I have been here before with my grandmother and she was not satisfied. I tried it again today and the wash didn’t do anything that it was supposed to. The vacuums don’t work right and they didn’t have towels available. $20 wasted! Shine on 9 in Boiling Springs is 10x better and I will NOT be returning to this Whatta Wash!

If you get a fastpass 30/mo, know it only is valid for one specific car. They attach a sticker to your car. The basic wash option did not clean my car as I would have expected, You can get a family pass, which just means that any other car you add is at a discounted regressing rate. 2nd car = 25/mo, 3rd car is 20/mo. I will be cancelling the fastpass, cause 1) does not clean as expected 2) does not cover all cars in one family. 3) too expensive if you have multiple cars

If you are in a hurry to wash your car or you do not like to spend work cleaning, it is a good place, good prices, you move forward, you run the vacuum cleaner but it is free, and if you have time and want it to be better, they give you cloths to clean the details, it is accessible, clean and they have enough spaces available for you to clean it indoors or in the sun, you decide.

Does not clean tires good. The parking lot was dirty. And I had to move my vehicle to another spot cause handle kept falling off the hose. The kids who worked there were nice though and if are in that area then its not horrible. Just could use a little upkeep.

I have a Toyota RAV4 and it doesnt get the back window clean up under the it doesnt get all the soap off the back window and for $20 you would think it would do a better job drying the vehicle!

Great wash. I always have dirty spots on my trunk area and the tops of my quarter panels. Mainly because of the body lines (2010 camaro.) I do have suds built up in my door opening. But they provide free microfiber towels, so its an easy clean up. $20 for a top wash and free vacuums at any tier wash makes this a hard deal to pass up. They even have glass cleaner free of charge.

Good carwash, but will not brush rims on any vehicle

Its one of the better car washes Ive been to, the staff is friendly the prices arent too bad and you get free access to vacuums to clean the inside as well.

If you want your car properly washed and dried do not come here. After paying for the most expensive wash, the car was left with the same dirt and water spots. When asking the staff to go through the wash again, they argued with me and did not want to redo the wash. I’m very disappointed in the quality and customer service I received at this place.

Really good drive through wash for the money

Reidville Rd location could use some updating. The wash isnt nearly as good as it was a year ago. The Duncan location gives a superior wash, but the blowers at the end are entirely too strong. They literally blow my weather stripping off the top of my truck every time I use it.

Cleaned car, a lot of the vacuum cleaners didnt work

The blowers at the end blew my wiper blade off, I asked the attendants at the gate what to do they said they would go get it. I noticed both the attendance talking to another customer, must of been school friends they were all teenage girls. I get done cleaning my car, (15 mins later) still no one had checked for my wiper blade, so I had to ask again because she forgot. Not to mention I paid for the $20 wash that comes with the tire shine. My driver side had it but both wheels on the passenger side did not. Just ridiculous!!

I really love coming here. Theres not too many car washes I trust taking a new car to but I really trust this place. Ive never had a single issue, only great experience! The prices are very reasonable and many packages to choose from. They also care a lot about about their veterans and give veterans discounts every day of the week and a free wash on Veterans Day. I really appreciate that. The wash also includes free vacuuming. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I took my car there last week and they scratched the back bumper. When I complained I was told Well, when our cars are dirty, we dont notice scratches and then when its clean...they just show up. I have washed my car by hand the last two times and know what scratches I have. I told them I was not trying to blame them for all, just the ones on the back bumper that look like brush marks. The guy says Well, we havent had any other complaints of scratching today and look at these nice cars in here. I did file a report but obviously that is not going anywhere. Wont be back and will tell everyone I know to not go here.

Ran my car thru carwash twice and it was still dirty on the front and rear bumper..grille..hood..decklid..and quarterpanels. There were areas the brushes didnt even touch near the mirrors and the rear wheel openings. I had to hand wash my car at home to clean it properly. WASTED MY MONEY THERE.

Wash does a pretty good job. Vacuums doesn’t have as much suction as some other places. Doesn’t offer a mat cleaner. Nor does it have vacuums for each space, just one in between two spaces.All in all, not a bad place, but other car washes are better, IMO.

While going though the car wash,at the end my car hot stuck. I had to press the gas to go out. When I pull out I check my car an seem scratches on my left rim. Thus is the second time this happen. The first time happen I report it to a female attendy. Today I reported to a guy who checked camara and told me that the scratched was there before and that you shouldnt bring your car there if you have wide tires. SmH. Why not have a visual sign or the worker that tells you to come in notify you that you shouldnt go through with rims.

I told them that my phone accidentally fell in the trash bag that I put in the dumpster. How about those guys helped me look by jumping in the dumpster with me! Thank you guys so much for caring ! My first time at this car wash. The machine did a pretty decent job of washing my vehicle. They have self-service vacuums and also have rags and window cleaner in spray bottles available for you to use after your vehicle is washed. The vacuums have really good suction.

Looked like rain but got van washed anyways. The vacuum was the biggest thing we were needing. Too bad you dont have a location in Union.

I’ve been here before and I’ve considered it a good car wash. Today my opinion changed completely. I bought the Managers Special for $20 as I always do. Today after getting out to dry the car off, the wheels looked like no water touched them, still full of grime, bugs on the windshield, hood and plenty of dirt at ten bottom of all the doors. My car isn’t any dirtier than other commuters and I know what does and doesn’t get cleaned from this type of car wash. Waste of money - I won’t be back

Pretty standard for this type of cash wash business. The exterior wash is great, even the most basic option. Its quick and the attendants perform efficiently enough.The self-serve area is a little hit-or-miss. Some of the vacuums dont have a powerful suction, but the business does offer some cleaning tools for the inside of your vehicle.

Nice place to go if you have a smaller car like a sedan. I have a Subaru Forester with the wind guard in front of the sunroof (factory installed) and when the machine washes the car, it doesn’t remove the soap all the way so I end up having to wipe off the soap myself. Also, the vacuums do not suck very well. Aside from that pretty good place.

I had taken my brand new car through here for a wash. When it came out I noticed there were scratches all over the back of my car. When I noticed they were in the area of where there was a guy scrubbing cars with a brush before they enter the wash, I went to inform them that I think they may need to replace the brush and told the attendant about the scratches and asked her to come look so she’s know I was being honest. Her reply was, “Oh well.” Not even an apology or to see about the scratches or try and trade out the brush the guy was using. Very bad customer service!

On our way from central IL to Hilton Head. SUV loaded with salt from early January snow and freeze throughout Midwest and East coast. Found Whataa Wash on google so we stopped. Bought $7 basic wash. What we really liked was towels, spray and vacuum supplied free after being pulled through wash. We were able to wipe down outside, clean wheels and and vacuum inside. Great place!

Mediocre. This location did not do the best job and left a lot of dirt, grime and bugs on the front of the car. I was also disappointed in the vacuums, suction was not very good. I didn’t expect much for $12, but this wash left a lot to be desired.
