Staff had a negative “no can do attitude”. Poor customer service. Did not try to present a solution at all to my concern. They do not care so they will probably cut your hair the same way. Manager/owner- I know you will read this message and try to “fix” the situation but I don’t want anything to do with your organization. The way you fix it is to teach your teammates better customer service skills and have them learn a “yes” mentality. Otherwise you will continue to lose business.

Came to this location for the first time as it is closer to my office and it will no doubt be the last. I believe the stylists name was Maribel. She was nice but did some things to my hair that just did not make sense. 1) instead of a fade, she gave me an full undercut. 2) she butchered the trim around my ears - completely uneven. 3) she attempted to round out the hair around my temple/ forehead. This was the craziest thing and hardest to explain because I have never seen anything like it. After asking her why she did that (politely), she just said Im sorry This is when I finally told her to stop and that I just wanted to pay and leave.I went to the sport clips on 9th St in Durham and they fixed as much as they could and told me I should not have paid - I regret it...

The manager Maribel was the 1st person to ever use a brush when cutting my short her. She was excellent! I will definitely go back to her again.

I had spent months growing my hair out in the back.. I wanted some length in the back. I told hair dresser just thin out back and shape it up I don’t want any length cut off, just make it neat. She used a #2 guard on the back and now all the length is gone and it’s tapered in back. This is not even close to what I wanted and I was pretty upset although I remained nice to her I told her it was not what I asked for…. So months of work on my part gone!Very disappointed

First time visitor in town for a wedding and I needed a quick cut. The wait was as listed during the online check in. Zohreh did a great job. She asked questions and catered to my requests. In addition to the cut, the MVP treatment was very relaxing.

I pass by 2 other sport clips just to get to this one. I’ve never had a bad experience with any stylist there. Today, Meribel set the bar extremely high. She exceeded my expectations in a BIG way. Thank you, Meribel, for making my day so special. You are a true artist.

The past three times I went in I asked for them to trim the sides and back, but to leave the top alone, and each time they cut the top down, and this last time it was cut in a way that only leaves one way to style my hair. Its not that my hair looks particularly bad, its just that the last three stylists completely disregarded my instructions.

We love Shelli (sp?)! Se does a great job with my sons hair and has trimmed my wifes hair upon occasion. Greafmt place!

I brought my grandsons (ages 6 and 3) in for haircuts. We had never tried Sports Clips until yesterday. I was very pleased with the way the boys were treated.The board showed there were four people who had signed in online so I expected about a 30 minute wait. Because we arrived, and none of the online people had arrived, they took us both times (I brought them in one at a time).The hair stylist, Lindsay, was very nice to the boys. She asked how I/they wanted their hair cut and did a great job with each.I will be back.

It was the start of reopening. The haircut was good, but there is confusion on whether the app checked you in or if you needed to let them know you were here. It took an hour after my appointed time, I am sure it will get better once they work out the kinks. I appreciate that they were open.

I’ve taken my son here twice to have his hair cut by Lindsay. He’s 2 and can be a bit difficult but she has shown incredible patience with him each time! She’s even sat on the floor with him in order to make him more comfortable so that she could finish. We’ll definitely be back to see her!

Sport Clips is always great with their customer service and as always Lindsey did an AMAZING job! We drove 25 min to the new Leesville location so my husband could have his hair cut by her. She’s really nice and his haircut is always perfect! Regardless, of where you live she is worth the drive!

Service was very good. Hot towels on your face, head shampoo massage and shoulder massage was excellent. The only problem I had was putting some kind of hair jell on my hair which I did not request nor was I asked if I wanted it. I should have said something but I did not. But I will be back.

Re-Opening after COVID19. This is my comment I shared on the store Instagram. Everyone on opening day did an outstanding job getting everyone seen. They handled impatient clients well and professionally, worked around some of the bugs and challenges while adjusting well to the new standards. The whole process felt safe and they maintained the friendly atmosphere Ive come to love with every visit. Ashley and her team were fantastic, along with the extra help from other stores. Ive been a regular for several years now so I even help calm an already anxious crowd (Its just my nature). I even gave my spot up when called, knowing that there were those that were waiting before me. Online systems were flooded causing some confusion but the team work well to ensure everyone was seen in a timely and fair manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a haircut. Though a regular of Ashleys, I want to thank her, her staff, and upper management for such a successful reopening. Not a single complaint from me. -Benjamin Talbott

Yesterday was my first time at Sport Clips. The facility was clean and inviting. My stylist was efficient and professional. However, when I logged into my email this morning, there were nineteen messages from Sport Clips asking for an evaluation. That is over the top and not welcome.

New nice and very clean. They are so professional here and now my go to place for a cut. Seems like they have a bit more training than some of the competitive places so you get a consistent cut no matter who does it. Just explain what you want and the do it. The service and detail, as well as the quality of the haircut, are always spot-on. Ive never felt rushed regardless of the amount of customers in line. And they always ask if I need any product while Im checking out... My only wish is that they would offer an option to have both the hot AND cold towel treatment outside of July! 😁

The Leesville Marketplace Sports Clips first experience of 8/5/19 was excellent. I was able to walk in and get seated within a minute and be attended to by Addi who did a great job - from finding out how I wanted my hair cut to what tools I preferred to have her use.

My first ever visit to a Sport Clips, and since Im over 65, I planned on getting the Senior Varsity treatment. However, I learned that my first visit warranted the MVP treatment ... and that was impressive. Ill definitely be back.

Went in over a month ago for a haircut. Stylist was too busy chatting up the customer beside me (obviously flirting). So much in fact, she butchered my neckline. Fortunately my gf noticed and it was corrected. I gave a bad review on their site and was contacted by a district manager. I told her I understood things aren’t always perfect and that I wanted to try again. She promised some coupons for the site and here we are, six weeks and several reminders later, and no coupons. No one has to promise you anything, but if you do, follow through.

Worst haircut I have ever had. The stylist was very nice and cordial but just like some many others they cut hair the way they want to (or trained to) and not what the customer wants. I would not recommend to a friend nor will I return.

Im completely displeased with how my 11yr old sons hair was cut. He asked for a 3 on top and 2 on the sides. He came home with a buzz cut! He specifically asked for something and didnt get what he asked for! When we measured with ours it was like a 1! All over! He is so upset that we are going back to our old sport clips to see if they can make his hair look more pleasing to him. They only get one star so I can post the review!

Checked in online through the app like instructed online. My wait time was 0 mins as I checked in right at 11:05. There were people in front of me that were waiting since before the store opened and went in, but that did not bother me.An associate came out and said to wait in the car and I would get a text since it was over 80 degrees out. After awhile I went back to the door to see what was up and people who arrived and checked in after me were being let in. Went back in the app and I was no longer even checked in.I waited over an our in the heat for nothing.

I thought this locations shut down?I used to go here a lot, but last I was told is that they were closing down that shop. There were some very great hair stylist there but there were also some that really jacked up my hair. I had to go back to get it fixed a couple times. I wasn’t happy. After the incident I didn’t really go back since I was growing out my hair instead of getting a fade so I didn’t want to risk some accidental chop offs after it took so long for my hair to grow out.I honestly don’t know if this place is here still. One of the ladies that I was pretty close with said that they were shutting it down last June. Meh, whatever.

I used to be a regular at the Brennan Station location but since they ran off their best stylist, Shelli, who is now at the Leesville location I am now a Leesville customer. Not only is Shelli the best, but at the Leesville location all of the chairs are in working order, and the bathroom is too!

Great service at this location. Glida is very attentive to details. Takes her time and does not rush through to get to the next client. Highly recommend this place.
