This is the best place to go if you’re looking to get your nails done from simple to exotic!! The pedicure oh my make sure you try the VIP comes with a free glass of wine. If not that one definitely try the jelly pedicure! This place is super clean you’re able to go and relax and still feel safe. Shout out to my nail tech Andy for always keeping mom and my nails on point!!!!

Lucy, who did my nails was very rude and not paying any attention to what she was doing. I asked for gel on my real nails and she was filing down my skin while trying to file my nails. She kept on rolling her eyes and making noises every time I’d tell her that she was being too rough. She left the filing dust in my nails and went ahead and polished my nails anyway resulting in my nails looking very splotchy. I can see all the little particles on my nails. I paid over $200 for me and my 3 daughters. I expected a top notch job. Never returning again.

This is the only salon I will EVER go to. The service is worth every penny! Everyone is super nice, I never receive a wait time, they take clients early, the facility is BEAUTIFUL 🤩, there are sooooo many nail colors to choose from, customer service is 10/10, and my two techs Troy and Lena are amazing! Troy convinced me to do SNS on my real nails after having acrylic for so long and now my real nails grow super fast and strong. I’ll never get acrylic again and will always request for Lena to do gel on my toes (which I never desired before meeting her).They’re both so very detailed, never disappoint, and are always able to bring my ideas to life! I LOVE POSH 💕💅🏽💋

I’m very disappointed in my LAST experience with this location. I have been coming to this salon for years and will be looking for a new salon after my mom and I experience last Saturday. We came in for a kids mani/pedi, 2 gel full sets and 2 deluxe pedi’s. My moms tech briefly soaked her feet and then went to the back area for over 20 mins. She then came back over and did not continue the deluxe service but just attempted to put polish on her toes. My mom stopped her and ask are you going to actually finish doing the rest of the service included in the deluxe pedi, she tried to ignore her and finish painting. I stopped her and asked could she actually do the scrub and callus removal included. She argued in her language with another tech and seemed genuinely disgusted that we corrected her. It was to the point where I just asked could we get a new tech to just finish the pedi for my mom. My mom ended up just saying forget it and just getting her full set. She asked to speak with the manager and he never came over. When we got to the front they tried to charge her the full price of the deluxe pedicure. We again asked for the manager and explained what happened. He began to argue with us, saying we have to pay for supplies used. After showing him that they had not polished or cleaned her feet good at all..he said she needed to pay $15 and said “it’s not that serious”. He was EXTREMELY rude and never apologized or tried to make right of the situation. It’s not like we were trying to escape paying for our services. My tab alone was $130! It’s now 5 days out and my gel on my toes is chipping and my gel nail tips are lifting! I am no longer going to support companies that treat their customer the way they did and do piss poor nail care. They lost several customers that day including those in the salon that witness what was going on and walked out. Reading all the other reviews and not seeing any attempt from management to address the concerns of their client speaks for itself! They do not care because we continue to support them but that stops now. I will continue to let ANYONE/EVERYONE know of my experience in hopes that maybe if business slows down then they will start to appreciate ALL of their customers going forward!

Do not go to this place unless you want them to ruin your eyebrows nails lashes etc. I visited this place on my 21st birthday and I asked them to clean up my eyebrows I specifically told her do not thin them out...She proceeded to mutilate my eyebrows and then told me I walked in there like that. I have spots in my eyebrows and she took off my entire end of my right eyebrow. And bald the front of my left eyebrow DO NOT Go to this place she was extremely rude and I deeply feel like she did this on PURPOSE. She didn’t even apologize. I will attach pictures

Honestly they did amazing the lady that did my foot massage was very nice and funny . they carry you with manners and treat their customers well !! i jus wasn’t satisfied with my acrylic tips oh my toes. on my it toe was slanted. other than, that i was very satisfied.

Great experience. Got a random style that I seen online. They found a nail designer to do my nails while getting my pedicure. Only thing I have to mention is that I missed out on the free drinks cause I wasnt told they were available and my pinky toe gel nail polish came off. But I think its mainly cause I went swimming a few hours after and scraped my toe a few times. Great price too. I got a gel pedi and fill, paraffin for my hands, feet and my sisters hands, and my eye brows done for 125.

I walked into an experience today! I got a spa pedicure with hot stones by Loanne and it was amazing! Can’t stress it enough. Plus, they have a drink menu! Treat yourself and your friends. Definitely a girl’s day situation and my new nail salon!

I’m giving them a 2 star because the service was alright. However the tech did a horrible job in my nails. They look like a kindergartner painted them. There are streaks/lines and paint all over my nails and fingers. My daughter thought they were press-on’s. He didn’t even apply the Matte as requested. I won’t go there again!!!! They were extremely friendly and very organized. They offered water, soda, and wine right away. When I called early they told me to come right in regardless of the service that I was getting and that was awesome. They have lots of TVs and holiday music playing. My daughter and I got the sns powder with nail tips and it was reasonablely priced. I will revisit. So they are lasting longer than the other places we have been!

Changing my review. This place is amazing and staff is great! Always a clean enviroment and relaxing. However the past few times I have gone my nails have been terrible. I dont like to complain about someones work directly so last time I went I asked to not have the same person and left it at that. They asked me why and I also showed him how I left that day because I took pictures right when I got in my car. They knew what it looked like but told me I shouldnt have left my nails looking like that if I wasnt happy with it. The set before last were lifting so bad I couldnt even wait the full 2 weeks for the next fill. Again I dont like complaining or returning things and I wasnt looking for a refund or discount I just didnt want him again. So he showed my picture to him, not sure what was said. The man who did my nails came over and questioned if he was the one who did my nails and I said yes (I saved the receipt).Then this time they sat me with him again, same issue except one hand is decent. Which I am ok with however my other hand will lift in the next few days as you shouldnt put acrylic on skin. I dont want to stop going here but I dont want to continue having the same guy and paying for service or having to be there longer for someone to do something right. I am all for learning and what not but they asked to see my nails when I left so I know they saw what I saw. I have had several different services here but I am so frustrated I am not sure if I will be coming back. I dont want to make additional complaints on the person but I dont want that specific person working on my nails anymore. This isnt to deter someone from going there because seriously I never had issues over the years, but wanted to express my frustration again and truthfully not sure what else to do.

Went last Monday 8/16 to get a pedicure, didnt like the fact that they charge to remove gel when it is being reapplied, however I had an issue with the gel polish peeling off and I was upset cause it had been a couple days after it was done and I went in and management made it better, he got another nail tech to fix it which made me satisfied! I initially gave 1 star and edited and gave 4 because they were able to turn the situation around thanks Van!

Had to get a nail repair and fill in, you can’t tell the difference in which it is! Very nice business

This salon is awful with scheduling appointments!!! This is the second time in a row I have come here after having made an appointment only to be told I have to wait 45 minutes to see a technician. It is not good business nor practice to treat customers in this manner. If I were to have walked in that would be one thing, but to have an appointment and have it happen multiple times is unacceptable. To the management team, you need to plan accordingly. Nail salons come a dime a dozen, and service goes along way when you are trying to obtain a loyal customer. Do better!!!

I called Posh nails in snellville the price that was told to me over the phone wasn’t the same price once I got there.I wanted to get 6 color on my feet. The lady that was supposed to be doing my feet she started speaking in her language around about me and kept calling her manger over there . Then every time the manager came over the price would go up . mind you they gave me a step price, but as I was getting my feet done price would change . When Tech was finished with my nails, I voiced my displeasure and she immediately went and got the owner who offered no help at all! The prices are very high and they up charge everything! Can’t walk out for less than $130 for a fill and pedicure! And even if you make an appointment you are always waiting at least an hour!

My daughter and I have come here for years we love everything about this salon !! Would recommend!

I went for my appointment and arrived early. The man said that our appointment he could not find. He did nothing to accommodate the mistake that they made on their end. We have been a Loyal customer for a long time but the last few times we went we have had horrible service. The technician cut up my skin doing my nails and my nail broke less than a week later. We will not be back

My husband got a 45 minute foot massage. He definitely loved it. They charge $1 per minute. I definitely recommend this place.
