Ami did a fantastic job with my facial! It was as if she was performing a ballet on my face!!! I have never enjoyed a facial this much - thoroughly relaxing and a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her to all my friends.

I love the female massage therapists. They enable you to relax and adjust to your level of comfort. Rooms remind you of 5 star hotels.

Tanya did my massage. She is very professional and attentive and akind soul. I felt very comfortable with her. I enjoyed my massage immensely. I highly recommend anyone to enjoy a massage here. If you have never had a massage anywhere this is an excellent business to try.

I received a gift card & because I didn’t use it within the year the company deducts funds from the gift card. Essentially they got paid twice for the service! Once the gift card was purchased they were already paid for the services. This is a terrible way to treat customers. I would not waste your money with them. There are many other spas that will treat their customers better.

Great friendly staff and nice atmosphere

I’ve enjoyed coming here over the years for spa services. My services have been provided by friendly and professional individuals. I feel this company does not go out of the way to appreciate loyal customers. Although I’ve spent thousands of dollars here I don’t feel my patronage is appreciated. With the latest frequent visitor campaign, the first I know of, I brought to the managers’ attention that I had been coming for years only to be told I needed to spend another $400 for $10 off services. There is too much competition to remain loyal just for the sake of it, I had to cut ties.

Love this spa! I am a regular customer and always feel welcome and comfortable when I go. Everyone I have encountered from the check in staff, my massage therapist, the estheticians, nail techs, spa director, etc have been more than professional and made my stay there a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Always a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I buy several body oils here and get a facial when I can. Their prices are on the higher side but the quality is unmatched. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my massages, pedicures, or facials.

Excellent massage as always!

I have tried quite a few Spas in Atlanta but this place has to be my favorite. Such serenity and peace when you step in the retail shop and in the back. It leave you with a wonderful spa experience. The deep tissue massage had me not wanting to leave. I also got a quick 30 min facial and my friends noticed my beautiful skin immediately. The prices are reasonable too!

This was very overpriced for the massage therapist. She did not seem to be trained at all. Was a short older woman with an accent. Very basic massage could have gotten from anyone. Used her arms most of the time and hardly ever her hands. Not worth what I paid.

RELAXATION STATION!! Loved the atmosphere and the staff is super friendly and patient as well as thorough. I did a body massage then facial trust me by the facial i fell asleep i was too comfortable. Also try the sinus blend aromatherapy i have serious sinus and allergy issues when i got there after my services i was totally cleared up A++ DEFINITELY rescheduling!!

I have been going here for years, ever since they opened. I have always had very deferential, courteous service. I always get the signature pedicure. They start with picking your element - such as wood, water, etc. to suit your mood. Youre given a cup of tea or water if you like, and head to the back where they have comfy swing chairs or low seats and soak your feet in perfumed hot water while you rest to peaceful music. When ready, they bring you to a chair, will give you an eyemask filled with lavender and a blanket if you want one while they lean you back and take care of your pedicure. It is an amazing, relaxing experience. They take their time and do it properly. Always a treat to go here.

Best spa experience! I received a prenatal massage, 30min facial, and pedicure. Ari (massage therapist) was amazing and accommodating. Imani (Emani-not sure of spelling) was also awesome and it was such a joy talking to her! I didn’t catch the name of the nail technician who did my pedicure today but she was also great - best pedicure ever! It was truly a relaxing experience - and I needed it. Definitely going back!

Probably the worst massage I’ve ever had simply because even after evoking several grunts and ouches I had to flat out tell her she was using too much pressure. She let up for a couple of minutes then went right back to pressing her forearm into me like she was working out her frustrations on my back. Not responsive to the customer at all!

My first visit set the tone for many more! The massage was relaxing and therapeutic. I also enjoyed the manicure/pedicure services as well.

I have been visiting Natural Body Spa in Snellville since they opened. Extended days and hours assures that I can go anytime I am free. Beautiful, wonderful, relaxing environment with awesome staff. I love the microcurrent facials and cannot find anyone else in town that does that facial!

Great visit. I booked two facials for myself & my mother (for her bday). This was our first time at this spa. We had facials by Ami & Amani & I dont know who raved more! Both were highly professional & our skin jas never felt so good. The front store has a good selection of natural products as well. I highly recommend this place!

I went in Friday to get my nails done. First this is not a full service pedicure or manicure. They do little work on the cuticles and just paint your nails. They use a bunch of lotions and donmassages which is fine but takes forever. I had to go back in saturday to fix one nail. Sunday another one chiped and today Tuesday 04/02 ibhave another chipped nail. Inwould not recomend this place for their work and how much they charge.

She has gifted hands and such a sweet demeanor. Her ability to transition between body areas is truly a gift. First massage Ive had that I wasnt aware of the time and anticipating the end. I was truly relaxed. This massage is definitely one of the best Ive ever had!Chenoa was my esthetician and she was awesome too! She was very gentle and so personable. My face feels like silk! Great face, shoulder, neck massage too. More gifted hands! I lost track of time with her as well.I highly recommend both of these professionals. The spa itself was clean with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and courteous too. Its exactly what a spa experience should be!

I called for an apointment but it happens the call sent me to do it through its app which I did, and then they called me back but nothing available. Sounds like a joke but its not. I dont understand why have an apointment scheduler that actually does nothing.
