Was visiting the area and called ahead— was able to get in within 15 min. Granted it was a weekday around 11am. Super clean, friendly staff, meticulous pedicure! I also appreciated that two walk ins came in and were asked to come back later. Sometimes places don’t want to turn away business so they end up cutting your service short trying to get more customers or the walk ins end up waiting an hour! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Scottsdale!

This is my new favorite nail salon. They do an incredible job with dip nails— like better then my nail place back in NY. They really pay attention to detail. The dip selection has sooo many color options. It’s extremely clean inside, and the nail technician are the sweetest humans ever. I feel so welcomed here. Highly recommend this place for dip nails!

LOVE this place!!! This is my new go to nail salon.I have always had problems picking at my nails from stress and never am quite satisfied with acrylic nail solutions. I was able to go here and get tips with dip to allow my nail to grow while having that feeling of a acrylic nail. They lasted almost 3 weeks and still looked amazing.The owner is such a sweetheart and has such a talent. Highly recommend trying this place out!!

Terrified to do dip as it was done somewhere else very badly. Tried it again and very pleased. So many colors and options. The owners are incredibly sweet and accommodating. They even stayed an hour late to do my toes! Had a bad experience at Uni Nails on scottsdale and University so I came here for the ratings. Im so happy I walked in. I got a full set of acrylics and they started lifting is lifting less than 2 weeks after I got them one of the nails is shaped strangely andwhen I asked the Tech to fix it she said she couldnt. I felt that nail tech was not friendly.

Got my nails done this past Wednesday and have had 6 of them just fall right off without me doing anything, it looks as if I didn’t even get my nails done. I paid 55 dollars and included a 5 dollar tip. Nails shouldn’t come right off that easily

Had my nails dipped 2 weeks ago. They still look amazing. The owner pays such close attention to detail. The product is not put on to thick or there are no thin spots or bumps. She is very careful with the files and dremel as well. Looking forward to my next visit!

FIRST TIME VISITING AND I HAD AN AMAZINGGGGGG TIME. Everyone was so welcoming and it felt like a family, drama-free, place to be. Hands down, the BEST experience Ive had while getting a mani/pedi. A little pricey $70 for dip and reg polish for my 4yr old. They also didnt do my cuticles... WHAT??...at my regular spot they dont have the dip but at least I get a hand massage after the cuticle and nail work.

Our Daughter went there and loved her Pedi and brow wax.

My family went while on vacation. Staff was super nice and engaging with my 9 year old daughter. All equipment was sanitized like medical equipment and in sealed packages. Definitely will return on next trip.

The customer service at the salon is the best I have had. Annie has a very pain free touch with the eyebrow arch. The quality of the gel manicure and the pedicure is amazing. This was my first visit I am mainly impressed by Annie and Lo Ann being so nice and friendly.

Lucky dip nails is the best salon I’ve found in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area! The service was outstanding, the chats were fun and I left with my dream dip nails! I will be coming back every few weeks and will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place!

The nail place I’d been searching for! I made an appointment online, when I arrived I was warmly greeted and welcomed in. They have a variety of nail colors and actually carry a true emerald green! I came in and for only a manicure but left with a pedicure too! Both services were amazing...my feet, refreshed and my nails are on point for the holidays! This is my new neighborhood nail salon.Side note, the establishment is nicely decorated, calming colors and extremely clean.

I called ahead and Loan was able to get me in for a dip manicure last minute before she closed. She even stayed late for me. She spent a lot of time perfecting each nail and making sure they were exactly what I wanted. I was very happy! I will be back soon to try out a pedicure :)

Received a pedicure and my feet feel brand new! The gentleman who did my treatment paid extra attention to the details and it was one of the better experiences Ive had. Im definitely going back! Although I went with my boyfriend for his first time and the other lady did his a little too fast, I wish they spent the same amount of time/effort on both of us!

I went in for a dip manicure. The manicure was done very quickly (well under one hour) and it shows. Within two days my nails were chipped. Considering they charge the same rate as Dip Nail Bar I expected the manicure to last at least half as long.The salon is clean and the staff is friendly but for the price and quality I will go back to Dip Bar.

This place is pretty new and by far the best mani and pedi I have had. I like a very natural, thin, dipped manicure and I couldnt be happier. My nails dont look bulky and fake at all. This was my second visit to this salon and it is very clear that the owner cares about succeeding all her clients expectations. She is building a great business based on building strong relationships with her clients and giving them exactly what they want. I definitely recommend but call to set an appointment first.

I love LoAnn! She’s new to the area, an independent salon owner but extremely experienced with owning salons all over the country.I got a set of ombré pink and whites, coffin, they’re perfect! I found my new nail artist and I highly recommend giving her a try.I believe she is still staffing other artists so you should definitely make an appointment and not the place to go with a group.Oh, she also has hundreds of colored acrylic powder for ombré nails and multi colored or solid colored acrylic nails!!Love her!! 5 stars!

Asked to use the bathroom before they started my service, when I came out they started with someone else and had the audacity to tell me if I could wait until they’re finished. One you just skipped my turn cause you couldn’t wait for me to finish in the bathroom but you’re asking me to wait? 4 stars only because they let me use the bathroom.

This is information you need to know in this time of greater than normal health concerns.Worker on 3/9/20 was coughing and sneezing without covering. They had a mask on, yet it was not covering mouth.Another worker dropped the scrub tool they were using on a womans foot on the floor, retrieved, swished in bath (where client foot was soaking) and continued using. This same tool was then used on next client without sanitizing.
