This is a VERY busy nail salon and it’s in a VERY busy location, the service is good but slow, I’d recommend making an appointment otherwise your wait would be even longer, and I would not suggest you go on the weekends, I only had one person to service me there and I’ve been going for over 2yrs now I love Vicki, she strives for giving the best service and if something goes wrong she will fix it, and she always asked if the color I chooses was ok once she applies one coat.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years!! My tech is Kim she’s fast and people always ask who does my nails.

My nails tech Tina is the best. She always does a great job on my nails (SNS).

The service use to be wonderful. I honestly Kimberly is the ONLY reason why I still come back here . Set an appointment just for them to cancel when you arrive or change the appointment then morning of.. Come for a walk-in service they don’t acknowledge you until they damn near cleared out . The young lady who sits in Kimberly chair does what she wants and thinks everything is funny.

A comfortable salon with massage chairs. They do a pretty good job. You might not want to go on Saturday though. They are very busy.

The only place I get my lashes done by either Kim or Kimberly. They are both very good. Whenever Kimberly does my lashes, they last for 3 weeks or more, event though I wash my face with soap and water. Excellent job!!!

Horrible service, left nail Polish all over my hands than tried to file it off with a nail filer. Did a horrible job on a basic gel manicure. Got upset and yelled at me because I didn’t want the same color on my toes as my nails. Will never return and now I remember why I stopped patronizing them years ago!

I have been going to this salon for years but quality has gone down. Workers do bare minimum but expect you to pay more the most expensive pedicure. Workers are lazy if they make a mistake- I have got to find someplace else

Went here because my nail tech was off and needed my nails did immediately. I was greeted by Kimberly. She was very nice and helpful she did an excellent job on my eyelashes and eyebrows. She helped me match the color so that I could get a fill in she then handed me over to her nail tech name Kimberly because she trusted her to take care of me - and she did, my nails look really nice and she added a firefly to two of my nails -the service was wonderful and I will be returning to the shop!

The people are friendly but the service is horrible. I left the salon about 2 hours ago and can already tell that I didn’t get a good pedicure just by looking at my heel. Also, if your establishment opens at 9 a.m., your employees need to be on time.

Great job. Vee at station 6 was great. Someone else did was pedicure and she was just as good. I loved how they both took there time and did not rush even if when it started to get a little busy. I will definitely be back.

Neat place. Neat workers. Very skilled at what they do. If you want to pamper your feet, then this place is a go-to!

This nail salon is an absolute joke. These women are so unprofessional and their work is extremely sloppy!!!!! Got my nails done on Wednesday and I’m right back on a Thursday!!!! And if you look around the shop you can’t find a nail license on the wall😳 not to mention it’s very dirty.. just take a look at the pedicure stations😒

I was cut 3 times also I am trying to sue them because they used dirty nail tools which caused me to get fugue on my feet horrible place. And not to mention I have called left messages as well as contacting their so-called corporateand I have yet to hear back from anyone this is disturbing I am disgusted and Ive suffered and no one cares its time to find a lawyer.

I literally just walked out of the shop! Im sitting in my car writing this review. I asked for matte finish, yes, she did it, but it looks horrible! Then when it was time to pay she wanted to charge me $33! She couldnt explain to me why she was charging $33! The last time I went there I got the same exact service, fill in, gel polish & a nail repair, they charged me $27! This time I got the same thing, the only difference is I wanted the matte finish. How did it go from $27 to $33? Youre telling me youre charging me $6 for matte finish? Last time they told me that was free!! Besides that, I had to keep pointing out that all of my nails were not shaped the same, one was visibly lifting and she was just about to throw acrylic on it, she filed my skin! Ugh, just completely unhappy. Excuse my hands in the pic, the hang nails arent their fault, lol.

Miss Simone was such a please. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. My nails and pedicure lasted about three weeks which never happens. She took her time and was simply a joy to talk with. I felt really comfortable here and will definitely be back!!

I came here as a gift from my family. I was very pleased with the service. The staff did a wonderful job with my pedicure and did not rush through the job. They made sure I felt very comfortable and did a wonderful job.

Have been going here for years. Great service & the shop is really nice. All the techs are skilled and there is rarely a wait. Mani, pedi, waxing & lashes, this is a one stop shop. Ana is the best

I went there for a gels nails on my fingers and toes, I called ahead and was told it would be 36, but when it was time to check out they told me it was $50. When I left I noticed that a few of the nails were done poorly so I went back and asked them to fix it, the nail technician argued with me saying its fine and that it was my natural nail thats the issue and refused to fix it although my natural nails are pretty healthy and dont have any bumps what so ever. If a place cant stand by there work and correct something as simple as one nail, its not worth the money or time to go there. Customer service matters as well, but I guess to pearl nails they do a perfect job every time and if you dont think so something is wrong with you.

No long waiting! Technicians were friendly and well-mannered; discussed service options & pricing, with each customer. Spaces were clean and organized!

I have mixed feelings about this facility. My pedicure was amazing. She did a wonderful job, however, my full set was poorly done. The shape was terrible. The acrylic overlay was poorly done and when I tried to correct her she still did not fix it. The color was terrible. I had to go to another nail salon 5 mins after to correct her work. I do not recommend for a full set but brow waxing and pedicures are always good.

Dealt with a very rude nail tech at this establishment. She was rushing, had a nasty attitude, and she was being a little too aggressive. She began to do my nails but with her energy being so negative and how aggressive she was I had her remove all the tips that she applied and left. This is the same lady who jacked my daughters eyebrows up and act as if she was so confused when confronted about it. I will never return nor will I recommend anyone else to go there. She was too busy trying to keep up with everyone’s tabs to take time out to show some good customer service. I work hard for my money and They will never get another dime from me!

My feet were scrubbed for literally 10seconds, lady was doing something on her phone with her coworker and they both stopped doing my mothers and i toes for about 3 minutes, she was picking hair out of the sink where i had my feet. First and last time coming here.

Vicky does an awesome job. I see her for both my fill and pedicure. I suggest making an appointment to avoid a wait especially towards the weekend

I treated myself to a pedicure a few days ago.. i was cut a few times.. I actually left the emergency room today.. my toe and toenail is severely infected and leaking pus. It smells horrible. I completely lost my toenail. And there is a hole where the infection is burrowing down into my cuticle. It’s very painful.. and throbs at night:: I don’t get to treat myself often.. I’ll be even more hesitant now. Like., literal pus is oozing from my toe.. the tip of my toe is purple and red..

I bring my mom here to be pampered. They are all good and super sweet people. They do a great job and are not too expensive. I love it here and Amy is my moms favorite worker. She is really sweet to my mom and me.

We live in the area and although theres a shop closer my 18 yr old daughter has been going frequently for the past years. They treat her well and she is always satified with the level of service she gets. I have no complants.

If you go here ask for Vivienne! She is absolutely the best! Been going to her for years for all my needs.

Always trying to pressure you to spend more money and they get attitudes when you dont. I was told that my full set/Pedicure was one price then the price jumped up. My nails were uneven and half painted. I was so upset. I didnt even want to stay and dry my nails or get them fixed. I paid then left. Never going back. Its sad because the man that works there is the best. He does great work!...So if you decide to give them your business please give the gentleman in the first seat your money!

Terrible experience! Came in with my entire family spending over $300 in this nail salon on Saturday morning. My sister was expecting her first child and the baby shower was later in the evening, so I decided to treat my family to a local salon.3 days later on a fresh new full set I’ve had 3 nails pop off in 3 days!!! I have worn nails for 3 years and have never had this happen to me.To make it even funnier I went in to get my nail fixed and the lady who did my set did not want to correct all of my nails unless I paid!! Insulting if anything, after getting my nails fixed literally the next day another nail popped off.Tina was the one who did my full set and attempted to fix them which was useless. Save your money and go to the salon across the Walmart plaza not far from them, I know that’s where I’m going after soaking this trash full set off and paying for another set!! Pissed is an understatement

Great job on the pedicures itself, but the polish job couldve been done better. There was polish on my skin. Also, not the cleanest salon Ive been in. Didnt notice a emphasis being put on sanitation. The chairs were dirty also.

Service is horrible and the ladies who work in the shop are extremely rude. I will not be going back to this nail salon. Do not waste your time or money.

This is one of the worse nail shop that exists in this area. I came in for a fill in. The nail tech cut my cuticle so bad that it started to bleed. The nail tech put neosporin and a bandage on it and proceeded to charge me the full price for the fill in. I paid it, but I did not receive the service that I came in for. How is it that they can damage you and still expect you to pay to be injured. I will not go there again. I wish that I could give them a -5 for injuring me.

Dont know why the rating is SO LOW for this salon!!! Just gave it a shot with a friend and couldnt be more impressed! Top Notch pedicure with hot towels and heated stones!!!Good Prices also!

I always have a great experience whenever I come. Yes, they tend to get busy, but its best to come in the morning if you can. Susan does a great job with my SNS nails.

Me and my friends came here lady first grabbed my arm and pushed me to sit down while I was looking at colors then rushed through my fill then made me pay before the whole time she had a attitude so at this point I didn’t even want color she still tried to make me pay the same price as if I got color THEN started to yell when I tried to calmly ask her how much

Worst nail salon ever. They over charge for basic fill in thats not gel nor sns and a polish change not a pedicure. And my nails still look a hot mess while another is in so much pain it hurts to touch. I only came here because the nail salon across the street closed early. I was getting my nails done for graduation and they look horrible. Im so upset I can barely type dont even want to give them one star they dont deserve it.

First and last time theyll get my money. The pedicure was ok... she was rough on my hands. Very rough. I kept getting burnt from her drill and she cut my skin open with the nail file...the nail FILE!!! I also got my eyebrows waxed and even my BF said they look the same as when I left, except the area was red and had hella wax still on my face. They need to train their employees better. This is the first time in over 10 years of getting my nails done, the same person did all 3 services. I was in the for a good 2 hours and still came out disappointed. If all the salons in Snellville are like this, Ill drive an hour back to my old salon.

I had the worst experience ever, I got assigned to chair #6, she had offered to do gel powder, she did a horrible job, she have had used a very bad glue because they came off in a couple days later, this has also happened to my mom. 3 days later I came to fixed what she had done wrong, and she made me come 2 different times because she was busy, of course the 3rd time I didn’t showed up.Don’t waste your time/ money

The worst ! Their customer service sucks! I had to walk out in the middle of my service. The nail techs didnt know the difference between ombre powder, and gel polish. One the nail techs told me their mood gel polish turns into ombre. Just a horrible service all around! They are uneducated in the services they provide. If I could give them a zero I would. Dont waste your money or time!

First impression - rude. Came in and no one has said a word to me yet and ive been here already about 10 mins. I signed in because I saw the list there and sat down. I have never been to a nail shop and they dont acknowledge you and ask what service you are getting. 5 more minutes and im outta here!

Been sitting here 20 plus minutes in the chair. Lady tells me I have an appointment I forgot about, you can leave and come back??? Are you kidding me!! I will sit in this chair until they close... unbelievable #neverAgain

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am not a picky person, as long as the service is good...but these ladies were the rudest I have ever seen. This was my first visit to this salon, and when I was asking about pricing and what the services included the lady was very short and rude with me. There prices are also much higher than the surrounding salons for the same services. When I sat down to have my nails done, the lady proceeded to eat a bag of chips (while licking her fingers) in front of me while I picked my nail color. By that point I was so annoyed that I made some excuse, got up and walked out. As I was leaving she literally shooed me off with her hands. I will never go back to this salon, and I dont recommend it if youre looking for a relaxing, friendly enviroment!

I come to pearl nail quite often,, the customer service has gotten terrible,, I noticed today the nail tech trying to charge $2 more for something included in a typical pedicure,, I just wanted a basic pedicure today,, I dont mind them trying to make a sale,, but DONT be Overbearing, NOR try to overcharge! I was not pleased today,, nor do I feel like, I had a great pedicure!

I came here last Friday to get a mani and pedi. The store was very busy but I only had to wait ten minutes and when I came in the back the chair was already set up. The lady who did my feet was very nice and scrubbed my feet really clean--I have a lot of calluses. I was happy with my nails too--Helen did a great design that was exactly like the one I wanted. Great salon :) Ive been coming here for years and they always do a great job.
