We had been on the hunt for a dress for my daughters homecoming for like three weeks and then we went to off the rack. My daughter got very discouraged and was ready to quit. There was amazing customer service everyone was so helpful.

I cannot say enough about the service my granddaughters received; My girls attendant was beyond amazing. She showed incredible patience’s as my girls flip flopped between dresses for their 1st Homecoming! I cannot thank you enough!

The consultant was amazing. She helped my daughter, who had NO idea what she wanted, find a homecoming dress in about 15 minutes. Great staff with great selection & prices.

What a great place to look for any type of dress. Formal, mother of bride etc. Dress prices are very doable for any budget. The owner does great to help you find what you are after, she isnt pushy for a sale and was very patient with me---very indecisive person! Aces on service, price, customer service and variety. The woman that helped us at this locally owned business was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. They also had a fantastic selection of formal prom and bridesmaid dresses. We found the store online and drove down after looking at several bridal shops through out the twin cities area. We found it definitely worth the drive.

My bridesmaids and I had a day set out to go dress shopping for my upcoming wedding. We had one appt set for Davids Bridal and the rest of the time we were more or less window shopping. One of the girls mentioned Off the Rack and we thought wed check it out. Turned out to be the best decision because I found my dress. The ladies that work there are awesome. They actually listen to what you absolutely dont want and help find that perfect dress for you. I will most definitely be recommending it to anyone I know. Thank you again ladies!!!

Best place ever!!! Went there looking for a dress for my vow renewal, Super helpful women!! Went there before an appointment with another place and found a great dress. But I was undecided at the time still wanted to keep my other appointment and did, couldnt find anything and after 2 hours went back to off the rack and they still had the dress I first tried on, I purchased the dress !! This place is a great go-to to find prom dresses, wedding dresses, shoes, etc. the prices for the items are a steal for how great the dresses are. i have been here numerous times at both the old and new location and have always received great service from the owner and workers! there has never been a problem and the people there are so polite, willing to help you try on and pick out items, and the store is clean and organized. 10/10 recommend coming here for prom or wedding shopping. some of the reviews i have seen on here seem very untrue, so thought i would write a review myself since i love coming here for dresses.

The service at Off the Rack was spectacular! No appointment and they still provided personal assistance with finding dresses and trying them on. The staff were so kind and helpful, never pushing the sale, only concerned about whether we found exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend shopping here before looking at other stores.

I would give this store 10 stars if I could. Kim was simply AMAZING! My best friend is getting married in June. We needed a wedding dress for her and bridesmaid dress for me. We had no real idea on what we wanted. Kim was so helpful and so very good at her job. She had us try on some and then learned what we liked, what we didnt. Brought us options and ideas and we both were successful in finding amazing dresses at a great price. A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! We are both plus sizes and not used to finding clothes to fit, let alone finding ones that make us look amazing!! So happy we walked into this store. I highly recommend this store.

AWESOME PLACE!! I went here for my wedding dress after having a bad experience at Davids Bridal and I could not have been more pleased. The lady that helped me was super nice and helped me find the perfect dress. There is tons of variety, easy to find something in the style and price that you want. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding or prom dress in the Eau Claire area!

If you cannot find a dress here it probably doesn’t exist. Plus the consultants are super friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.

Wonderful place. Everything is not perfect but the prices reflect in imperfections. This store is a wonderful place to purchase formal wear or get sell the items you have hanging in your closet.Always our first stop when looking for that perfect dress!

Its a clean, cute consignment store located inside the mall. The one woman working was a gem, showed me and the other girls trying things on an equal amount of attention. I was not expecting to find something right away but the third dress I tried on was the winner and an absolute steal for the price. I am incredibly happy with the dress, the quality it was kept in (they do their best and I walked in knowing its a consignment store). I left with it in a sturdy opaque hanging bag so my fiance cant see it. And they even included a couple adorable wine glasses as gifts. Thank you Off the Rack for being exactly what I needed 60 days before my wedding - I am absolutely enthralled and the customer service was wonderful. I hate myself for not getting her name but on Dec. 26th around 4pm, she was just a sweetheart. Very patient with me while I paraded around until I made a decision.

Do NOT go here to buy a dress. We put a $400 deposit on a dress and decided 2 weeks later it wasnt the one. it had a HUGE rip on the side and was dirty...how can a store even sell wedding dresses like that?!?! The dress never left the store and they told me we are out ALL of our money. Even though they will put the dress right back on the rack. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

If you are looking for something unique this is the place to go!! The dresses here are beautiful and nicely priced. The employees are super sweet and know what they are doing!

These people are awesome. They found several optio s for cruise formal night dresses... Helped with color and sizes. Friendly and a hoot to have help is... Great prices and choices too!!

Brides run away! This place will lie cheat and steal to make a penny, they are dirty and extremely unprofessional and rude. With so many other options to get a dress, dont waste your time in this dumpster.
