The most important thing to note is this is an “appointment only” nail salon, and I’m real appreciative of that. This allows them to give customers exceptional, individual service without rushing. They pay close attention to detail, and meticulously clean behind each customer. It’s a relaxing experience I continually look forward to!!!

Best nail salon I have gone to in ther Atlanta area. Very clean and safety conscious always. Technicians are outstanding. No one else can give me a pedicure or manicure🥰

Visited with my mom to treat ourselves for Mother’s Day. We enjoyed our time in the salon, it was very clean and pretty. Our nail techs were kind and efficient. We both loved our colors and everything, but the more I’ve looked at my nails the more I’m confused. I got a gel manicure for the first time in years and I love it, but the polish doesn’t cover my entire finger nails. There’s space all the way around the nail without polish on every finger. It’s all I can see now and I know as my nails grow quickly that this space will just get bigger and bigger. Why push back the cuticles and do all the trimming if you’re not going to paint that space? I’m a little frustrated by this. Next time I will ask about it but just be aware and ready to ask for yourself if you visit.

I was looking up nail salons in the area and I came across this one because it had more stars. It almost has 5 stars for a reason. I went early in the morning, so it wasnt busy, but the guy attended me very well. He did a very perfect job on my gel nails and made sure I liked the color and the outcome. No mistakes at all.

Been coming here for 7 to 8 years. Staff is polite, friendly, and of course, they do great work on my entire household and my guests. I love the way pamper my feet, the great massage chairs, and the complimentary bottled water. Male and female staff are great. I highly recommend them.

This was my second time at Lovely Nails. The first manicure was less than stellar. It was a gel manicure that lasted about 6 days but because of the convenient location, I gave them another chance.This latest manicure was not bad enough on its own to write a review but it was pretty bad.During the service I had to request the nail technician to paint my nails where she had missed polishing near the top of my nail. Given it was glitter polish, it was VERY obvious she had missed several spots.Within a day the polish in the ill polished areas of my nail began to peel. Inside of 4 days I was left with nails that were completely chipped. I have done DIY manicures with glitter polish that have lasted longer than this.I went to the shop after day 2 to get the polish corrected but they were too busy. I went back again and was told it could be over an hour wait to correct the awful polish job.After waiting 30 minutes without any further acknowledgement from the staff at Lovely Nails, I went north on 124 to another nail salon.Next time I will drive the extra few minutes to go elsewhere. I wont spend my dollars that doesnt treat customers well.

This is a great nail salon! They are very thorough with every customer. While I have seen them take walk-ins when not terribly busy I do believe they prefer appointments to be able to give their customers the very best time and attention possible.

I came here on a Friday, around 1:15pm. For the record, I try very hard not to frequent nail salons during busy times. I asked for a pedicure, I was seated within 5 minutes. I picked out my color and sat down. My nail tech took her time on my feet. I work 45 hours a week, I walk constantly at work. She trimmed my cuticles so well, and the leg and foot massage was amazing! The employees were not friendly, nor were they rude, they were pleasant. Each tech was focusing on their client. The environment at the time of my visit was quiet, calm and serene. I WILL be back, around the same time of course.

Initially, they were cordial. Nina did my nails and I told her before she finished that I was not satisfied. Evidently she was offended because she began speaking to her husband in their language. They are nice, and smiling at you because they are getting your money. They show who they truly are, when things dont go their way. VERY rude, and unprofessional!The words of Maya Angelou when a person shows you who they are, believe it!Stay Away!

This place is all about service. When you arrive, they bring you a bottle of water. This is the first nail salon I have ever been to where it wasnt full off the nail techs speaking to one another constantly. There was spa music, a relaxing atmosphere and very little talking amongst the staff and even with the clients. It was the best nail salon experience I have had in a long time. Their attention to detail was impressive and the hand and foot massage were wonderful. I will go Back!!

This is my regular nail salon, I won’t go anywhere else. They do an amazing job never less than perfect. The environment is so relaxing I usually fall asleep while getting my manicure and pedicure. I recommend making an appt., family owned and operated there is limited staff.

Today (06/29), I had a pedicure done by Kris. Kris is friendly and attentive to her work. It does not matter if other customers begin to arrive, the job is not rushed as another reviewer stated. I would definitely recommend if you want new feet. Ill be back for sure!

No TVs blaring, no loud music, and no employees talking in a foreign language the whole time. I love this shop. They do a great job on my pedicures. Absolutely my favorite nail salon!

BEST NAIL SALON!! Found out on my last visit that this place has been open for 10 years and theres a reason why! The staff does an amazing job taking there time to ensure quality.. the place is clean and doesnt smell like acetone. Ive found my new spot

Will never give them my business. Customer Service is a mandatory skill to have when working with patrons daily if you fail at that you definitely don’t deserve my patronage. Nice clean salon but if you want to get great service in a friendly atmosphere with people who truly know what customer service is try Solar Nails the shop is not as lavish but I will take a friendly greeting, great smile and excellent customer service over a nice salon with a rude owner any day!!! No one was in the salon when I walked in for a manicure, but they couldnt help me because I didnt have an appointment. Ive made appointments for years and still had to wait about an hour. They offered no apology and Ill never go again.

This is by far the best place I have ever been for a Mani/Pedi!! They are so friendly! They massage your arms, hands, legs, and feet. Their eye for detail is exceptional. Would recommend to a friend!!

Just wanted nails cut and cleaned up for health and comfort reasons - no polish. Person attending me did a great job - took a long time messaging feet and hands and was never too rough.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Called this establishment asked if they had any availability they responded yes. We get there, they do not greet us, he just says what do you need. I say two pedicures and a full set. He then says nothing. And we sat there for ten minutes and they never addressed us again. We walked out and will NEVER be back. Horrible customer service. Won’t ever give my money to an establishment like that

Lovely Nails is the only place that I will go to get my manicure pedicure. Sean has been doing my nails for about 11 years and his wife has been doing my pedicure close to the same time. The whole experience is an entire hour and they really take their time without making you feel rushed.

I have been going to this cool little shop for over two years and have actually started going more often because the pedicures are just that damn good! Sean and his crew are very detail-oriented and make sure that you get exactly what you want. Its crowded on Saturdays, of course, but Id rather wait to get service here than to go somewhere else and be seated right in a spa chair. I have become spoiled now because I expect to get the same treatment at other nail salons, but it NEVER happens. I am one satisfied and committed customer!

When I walked in the nail salon I was told that it was a 30 minute wait. About 10 minutes later a white female walked in. She waited for about 5 minutes before they seated her. I said clearly my black money is not wanted there and I walked out.

Poor customer service. Walked in when they had four customers at the most. Nobody wanted to greet us or ask what we needed. Literally just looked at us like they were confused why we were there. So we turned around and left. Any comments about them being racist clearly is true.

Place is extremely racist!!! To be residing in a prodominately black area. There was 5 nail techs and 3 customers my wife daughter and I requested 3 pedicures the owner didn’t appear to want to assist at all so just told us we have no appointments for 3 pedicures. We said ok and walked away but with a sure intention of doing a review immediately. Save your time and money and ride a few miles down the road to Solar Nails staff is very accommodating and extremely nice!!! If I am going to spend my money anywhere I want to be treated unbiased and welcomed into a business as if you own a business to gain new patrons and earn my money and my continued customer service. They do an amazing job here, and their prices are beyond reasobable. $35 for a mani pedi, which is a steal for how meticulous they were. They took their time, gave amazing hand and foot massages, and my feet are so soft. Highly recommend!

Walked in an hour before close for a manicure. They had one customer getting a pedicure and told me they did not have time for me. Ive never had a manicure take an hour.

This place is so relaxing and they do great nail jobs, its like going to a relaxing spa. Im headed there right now because I love the service and the quality of my nails when they are done.

I have never had this experience before at a nail salon and will definitely not recommend them. My daughter and myself went to Lovely Nails to get manicure and pedicure so we were ready for vacation the next day. When we walk in we were greeted and told a couple minutes but yes they could do both. Great start and we were both excited as it is close to our house. Once we get in the pedi chairs and they work on our feet for a few minutes, we were then told they had no time to do our hands as they had regular customers coming in for appointments. At this point it is to late to not do the pedi, so we had to go to another salon to finish our hands and try to match up our colors/designs. Not once for pedi were we ever offered and option of different pedis (first time for that as well). We faithfully keep our nails done so this is definitely business lost for them, Id rather go to a walmart salon!!!!! Lovely Nails you need to learn its all about customer service!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff that remembered my friend and I even though we just started going there. Have only tried manicures so far, but would also use them when its pedi time. They havent made my fingers bleed and shoved my cuticles to pain like other places local.
