They charged me so much for an ombré Nail set but after 2 days 6 of my nails started lifting near the cuticle. I came back to ask them to fix it and they said it’s not lifting and to come back in a week for a fill. Look at these nails how it is not lifting? I will never come back here again. Kevin is who did my nails & he’s refusing to fix it.

My sister and I went in at about 5:45pm and it is now 7:15pm and I still have not been serviced! There are four techs in the salon (I have been to plenty of nail salon/spas where I have been in and out with 3-4 techs, and the work has been beautiful) and I have never seen anyone move so slow with a room full of people waiting in my life! One lady was on the phone having a personal conversation like there weren’t 4-5 customers waiting for service. My sister and I will not be going back to this salon/spa again! (My sister got her feet done and I made an appointment somewhere else for the next day).

My nails are absolutely beautiful! BUT they are hurting, the person that did it was kinda tough with my nails and now they are hurting a lot!

Kevin and his wife are amazing they leave my feet and my nails looking phenomenal I recommend their company and services to all people

They’re no good on for eyebrows, I asked her to keep them thick of course she arched them and thinned them like I asked her specifically not to. I know everyone in here has tattoo I eyebrows but y’all need practice. Next time listen. Thank you

They don’t know how to do nails here!!! She started experimenting with ombré. She wasn’t sure how to do it. And got upset when I asked her to fix it. I will never spend a dime in this place!!!

I’ve been in search of a new nail salon for over a year now and I must say I’ve finally found it! I walked in around 12:30 and was greeted and seated at a station immediately. Jackie did my nails and he did an EXCELLENT job! My nails are shaped to perfection with personality and that’s something I am big on! The acrylic is right at my cuticle which is the way I like it and it looks 100% natural! He was super fast, friendly, and paid extraordinary attention to detail! A lot of the salons in this area have gone down in regards to customer service and satisfaction. After leaving my old faithful salon of over 12 years, I am very excited to have found a new location that exceeds my expectations. I look forward to frequenting Fine nails going forward. I have mixed reviews. I have had S and N nails many times..this was my first time going to this salon. It I was not crowded and I had been to 3 others looking for a place where I could be seen quickly. I love the fact that I did not have to sit and have my nails soak in the acetone solution. These chemicals are dangerous. I was served by the Male owner. My initial experience was good. However, within a week 3 nails broke. I was not happy as I spent $55 dollars and and tipped $10. But I was still willing to give them a chance to fix the issue. There are a lot of nice people who work there. I paid a total of $65 dollars for nails and pedicure and was still not excited about having to return. I customarily tip. Who has time in our busy world to return to a shop for this? It took me until day 8 to return. I did. He did replace them, but was not concerned to learn that perhaps his thin application is why they broke. He quickly fixed them and had a bit of an attitude, as I could read his energy. I had already decided I was not going to return as I dont feel he adequately accepted responsibility and was willing to learn from his shortcomings so as not to repeat the same mistake with other clients. I have NEVER had S &N nails to break. My nails also did not look filed in the same shape as the others. As well, he gave me his back when I left thanking him. He never looked up. Customer service is a process from start to finish that leaves the client feeling well, invested in their service and happy with how they spent their money for this reason I will not return and will not recommend his service. The true test of customer service is when difficulties arise. I understand now why his shops have so many empty chairs. As well I should have followed my intuition from the beginning as I watched him make them too thin and not filed evenly across all 10 nails. He also did not apply the various bonders, gels, and sealers as I have seen other nail reps do.

The GEL polish is poor quality. I had my nails painted yesterday and they are chipping off. They charge double for gel on acrylic, they do t paint the whole nail and it cracks within a day or 2. Not worth the money.

I love this nail spa. I have been going here fo 15 years. Lee is my nail technician and I am so satisfied with her work. She does my nails and my toes, anything I ask she can do. Sometimes she surprises me.

Kevin did a really good job. He was very nice and confirmed if the length and size was to my liking. First time I had dipping SNS so i was a little nervous on the turn out but i was satisfied.

I never rate stuff in line and NEVER give 5 cause nobody’s perfect. But omg these people were as close as it gets. With restrictions due to Covid 19 lifted for nail places, I still went to 5 (all still closed) places till I stumbled on this place. Very nice, very clean and very professional. I would recommend making an appt & they only take cash but I’m ok with that. Can’t say enough great things about this place! I will definitely go back!!!

At first I loved my nails, the way he did them was a bit unorthodox as he popped them all instead of soaking them off, but I was trying a new place so whatever. I got tips and SNS; within 3 days all of my nails developed cracks straight across them. Within a week the cracks were affecting how I did everything and I had to take the full set off. I wont be back.

Best pedicure I have had!! Everyone was nice and they did a great job!! I will definitely be back. They did my daughters eyebrows perfect too!!

I appreciate the customer service there. The man was so nice and fast. He did my nails exactly how I wanted them. First time and it wont be my last. Will be going again.

Best pedicure ever! Now I didnt get the standard pedicure the one I got comes with the hot towels and scrub massage but it was great and worth it, Ill be back

This place is TERRIBLE. They asked me what I wanted. I started that I wanted a pedi, brows and gel fill in. He said write it down. There were 2 of us. I wrote both names down and I was Ignored as far as getting my pedi. She did my nails and afterwards said they didnt have time to do my pedi or brows bc they were closing. Meanwhile my niece had 2 people to do her pedi and nails. She is of a different Race. NO CLASS and EXTREMELY RUDE

Terrible experience the lady pulled my arm closer to her rudely without asking me to scoot up. They never spoke to me or had any conversation and only spoke their language the whole time the nail job was done poorly and my nails were crooked and brittle and three even broke the next day and Im never hard on nails. Terrible service terrible quality do not go there

Love all the men in there. They do the best pedicures. Strong but soft hands.

Today was my first time visiting. I found them on IG and loved their work. I made an appt. for Ty same day and the minute I walked in I was seated. I received an SNS polish change and a deluxe pedicure. There were many colors to choose from and my toe nail polish actually match my nails. (SNS JOKE) Ty did a WONDRRFUL job on my nails and Kim did an amazing job with my pedicure. I will definitely return.

I love how the nail tech shaped my nails. Unfortunately, she is not a permanent staff she was only filling in for some one else

They have a soft touchand they do a good job. Conversation is minimal due to language barrier and that is good for me.

So I went there after seeing the pics on Instagram and was excited to, they are closer to home and they do designs on every nail like I like right, WRONG!. I call they told me text me what time you want your appointment and a pic of the nails you want. Ok sure not a problem, I send the text with a appointment time nd the pic off there Instagram. Head to my appointment. I am greeted, the owner Lee does my nails his wife Ty comes and says Hi later. 1st, instead of soaking my nails he pops them off (not a fan of that bc it hurts), 2nd, puts the nails on and 1 is crooked I tell him that one is crooked, he tells me thats your finger your nail grows that way. Ok, 20 yrs of getting my nails done no nail tech has told me that and put on a crooked nail, so not happy with his answer. 3rd, the pic I sent had matte and designs on all my nails. I came out with red nails (no matte!), and a design in 1 nail. I told.him excuse me I sent you a pic with designs on all the nails thats what i want. His respond I have another customer I cant. --- Ok, I NEVER do this by the way write about anyone but that response upset me. I paid $55 for my nails and it wasnt what I wanted. Mind you I usually pay anywhere from $80 - $100 for my nails bc I get designs on every nail and I go all our.I get my nails done once a month usually. Anyways, so I spoke up several times about my nails and he says yeah yeah. I then go home and I am extremely upset with there service so I write them on Instagram under a pic they recently post about there service. They immediately knew who I was and you would think they would address my issues at hand. Nope just the price and why it was $55. Do you think they asked me to come in to get what I wanted or to fix it. Nope just kept arguing with my on Instagram stating that they are sorry but I need to speak up and if I come in a 2nd time they will do better. Why would I come in a 2nd time? You cant even resolve my 1st time experience with you all. They cant manage there time properly and they are incompetent. Then they tell me life is to short to argue and I have an attitude. PLEASE WATCH WHEN YOU GO THERE. They might treat you better than me which is good, but remember they should treat ALL the customers the same, they are a business but professional is definitely not what they are bc if they were than they would of asked me to come back to resolve the issue bc they want there customers to keep coming back and be satisfied.
