My first time getting a manicure/ pedicure. They did me right, my feet have never felt so great, my hands look and feel amazing. I have never felt so rejuvenated before. The atmosphere is pleasant and the employees are respectful and diligent. I will definitely return, awesome experience. 👌🏽 🥰

I live closest to this location but choose to go to Decatur because the customer service here does NOT match the decor. I do NOT like the way that Im treated at this location. And I only go to Decatur because I really do like the employees there.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They will try to make *certain* people pay before the service is rendered and they aren’t open until 8 like it says so you will waste your time going over there just for them to not take you. Slow and unprofessional.

It was my first time. I don’t remember the lady who did my nails but she was very friendly she asked to see a picture of what I wanted and she gave me just that. I love it and will go back. Nails will always be expensive. If you can’t afford don’t go ‼️

I was going to try this nail salon out but after reading the horrible experiences customers said they experienced I will not be going. Like many said there are way too many other nail salons to go to then to be treated rudely. Business owners should recognize people actually read their reviews. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to see Ruby here. She was very good. I just came back to get 2 nails fixed and they told me to come back tomorrow. Absolutely not. How unprofessional. I even asked how long the wait would be if I chose to wait and she spoke to someone in another language then said No one can do you today. Come back tomorrow. You just lost a customer and I WILL spread the word.

I went for a full set and pedicure. The pedicurist continued to try and upsell me to the point of uncomfortability. I asked for oval nails but got square because the tech said they were more natural. I didnt feel that they were particularly friendly as I heard them addressing other customers like they were hard of hearing. I was not comfortable at all and wont go back. Its a shame too because I actually got the best brow job Ive had in years. But attitude and atmosphere is part of a good experience.

I arrived at the location at 7:30. There were only 2 people in there one was paying and one was at the nail dryer. She asked me what I wanted and I said a pedicure, she then said they were closed. I stated your door said you close at 8:00pm and she said we take the last person at 7:00 pm. Then maybe you should state that you dont close at 8 you close at 7. Unprofessional.

I only went in because they had the color I wanted. But this time, they didn’t have the color, I still went ahead and got a mani/pedi. The gel color peeled off after 2 days. They cut my cuticle to where I started bleeding on my toe. Awful experience. Be warned. There are better cheaper places.

I came here to get a pedicure, I went in because over the phone they said there was no wait but he wasn’t sure if there would be a wait in 10 mins- which was fine because I literally live across the street. Yet I waited 15 mins to be seated, another 15 to have her sit down and actually start doing the pedicure, which was the basic one, i understand it’s basic but I’ve been to the one on the other side of the Kroger and I get a much better pedicure for half the price. All she did was wet my feet and scrub them with a sponge and paint them, and then I was charged 60$. Not worth it and I do not recommend.

I like to try different local spots so I chose a time they werent busy & pedicure was average but wowzers on the prices. Never paid an additional $15 for gel polish. The decor is nice & they are polite but $65 for a pedi & gel polish is out of my range.

The price is very high for the bare minimum. I got my manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows done and only my manicure is done the way I asked. Only recommend if a male tech is there.

My S/O went to this place and was spoken to so rudely that we will NEVER return! Impatient, rude staff who will use racial epithets and treat their customers as if they’re an inconvenience WILL NOT receive my money, nor money of anyone in my immediate circle! This establishment has made it clear that me and folks who look like me are not welcomed there, so me and mine will respond accordingly!

This was my first visit, called made an appt. We were seated right away. Nothing was wrong with the service it was great but beware of the price gouge!! I literally paid 102 plus tip for a gel pedicure for myself and gel hands and toes for my 4 year old. I was shocked!! The prices listed never said gel was 13.75 upcharge on a pedicure. Its usually 5-6 dollars anywhere else.my 4 year olds pedicurewas 16.75+ 8.75 for gel and another 13.75+ 8.75 . I will not be back outrageously over priced!

They add a high Covid surcharge to your total. Failed to mention that before service. Guy who did my nails didnt soak them off--used drill file. They charged me to take polish off! I requested SNS and he used gel instead! Im over all these nail shops and their inconsistent service.

I came here because i was on Lucys nails and the owner from lucys nail went crazy because i told him he didnt do one of my nails right so he cut 4 ofmy nails off. At Chan they took care of me and treated me with respect. This is very clean and peacefull place. Everyone should go here instead of that Lucys nail place.

This is a real LUXURY NAIL SPA. Ruby is unmatched with her skills. I love the kids spa area that I havent seen anywhere else. The decor is amazing and its a REAL full service spa! Hurry up yall... they are doing 20% off all services!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The people were insanely rude and aggressive and literally a day after getting our nails done they were popping off and when we went in today to get them fixed she told us that because it’s been 3 days since we’ve got themdone she couldn’t fix them. And nobody had told us of this rule before. Honestly very unprofessional and far too expensive for the poor quality work they’re doing. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy!!

My daughter came to get a pedicure and full set of nails. She asked for the $20 pedicure and they told her they charge for polish and she ended up getting the $30. I loved the male manicurist I think his name was John. I didnt like the older lady that did my toes. She was rough and was trying to tell me that my feet had callous( they do not) to try to get me to buy the more expensive foot service.

I went here recently and it was the worse experience ever. The owner charges hidden fees I asked for a explanation of the cost and the bill went down by $10 and then they tried to charge me for a service I didn’t get. Never again!! Terrible

Ive been here a handful of times and the experiences just get worse and worse. Yesterday’s experience was the last. If you dont mind being overpriced by overwhelmed nail techs with average to below average customer service and expertise come here. If not, take your money and business elsewhere. I do not recommend.

They only had one person that understood English so there was huge lack of communication. I got a pedicure and asked if I could just have my cuticles on my hands done and she said I would have to get a manicure. That is fine and I don’t mind paying for a manicure, but I didn’t want my nails painted or anything and my cuticles looked worse after the service than before!! I also asked if they could paint my 4 years olds nails nothing else but paint the nails and they charged me for a full manicure for that.

I was pleased until found out they charged me an extra 10.00 for using my DEBIT CARD! Had I known that I would have not even tipped! Thats ridiculous when I spent over $150!!!

This place is awful. I went in after reading the reviews and asked for Ruby for a SNS and manicure. I was rudely told she no longer works there. I needed to get my nails done so I said I will try them. The place barely had anyone and was extremely dirty. The lady that did my nails didn’t use any cuticle softener and ice cold water to dip my hands. Once she started removing cuticles she cut me 3 times and I literally screamed she didn’t apologize and kept going. Her hands were so rough and this was the worst experience ever. It has been a few days and my nails still hurt from the hang nail she was trying to roughly remove. This place seriously needs better people working and a much nicer attitude. I will not be going back and absolutely not recommend them.

A friend of mine went to this nail salon and was called the N word by an employee there, the police had to be called because he was threatening them.

He massaged my feet! That made me happy!

I will never come back here again. The staff, and especially the owner are very rude and unwelcoming! All they care about is money, not meeting the customers needs.

I called and asked for the price they said it would be $35 for a simple one color medium acrylic polish, I then ended up paying $60 for random service forced fees. I didn’t complain but I looked at my nails and it wasn’t $60 nails not even $35 nails and it didn’t resemble there images at all. Forgot to mention my nail tech kept telling me my eyebrows are “so ugly” and “need to get done”.

I had gotten a fill-in and pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure rushed through my pedicure and I did a more expensive service. The man doing my nails kept cutting my cuticles and sides of my nail bed. I told him it was hurting and to slow down and be careful. Needless to say, my fingers hurt very bad today and my cuticles are all torn up. On top of it all it cost me $100.00 for a $30 pedicure and fill-in.

This place charges extra fees before you get a service. If you plan on spending $80-100, they charge you an extra $10 fee on top of charging $5 for shaping even with a full set. I walked right out. There are signs posted all up front about it and no refunds....

I was greeted immediately by Ruby once I entered the spa. Its beautiful and very clean. I showed Ruby what I wanted and she did not disappoint! Very nice staff and calming relaxing atmosphere. Ive finally found a nail salon that I love. Highly recommended.

Very expensive nail shop! This is not a spa! They expect a tip regardless of their service. They charge a COVID-19 fee which is between $8-$15! You are better off going to Lucy Nails which is around the corner from Kroger in the shopping center.

This was not my first time visiting this nail salon so I didnt expect the service I received today. I went in for a pedicure. I should have asked for the usual person but because of Covid I just wanted to get in and out, my mistake. The lady who did was rude and unprofessional. When I told her the water was cold she basically ignored me. When she went to put in the bath salt the container would not release any so she just skipped that. When I told her I want the basic and gel she wanted me to do the upgrade I declined and told her why but she seem so not like my response. I am going to skip the entire foot scuba because it was non existent. So when she completed my polished I look at my toes and she over painted everyone of them. So when I pointed it out to her she seem to have an attitude. She did some filing on one toes and said I am done. I was so mad I just wanted to pay and leave. So when she checks me out it 43 dollars. I have never paid 43 dollars. I gave her the 43 and just said I will take it to Google.I have never been the type of person to complain but in this situation I had to say something. I wish I had her name because I wouldnt want anyone to get her.

WORST NAILS. I went in around 6:30 pm, when they close at 8, and asked for SNS. I had never been here so I had SNS nails on from a different salon. As we were going through the process of soaking my old ones off, which had tips, my nail artist did not take the old tips off but just continued to put the new SNS color over them. While I also had a broken nail that was shorter than the others and he did nothing to fix it like putting a tip on to make it longer. So I have one finger that is significantly shorter than all the others. My real nail is peeling off on my thumb because the old tip is still on there. Then he finishes and puts the clear gloss on & doesn’t wait until it dried so now they are all smudged. Some are longer than others, not smooth and shaped awkward. It was an awful experience and I will never go back.

I was disappointed with the service I received. The nail technician that did my pedicure cut me. She was apologetic and nice enough but it happened because she was moving too fast. After my pedicure I asked to sit under the fan to allow my nails to dry completely. My request was ignored by my technician after she consulted with a coworker and the technician instead used the aresol spray. The coworker who decided the spray was good enough tried to hurry me along and requested I pay now. After I paid I asked if the fans were broken and only then was I brought over to the station to use them to dry my nails. I will not return to this salon even though they are conveniently located to me. A nail salon should be a place I can go to be pampered a bit and I felt none of that. I don’t mind driving a little further to be treated well.

Me and my wife first time with this nail spa was amazing. I actually appreciated the professionalism and time Holly put into my feet especially since I had horrible man feet lol.. She truly transformed my feet and with a smile the entire time. They definitely have me and my wife locked in as reoccurring customers.

They do good work however they overcharge you for service. They don’t go by the little price sheet on the counter.Then they have the nerve to charge you a surcharge for what? Nobody but them do that. Yes I will miss getting my pedicures there but I will be darn if someone overcharge me continually. I got a number one pedicure that said 23.95 callous remover she said 5.00 dollars gel polish 10 nails taken off 10.95 tell me how that equals 60.00🤔then you ask them to tell you the price for each one and they act offended. Never again mark my words after today they will never get a dime of my money again.

Very friendly people and quick service. I enjoyed my time here. Downside is that they are very expensive. $40+ for a gel pedicure and $25 for a gel manicure. They didn’t mention the price prior to offering the service. $65 dollars total. I usually spend much less for both. I tipped $10 so I was at $75 when I walked out. So expensive.

I don’t usually go to nail salons, i have had bad experiences at all of them. A friend recommended me to Chan Bay and Ruby for my upcoming vacation and loved my experience and nails! i would 100% recommend this nail salon to anyone. 5 stars for sure !

The inside is beautiful. This was my first visit and I was treated like a queen. The customer service was great and I like my nails. The lady that did my feet forgot the top coat on my nails, but overall enjoyed the experience. I will be returning with my daughter, they have kiddie spa chairs.

The salon is very nice inside, but they charge way too much for simple nails. Everything has an extra fee. And despite their sign, there was no discount applied to my total. The water in the foot basins was consistently cold. And the nail tech was kind of rude. I dont think Ill come here again.

Got SNS done on Monday 6/22/2020. Today nails are cracking and chipping really bad. I call to tell them about it and lady tells me to come back by 7 because thats when they take the last person. I get there and she acts as if its my fault the old guy with the glasses didnt do a good job. Sooo I have to leave and come back tomorrow basically because he doesnt want to take the time and redo them before they close. Horrible customer service. After they fix my nails, I will never come back. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I tried this shop for the 1st time and I felt really rushed while I was there. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and I didn’t get a massage at all. The paint job was poor. It looked as though I did it myself. (I would’ve done better) My SNS polish was super thick. It looked as though I had on press-on nails. I let them know I wasn’t happy and they tried to fix the SNS by filing it down but it actually looked just the same. Never seen SNS come out this way. I didn’t want to argue and I also didn’t have enough have time. But overall this was TOO much money spent to NOT be happy. This place is overpriced. I spent almost $80 for SNS and pedicure. I could’ve spent less and been happy if I had went to my usual spot. Very disappointed. Can’t wait to get them re-done the RIGHT way.

My first experience was great which is the reason I gave two stars. I went back a second time on a Friday night after work with my 11 year old niece. I needed a pedi and fill in and she wanted a pedi and gel mani. Although they were busy I was told they could accommodate us after a 40 minute wait. I agreed because I had a busy weekend and needed the service. After waiting 40 minutes in the lobby we were taken to a nail station to start my fill in but that was another 25 minute wait. Long story short the lady who did my nails was rushing because it was near closing. They were horrible. We never got our pedis and when I kept asking about it I could tell through body language that it wasn’t going to happen as all of the techs began packing to leave after each customer they finished. Once she finally started my nieces nails which ended up only being a polish job, I went to speak with the manger in charge. He denied knowing I wanted pedicures too although it was written on the sign in sheet. I told him I felt they were greedy and only looking out for themselves. Had they been honest about how busy they were, we could have just gone somewhere else. No apology was offered or attempt to schedule us for an early Saturday morning appointment even. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I told him they lost a customer and he didn’t seem to care. I Ended up having a salon in Brookhaven fix my nails a few days later because the polish job was horrible and the shape, not to mention one broke. Stay clear!
