There is truly no place better then Villagio nail spa. Emily does the best pedicures, I always get comments from people after I’ve been to see her. There is truly not a better nail artist, and I do mean artist, then Brian in the valley. His shaping of acrylics is incredible. His nail art and add-ons are immaculate. Every set I’ve had done by Brian has truly been better than I’ve envisioned. I’ve been a regular here for years – and I have no desire to ever go to another place in the valley.

I had a wonderful conversation with Holly and Brian. She wasn’t rushed and was a very hardworking lady. I would definitely come back as they were very appreciative of our business. It’s low-key but much better than other competitors. Just wish they didn’t charge $7 for the shiny buff, but still you should go here.

Found this gem next to Ross when visiting Scottsdale. Great people and excellent customer service. The selection of polishes and gels was phenomenal and the prices on services offered was clear and in written form so I could pick what I wanted without any misunderstandings. I really appreciated the clean environment and their attention to detail and hygiene during this Covid time. Very happy.

I hadn’t been to get a pedicure in a very long long while and my feet needed some serious TLC. I selected the lava treatment and it took about an hour. My feet were exfoliated, my cuticles trimmed, my calves were massaged, I had parrafeen wax, lotion and hot towels, in the end i selected a gel nail polish, which she added a pretty flower. My feet were so soft and Pampered. I loved it and I’m going back and taking my mom!! Thanks Vanessa for a great job.

I just recently moved to Scottsdale from Orange County and have had a hard time finding an affordable nail salon with great service & great nails. I visited Brian today for a full set and he did amazing! I love my nails. I definitely recommend Brian, not only did he do a great job, but was very friendly while doing so.

I came for an acrylic nail removal, which I was extremely nervous about because Ive had a bad experience in the past (not at here), where my nails were pretty much completely buffed off. However, at here the stylist worked quickly and diligently in a completely painless process.

The salon is very new and modernized looking, with tons of color options. They were very prompt in getting me in for my appointment. My gel mani regular pedi was great and they really took their time with everything.

I love this place! Hanna did my pink ombré sns nails a couple of weeks ago and they are still on strong. She went above and beyond for me even going as far as showing me a test nail with the ombré to make sure it would be exactly what I wanted. She made sure my nails were done perfectly and beautifully I will definitely be coming back soon to get a new set! They are very reasonably priced and the service is great! I’m sure the rest of the staff is lovely and from my experience I highly recommend Hanna she’s absolutely amazing!

This is my first time at this nail salon and I must say they did an amazing job. They had a verity of colors to choose from and the lady who did my nails interacted and had a conversation with me throughout my whole appointment. Customer service seems to be their number one priority. I defiantly recommend this nail shop. Also Id recommend making an appointment prior to coming because they seem to have a lot of clients and the shop seems busy. Im glad that If I choose to walk to get my nails done I can. I have been going here for almost 8 years. Linda is the best at pedicures. She is also extremely pleasant and gives the best massages.

I thought I had found someone who could finally do my nails the way I liked them, Tom. I continued booking with him and had no issues until today. I had an appointment in the books for 415pm. I called to confirm this around 330. I showed up at 409pm, and the receptionist said that he took another client instead. The only explanation was that this other person had been there since 2pm, which makes little sense. I asked why he would take another client right before he had an appointment, and they said it was because the other technician couldnt do what this lady wanted. What a slap in the face to someone who had taken the time to make an appointment and call on her way in. At first, I asked for another technician. I was told only 5 minutes, as the lie usually goes. After 13 more minutes waiting and watching this woman take my appointment time, with no one available for me, I left. Do not give people who treat customers like that your money.

I just moved here from California!!!!! I had the same nail tech for 8 years. This place is my new spot. I had tried another shop in town and they did a horrible job. They did amazing and fixed my nails. Shout out to Tom

The Villagio Nail Salon is a very welcoming place. I called ahead but they accept walk ins. I was greeted promptly. Weekdays are less busy and we all had time to chat. It is clean and modern. A full menu of services (clearly listing options and prices) is literally provided to clients for clear communications. Vernie was kind and did a terrific job for me. I will return to the salon.

They are amazing! i started coming here about 4 months ago for my pedicures as it it convenient and close to my job. I come on my lunch and after work, they are always professional and friendly

The quality and product they provide is not good. I went there twice and got pedicures. Both times that I went there, they did not polish my whole toe nails! They did not polish the edges of my nails and it looked like the polish had grown out a few days, even though they were just done. The second time I got my pedicure, I chose the gel nail polish that is supposed to last for 2 weeks. After 2 days the polish came off on 3 of my toes. I also asked for an ombré glitter design and the girl that was doing it did not know what I was talking about and did not know what she was doing. She had to redo my right foot because it just didn’t fade right. I am never going there again!

I made an appointment with this business for a spa pedicure because it was highly recommend. Overall I wasnt happy with the quality of the pedicurist and her use of grooming utensils. Wish I could give them a 5 star rating.

I would definitely recommend this place. I come here every time I get to Scottsdale. We have a time share nearby that we use often so every chance I get Im here. My mom and I had an incredible experience here! We got the gel manicure and the euro pedicure. Both services were done at the same time which cute our time in half. The foot and leg massage was top notch! The work was all done beautifully, the team was friendly and attentive, the prices were reasonable, and the spa was spotless!

I have been coming here for quite sometime with my boyfriend and never had a problem until now. Last week I had my nails done and the next day it broke and took part of my skin so I waited until it healed to come back and understand that sometimes nails can break which isnt my complaint. When the nail tech was done with my nail and I do coffin nails, it was very thick and didnt match the others, was very obvious and I have never been the one to complain about nails I was never that picky so for me to say something means that there was an issue and I was very nice about it and he got an attitude and told me that he doesnt know and thats how he does them and if I dont like them to come back Monday and have someone else do them. If hes a nail tech he should know what hes doing. He was very rude and when I asked for a manager the whole place was quiet. He had sarcastic replies and no customer service whatsoever. I finally asked one of the girls who the manager is and she pointed to my nail tech and I asked him why didnt you tell me you were the manager and just had a smirk on his face. Everytime I come here I always leave $15-20 tip per nail tech since I get my nails done at the same time and my boyfriend comes with me he tips $15-20 per nail tech also. I was going to tip him but he was very rude and nail looked horrible. A nail tech shouldnt argue with a paying customer. I even asked him if he cant do it maybe he can ask one of the girls to help him and again he was rude. They have officially lost a customer as I will not be bringing/referring my friends and family here anymore. He didnt apologize and neither did anyone else at the nail shop. They seriously lack customer service skills and if hes the manager he should fired and shouldnt be doing nails since his responses are I dont know. Then asks me to tell him how to do them when I told him hes the nail tech its his job to know.

Best service you could ask for- everyone is friendly and very sweet. I was getting discouraged about finding a good nail tech the first year I lived here in AZ, then I found Tammy! She is an absolute perfectionist and now my go to for Gel manis. Holly is also amazing! I’ve had her a few times for pedis and she always takes her time, very gentle and relaxing.

Horrible after management change. Had a pedicure dome yesterday and my nails were not trimmed well nor cleaned properly. Went back today and the employee was arguing with me about adding a 4th coat instead of removing and applying new color. Also, stated her boss was nice because I picked a different color and I should be charged for it. I will not go back and its unbelievable that I had to tell her to stop arguing with a customer. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love the way Andrew does my acrylics. I have a coffin shaped set with a beautiful gel red and he did a phenomenal job. I was scared he was going to do them too thick but they are nice and thin yet not thin enough to crack or break. He applied the color with such precision that not one nail has a color bleed into the cuticle. He didn’t file a lot which is great since I have pain disorder and filing causes great pain for me the day after my nails are done. He was kind but quiet which I like since I’m not one to conversate a lot. I will be back to get another fill again and again and again as long as it is Andrew doing them! This was my go to place for about a year. They were usually great and accommodating when I showed up without an appointment but over time things increasingly got worse and worse and now Ive decided to find a new nail salon... Heres just a few examples of things wrong with this place...1. There is a male technician named Michael, I believe. He is never booked so he ended up being my technician almost every time I went in. He was always so rough with my nails while doing my SNS mani that they would burn and hurt. He had this gross smokers cough and would literally just cough without attempting to cover his mouth - super unhygienic. The final straw for me was when I went to move from one seat to another and my phone, wallet, and keys were sitting in my lap. My nails were not wet and he reached into my lap to grab the items. Id like to optimistically think it was innocent and him attempting to be helpful, but regardless it was completely inappropriate. I started going on his one day off just to avoid having him as my technician.2. If you get an SNS manicure, youre not getting full service. No hand massage, no filing, no cuticle cut. They just use the drill to ware your nails down.3. Ive been cut multiple times by the nail file drill while getting SNS. that should NEVER happen but the fact that it happened 3 separate times, is not good.4. Prices - I would often get charged a different price (off by a dollar or two) when I would get rung up by different people after always getting my same SNS... its not like their prices are anywhere around to see so you cant really tell what you should be paying. I felt like I was getting scammed.Long story short, your nails may look good when you leave but for me, it was genuinely an uncomfortable experience both physically and mentally to go there.

NEVER GO THERE!! I have never had a manicure hurt me and this one did. They have a poor staff and not happy on what their doing. I had a male nail technician and was amazed (bc hes a guy) but nope he just hurt my nails. And they dont know what I wanted to do on my nails.. Very disappointed
