. My toes bleed. I soaked my feet in salt water at home after I left the salon because I was worried of infection.

I love this nail salon!! I always get my moneys worth. I love how they always remember my name and they always pick the best color for me when I have trouble choosing. Chris and Leyla are so nice and the rest of the staff is also phenomenal.

Had an amazing experience here! They had been understaffed but still took their time with everybody and still got to me within a timely manner. This review is for eyelashes only.I have had eyelash extensions in multiple cities and at multiple places. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had, from coming in and asking for a 2-3 week fill, to being surprised at the end by a charge for a full set... to having painful clumps of glue the size of small pebbles throughout my eyelashes. There were just glued clumps of eyelashes throughout my lash line, and when I called to complain they offered to redo them. I explained to them why I would never want them to touch my eyes, ever again, and then asked politely for a refund since I have only had the lashes three days. No refunds on services, but we can redo them for you or remove them. Again, given how much my eyes burned and watered during the process (she did things no other eyelash tech has ever done, which should have been a clue, but I was halfway through the process, what are you supposed to do?), and the end result of spiky lashes with giant clumps of glue at the bottom, why would I want them to touch my eyes again?Had they given me a refund, I would have taken this as a rookie mistake and just gotten them removed, no harm no foul. But to ask me to come back again and let them put chemicals near/in my eyes when they screwed it up so badly before is just ludicrous.Also, you lay on a tiny bed covered in towels and a strip of paper in what used to be a half bathroom. you and the artist barely fit in the room. Its a nightmare, and Im out almost $200 for it with no eyelashes to show for it and half of my own will probably come out upon removal.

Always come to Broadmoor however my last two pedicures have been terrible. I’m very sad because I really liked this place in the beginning. Very rushed pedicures now. They overbook then rush you out and my feet were so dry after I had my pedicure I had to come home and get the grater on my feet in the shower the skin was so dry and falling off, a shame after paying $47 for pedicure. I won’t go back too many nice places to go where maybe someone will actually value my business

After having a bad experience with getting my eyebrows waxed, I decided to go back for my nails. I got a gel manicure, and the top coat was not given time to dry and separated, leaving ripples instead of being smooth. Absolutely not worth my 50$. Which is a rediculous price to begin with!

The nail tech cut my finger so badly with the nail file it was gushing blood the whole service (which was probably a health code issue and very painful). None of the shapes matched, I wanted a coffin set and only two nails were coffin shaped the rest were round. Extremely disappointed and the nail tech didnt say anything to me and didnt speak so I dont even know her name.

What can I say about broadmoor nails.. I started going there because they were always reasonably priced and I always got my eyebrows waxed there (which was very good). So I decided to get my nails filled in there. A fill at broadmoor nails is 22. So I sat down and got my nails done and then they say my total is $30? Confused I asked them why it is so much, they proceed to tell me it’s because I had white tips on my nails... that they NEVER put on in the first place and that it was a $5 charge.. for something they never did. I told them that it’s not right and something must be a mistake.. so the girls went and talked to someone in the back and she came back and told the other girl it’s $30 ( mind you this girl will not look me in the eye or give me any explanation to what is happening) the girls at the front desk were rude and couldn’t handle costumer service.. In the end I just paid the bill because I wasn’t going to argue with incompetent people. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO A COMPANY THAT STEALS PEOPLES MONEY!

I would give this zero stars bc they HUNG UP ON ME ON PURPOSE when i tried to schedule an appointment, they where waiting for me to hang up like they didnt wanna talk to me which was so rude and just hung up. Dont schedule appointments with these people theyll just hang up

I drove 30miles not to mention I am visiting to be told they have one color clear....REALLY!!!!???...then she told me that I should have asked if they had colors...REALLY...JUST WILL NEVER RETURN..ILL JUST WAIT UNTIL I GET HOME

Weve been to a number of nail salons in Solon but Broadmoor is by far the most accommodating and friendly!! My daughters and I started going regularly (and I never used to do my nails on a regular basis)!!

Everyone is so nice, this is my favorite place to go for anything! they do a great job for a fill on the nails, leyna is my favorite! pedicure are great w anyone and leyna does great with the eyelash extensions and waxing! i will always go to them for my nails!

Got in immediately. Maria was outstanding. More importantly this place is CLEAN.

What a waste of my time! UGH...I made an appt for 10:30 am. Got there on time had to get my nails soaked off (I do dip). This should take 10 mins max. I sat there for 45 mins while Paul took another client that came in after me (doing her feet). At about 40 mins I turned to the receptionist and asked I did have an appt correct? She said yes, I said Ive been sitting here for 40 mins soaking. She looked shocked. I started taking the foils off and getting the powder off. I got up to wash my hands at this point its 45 mins later. He finishes with the lady hes been working on the whole time that Ive been sitting there. He asked did it come off? Uh yeah...Then I get my stuff and he says do you need to go Yeah, Ive been sitting here for 45 mins Im going somewhere else and I LEFT! Ive gotten my nails done for a number of years NEVER have I been so UPSET with the way I was treated. Im new to the area and was looking for a nail place. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. My time is just as important as another clients.

Rosie was good but a party of 4 came and the receptionist tried to rearrange my service. First come first served...unless there is an appointment...which there wasnt!!

Within 2 days of getting a dip 2 nails had fallen off. Within a week 5 more. There has only been 1 nail that has stayed on. Spend your money elsewhere.

If you want lotion with your nail service, this isn’t the place. Despite my $48 Dip service, unless I get the manicure, which I thought I was getting, I’m not entitled to lotion. Really??? I won’t be back.

Expensive. Not friendly. Save your money and time go elsewhere!!!
