This place is AMAZING! I am shocked to see so many negative reviews! I received both a manicure and pedicure, and am very pleased with the work. The lady that worked on my manicure fixed the terrible nail job that I had gotten from the previous nails salon. I will return again!

The older tech also believed to be the owner because it’s only her and her daughter who are mostly. One the day I went in, she tried to use the same gloves she had on with another customer. So when she came to service me, I called her out about not changing her gloves and her response was, “well that’s your friend” meaning the lady prior to me, who nails she was doing. It’s sad how we as a community will still go to them COVID coming from there country isn’t enough. I will NEVER return. Anyone else who continues with them, make sure they use clean gloves.

I called the day before to get an appointment and asked how much it would be and what times were available. I was repeatedly asked what time but wanted to know the times available. I asked if 12:30 would work, which is a Sunday, and got the appointment booked. They open at 12 on Sunday so it worked for me. When I got there at 12:10, which I know is early, the doors were locked and no one was there. I waited and someone did show up to unlock and open the store at 12:20. I gave them a few minutes and went in at 12:25. Once I came in I was greeted and asked what I would like done. Sat down and she asked me what color and began working. I was happy with the ladies and my nails. The last place I went was very busy and my nails were coming off within the week of me getting them done. I would go back and recommend this place. It was not busy at all when I was there which was nice. The lady I had took her time and was very skilled with the acrylic powder that she used. I will be posting more after having the nails for a while.

I just received Nail services from Vicky this morning and I’m highly satisfied with the outcome. She went above and beyond and made my nails feel like royalty. The quality of care I was given today would’ve costed me a fortune and I paid half of that. Horrible customer service. Nail tech extremely rough with my nails and when I informed her it hurt she continues to do them the same way. She was very rude Ended up leaving mid way thru. Will never return!

Very clean, love the decor. I went in for a pedicure with my husband. I cant remember the days name but she did am awesome job. She was so friendly, and very professional and the oy tech there. I will definitely be going back.

Only had two techs working at 5:45pm. It took 20 minutes before my technician filled the water bowl for my pedicure and got started. The massage chairs are awesome and it is very quiet inside, so it was a welcomed quiet relaxing moment. They have a decent selection of colors, but several look mixed or like they tried to recreate a color that was running out. My pedi itself was pretty good, and the technician was attentive when she got to me.

I had my nails done by Vicky for prom. She did an amazing job with taking her time to ensure I was satisfied. I recommend going here to get your services done for special occasions!

If i could give zero stars I would. Today I went in for a full set and then decided to get a pedicure as well. The water in the foot tub was not even warm to say the least. The lady that was doing my pedicure didnt seem to really want to do it. Doesnt speak any English or very little English. I ask 3 different times for her to make the water a little warmer. She turned the hot water on and then turned it off very quickly as if she didnt care that the water wasnt warm. The guy that did my nails had an attitude because I inquired about prices. He was mad that my fingers on my left hand are not so straight. I cant help that. My nails are very thick and bulky and not even AT ALL. My toes look like I polished them at home by myself. I still payed for my service because I dont want them trying to think im try I g to get out of paying and call the police. I spent 60 bucks in this place today and not satisfied at all. I went home n took the polish off my toes and polished them myself. They look better than what I paid for. I will never visit this place again. Thumbs down.

Great job and personalized service! Love the married couple working there. If there are people there they get to you as soon as they can or let you soak your feet and they never waste a second helping you! Ice been going there for 16 years at least! Never got any infections or been unhappy. If you mess them up theyll fix it! They speak very good English too.

Under new ownership, now called USA Nails. Went for the 1st time in November for a new set of acrylic nails since they are running a 20% off any service special for the grand opening.BAD Mistake!New set was lifting and pulling away on most nails in a few weeks. Never had that happen in over 20 years of having my nails done with a new set. Went back today and had the male owner - same person who did them the first time - do a half___ work and then charged extra because he replaced 4 nails completely. Shoddy work. Will never go back.Sometimes cheap is cheap for a reason. Learned a lesson. Will be going back across the street to a quality nail salon - should never had left them for what was supposed to be a good deal.

This nail salon has always been my favourite for a very long time but after today I will swear by it that I will only ever go to this nail salon. Google says they close at 8 pm but they actually close at 7:30 I arrived at 7 o’clock and asked if me and my two friends could each get a full set of acrylics and without hesitation we were welcomed in. We ended up being in the salon until about 10 o’clock and the two ladies who were taking care of us were nothing short of pleasant, friendly, polite, and professional. All three of us walked out with the most fabulous looking nails that we have ever had, and without a shadow of a doubt the most incredibly amazing experience. One of my friends got a full set of acrylics with colour changing gel polish and it was only $35, me and my other friend both got a full set of acrylics with the magnetic gel polish (which might I add is indescribably beautiful) for only $40

Vicky is very good with the facial and a great nail technician. She does eye lashes also. Check her out.

The technician in the first chair was very rough. She had the acrylic on my cuticles and had the nerve to ask me what it was, then started to pull it off. She also had my coffin shaped nails lopsided and lumpy. I do not recommend this spot.

Went and got my nails and brows done today by vicky and she is amazing I love her customer service she made me feel so welcomed and made sure everything was perfect !!! I will be returning and definitely to Vicky !!!!!

HORRIBLE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE RUDE PEOPLE. Ive been twice and will never comeback. I only went because I live close by. I would rather travel a further distance than to come here. This place has new ownership and a new name USA Nails.

When I went in I asked how long is the wait? I was told no wait they can do me now. I was set up at a pedicure bowl and left for 30+ minutes while the only two staff members began working on other patrons. Now my water is cold and Im almost due back to work. So I asked for a towel to dry my feet off and return to work when the lady began to apologize, but the owner didnt seem to care. Please dont frequent this establishment. Try any of the other neighboring salons before settling for this one. Im highly upset ... But shame on me because I had a bad experience a few years ago in this very salon. Heads up yall.

SO disappointed! Ive been going to Capitol Nails for over 20 years and have always had superb service. Since the new owners took over, I have been 3 times and each time has been a disaster. The first trip I came home with an ingrown toenail - my FIRST ever. :( 2nd trip they pestered me constantly to spend more $$ and they cut my nails too short. Third & last trip -- they cut my cuticle AND worst of all, during all three visits the nail technician took a smoke break in the middle of my manicure and came back reeking of cig smoke. UGH - I am not going back.
