Was upcharged for something I didnt ask for, it was corrected at checkout when I asked why I was being charged $10 more than advertised. I specifically asked if I could tip on a card before service began since I didnt have cash. I was told yes. That wasnt true and they directed me to their cash machine which states the business takes $1.50 in charge plus your banking fees charge for the atm. I hate when places do this, its just a way to under report income for tax and pocket more in fees.I also stressed I had a time constraint and was told multiple times it was no problem. Of course it took more than 20 minutes what they quoted making me late to my commitment. Will try someplace else next time.2 stars for cleanliness and amenities.

I loved getting my nails done here. I got a pedicure and also dip nails (first time trying it). They look beautiful. My only complaint would be is that any hangnails, etc were not cut or treated. I figure that would still be standard even with getting dip nails? Still I would highly recommend this place. It is a bit pricey but you are getting what you pay for. I showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. I would have given 5 stars but had to do 4 due to not cleaning up my hangnails and edges. Very clean, friendly, professional.

I’m new to AZ so I’ve been trying out salons for the past month and I think I found my fit...Leeanne did such a great job on my Manicure and pedicure. The dip looks awesome! She pays attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. Only miss was the trimming of my cuticles and dead skin around my nails but other than that I’m very happy. Will surely be returning to her!

What a wonderful, clean salon!!!!! My first time here. And the best part was the professional and attentive work of my nail tech/nail artist Rebecca.... just awesome. Will come back and tell my family members to as well.

This place sucks!! my friends and i went and they made up random prices for each of us! my friends mani was 50$ and mine was 70$ and it was the same exact service ??? the guy who did my nails was super aggressive and super rude.Not to mention they ended up looking so bad. not happy at all. do NOT go here.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have had mostly great experiences. I commend their efforts to maintain social distancing and mask mandates during the pandemic. Although the mask ordinance has been lifted, masks are still required according to the sign on the door but I saw zero enforcement of it. Either enforce it or take down your sign. You’re frustrating your customers who are vaccinated and have remained compliant.

I have been to many nail salons in scottsdale and this has been the most cleanest nail salon I have been to. They constantly wipe down their chairs, use disposable towels, require face masks over the nose, and maintain social distancing between other customers. The recent reviews have been lies about salon. I know so because a group of 4 friends and I visited this place today with top notch service. Their dipping powder and pedicures are amazing. This is my go to place for everything.

Well-appointed, spacious salon with excellent adherence to safety protocols. I regularly have my dip-powder manicure done by Leanne - she is a wizard! They are just right in thickness, she blends the cuticle edge beautifully so there is not ridge of product when it grows out, and she shapes them beautifully. She doesnt grind your natural nails at all - so mine are longer and stronger than theyve been in years! I get 3 weeks wear out of them and then typically only need them done because of out-growth. Seriously - Ive tried dozens and dozens of nail techs and she is hands-down the best with DIP powder!

I got a full set with Vi today, and I am thrilled! I’m a bit picky with my nails (ok very), and they are perfection... takes a lot for me to say that!

I only came here because I had a gift card. They told me the gift card system isn’t working. Ironically, they can still take credit cards and cash. I asked for change for a 20. The owner took 10 for himself and gave me back 10. I will say that the nail technicians are all skilled and very sweet. The owner is the problem.

BEST place for nails! Nails Shaped exactly how you want, efficient, relaxing, and well ventilated. Friendly staff. They do not accept credit card tips- bring CASH. Atm is in Safeway next door.

Ive been here twice. Its the best mani & pedi ever! They do such good work that it lasts quite a while, no chipping. They slough, massage, clip, file and polish perfectly everytime. Ill be coming back again and again. Thanks!

I have been to several nail salons in the valley and I only get my nails done here. I am always very happy when Lily does my nails. She’s awesome! Very clean and all the staff is so friendly and nice. I only have one recommendation, they do not take credit for tips and I never have cash on me. I highly recommend the s salon.

Rebecca is the best nail technician I have ever worked with!!! She is honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever met and will make you feel like youre best friends by the time your nails are done! On top of that, her work is beautiful! Absolutely love my dip nails and will definitely be coming back to see her soon.

The worst place I’ve been.Didn’t do the color I asked for. Made up a random price.I asked what the extra 15 dollar charge was and she couldn’t justify it.I will not be returning.

Lynn is amazing! She is so nice and sweet she actually talks to you and her work is fantastic.Ty however was mocking and making fun of my nail choice colors with another co worker while sitting next to me doing someone elses nails. If your going to make fun of someone just at least wait till that person leaves.Thank you Lynn for being professional and so nice your amazing!

I love this place! They check off every box for me. The nail technicians do not just rush you off to get to the next customer. They’re truly passionate about their work and take their time. V and CeCe do absolutely perfect work. My mom goes to Henry and she LOVES him. They’re real artists and you can tell they actually have fun with their work and customers. The environment is clean and they do a great job making you feel relaxed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been getting GeI French manicures for years in a different nail spa in Scottsdale I went with my sister and she got the dip and I got the gel. We both had chips the next day, went back and they fixed it. Then two of my nails gels came off completely, I am on day four and five of my gel manicures have come off and two of my sisters dip. VERY poor quality.

Dip Nail Bar is hands down my favorite nail salon ever. The entire staff is professional, skilled and incredibly friendly. I always see V and she does a flawless job on my nails, I never feel rushed and always leave with a perfect manicure. I get so many compliments on my nails, and I always enjoy the experience, thats why its more than worth the drive from Tempe. Ive gone to many nail salons that are good, but this one is really perfect. You get what you pay for--I never go anywhere else.

Absolutely THE best nail place in town. It’s my new place! So happy with the service from the first call to Tee massaging my arms. You must try this new place. Everything is new and fresh and clean. The owner is super sweet too talking and laughing with us. I highly recommend DIP!!!

Excellent nail salon... every nail tech is really good, but Henry is beyond amazing. My nails not only look beautiful but they are also thinner than acrylic but healthier for my own natural nails. You need to give this place a try!

Nice, clean, big.. a little pricey. I dont like when places charge u for every little thing (i.e. broken nail, shape, shorten, etc.). Especially if u are or plan to be a repeat customer. Other then that, they do pretty good work.

Very sanitary here especially for their pedicures. They have a nice range of colors for everything you can think of. Definitely will come back here again for my dip and my gel pedicure

I just got a pedicure and it’s the best. The people were so nice and understanding! They made me feel so welcome. They even got me in when they were busy. I highly recommend this place!

Let me begin by saying I have had my nails done for years. Recently the salon that I used closed, after being a loyal customer for many years I had to find a new salon. Three weeks ago I went to Dip and was quite pleased consequently I went back today and was totally disappointed. Prices had gone up and they even are going to charge $3.00 to make your nails shorter which has ALWAYS been included with a regular fill and takes just a couple of minutes to do. Dont waste your time or money they are trying to nickel and dime customers. Believe me they wont be in business long.

This place is a scam. My mother took me here as a treat for Mothers Day. She prepaid for a manicure and pedicure for me. The lady at the counter show me a bowl of polish after my mother paid for my services. This was a rare treat for me so I took advantage and relaxed, not really paying attention to my technician. After I completed my services, I went to leave. The same lady at the front counter stopped me and told me that I owed her more money. When I inquired why she said it was because of my polish choice and that they put gel on instead of regular polish as we had previously discussed. I reminded her that my services were prepaid and that we were very clear about what we wanted. (I hate gel nails) She said it didnt matter and that I owed her money. I proceeded to tell her that it was her mistake and her error and I should not have to pay for that. Needless to say she would not let me leave until I paid her another $32 for polish. Also, now I have gel on which I didnt want and dont like. Ridiculous. When you pay for a service they should deliver what you pay for and what was discussed. I will never be back.Also there is a big sign outside that says 10% off but they didnt honor that for anything.

Wanted to try out this nail salon because its right down the street from my house. Helen was my nail tech for my gel manicure. ($30 for a gel mani) She did a great job! My nails look gorgeous. No bubbles in the polish and she took her time (which I love).The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous on the interior as well.

Just tried this place and love it! It’s super spacious and very serene inside. I had a pedicure by Tri. He took his time and did an excellent job.

In the 30+ years I have been getting my nails done, This is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. The first service was terrible, the staff was rude, could not explain things clearly and when I went back to get them fixed I got even more bad attitude. I will tell everyone I know never to go to Dip nail salon on FLW. The Manager should be fired!!. I have owned 5 businesses and would never treat any customer the way I was treated. Dips is THE PITS! Dont bother

Had pedicure twice. These people rush their service. Both times the polish had to be redone and after redoing the polish was still smudge. Don’t come here for pedicure. They are the most expensive, short perfunctory massage and poor job. Will never go back

Stopped by for the first time and was pleased with the service I received. Very happy with my pedicure and Henry my nail tech was very friendly.

I went there for the first time last Friday. Henry did my SNS and my nails look fantastic. I was very pleased with how they look. I will be back and have already scheduled my next appointment for both SNS and a pedicure.

I don’t had satisfaction in an attentive staff, professional. I did a manicure with a man and it was horrible work. He needs more practice and softness to remove cuticles.

Wouldn’t be surprised if my mom or I have a fungus by next week. The older man who did my nails used dirty tools on me then put them back in the package and then straight back to the drawer. I think for my gel manicure it took him 15 minutes. The workers did not try to make conversation or were friendly. So if you want a quality manicure or pedicure go to the other nail salon on the other side of SafewayAlso leaving a vape pen on the counter isn’t professional

I gave them a shot because of the 40% OFF. They were nice but the quality was horrible. My dip nails are bumpy, chipping in 2 days and I have a foot fungus. I went back to my regular salon to get it fix. SAD!!! DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

So incredibly rude to my daughter and I! While we were waiting for a table at Hash Kitchen we stopped in to check them out because I am looking for a new nail salon. They were so unwelcoming and rude, it really upset both me and my kid. Id never consider going back for anything. Do not recommend at all.
