Unfortunately my car wouldnt start and I needed it towed from Akron to Norton. I contacted Jeffreys towing and they were all extremely helpful from the dispatcher to the driver. The dispatcher was kind, professional, and very courteous. The driver was professional, friendly, prompt, safe and even let me ride along to the tow shop. All at a very affordable cost.Highly recommend Jeffreys for all of your towing needs!

First I was told I couldnt get anything out of my vehicle because its on their property waited about a week called again and explain the situation and the guy said he would let me do it for 150 bucks for the towing cost like its I was living in my car at the time you should be able to just keep it hold on to it the car I understand and not it might be longing is in it that I need let alone you got my car

I needed a jump start, first I called AAA & found out it would take 2-3 hours - called Jeffreys in Norton and they came to the Magic City Plaza in less than 25 minutes. Did not charge extra for me using my credit card. Now I have to send my bill to AAA for reimbursement. Highly recommend Jeffreys towing, the service tech was fast and professional. Friendly, too! He was very nice, professional, quickly loaded my vehicle and securely delivered it to destination. They are affordable and easy to work with.

Called to get the price for my vehicle being impounded...was told $218.83 on the phone but when i arrived a little after 2pm and was told cash only so i went to an atm and and came back to be told that after noon theres an additional $20 fee for storage...had to make 2 extra unneccessary trips

My daughters car broke down 40 minutes from home at 11 pm on Saturday night during this covid lockdown. Jeffreys was available right away, gave me what I thought was a great rate to tow it back home and the driver was just a gentleman in every way. I highly recommend them.
