Went on vacation, got my nails done on Thursday. The pics are what they looked like on the following Tuesday after going back and getting them fixed the next day on Friday.

I LOVE this place! Ive seen Cash and Linda for the last 3-4 months. They are both incredible nail technicians! My nails always look amazing! Im there every 3-4 weeks (Yes! Thats how long they last!). My nails never lift, they never break. Even if they did, the technicians are more than happy fix it for you. I highly recommend making an appointment though, especially if you are planning to go on the weekend.Updated: More pics added!

It was my first time going in and as soon as I walked into the salon I fell in love with the vibe, the knowledge and how transparent they are with their customers! Every single person there was talking, laughing, and having a good time!I went in with a specific design in mind and did NOT expect it to turn out as amazing as it did. Kelly is awesome and knows so much about nails and will tell you up front what is good and what isnt suitable for you.I admire her accuracy and how detail oriented she is. Theyre all so friendly and accommodating! If I could give them 7 stars or more I totally would!!I would definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back!Thank you so much!!!

I got acrylics here today for the first time and I will definitely go back! It’s really clean (following covid procedures- felt very safe from that respect). This was one of the only times getting my nails done that I haven’t had to ask for reshaping. I got exactly what I asked for (in fact they’re better than I expected)!

First I called to make an appointment for the same day in the morning. They were more than happy to accommodate me. I made the appointment for 11:00am. Around 10am they text me asking me if I wanted to come in at 10:30, they were running ahead of schedule. How wonderful was that. I bumped up my appointment and arrived at 10:25. Right at 10:30 I was given to Cash my nail God. I have been to some of the best salons in Chicago. None of them compare to the amazing service I received at Plush.I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails. He has an art with acrylic that can not be beat! It is one thing to be able to measure each nail and apply acrylic with Percision but to be able to paint your nails with perfection and on time and well that is the Trifecta.If your looking for a talker, he’s not. But if you want the best set of nails you will ever have he is your man. Cash.

This is by far the best nail salon. They can copy anything you find on Pinterest, etc. My nails have never looked more beautiful and healthy. They never break since I’ve been going to them. The atmosphere is very pretty and relaxing. A nice day at the spa kind of vibe. They also do eyebrow waxing. It’s so nice to have a one stop shop.

My SNS lasted exactly 1 week. My friend had gel manicure done and 3 of her gel nails chipped off and peeled completely by day 5.Pretty poorly done. Would not recommend.

50 dollars for a full set. No take off. no gel. No ombré. Just a glue on tip with pink acrylic on top and one coat of clear polish. Cash did my nails. He didn’t even say hello to me. Im not one for small talk,but a hello and thank you would be nice.

Plush is great! I got my nails done for the first time since March and I chose Plush because I heard they had sneeze guards, masks, and were super clean. This is very true, and on top of the comfortable environment, Mary did such a beautiful job on my acrylics for my wedding day! My nails have never looked better!

I had called to ask a few questions about appointment timings and services. I began my call by asking “before I book an appointment I wanted to confirm on some prices please” I was immediately told to look at their website and did not have any time to ask a question as the person who answered the phone hung up on me. When they picked up, they did not greet me as you would except from a higher end service salon. I was disappointed. I ended up booking at another nail salon just because of their service.

I hands down have never had better acrylics done. Mary is so detail oriented and meticulous. I have finally found my permanent nail technician. Highly recommended. I’ve lived in the area my whole life and can’t rave enough.

Use to love Plush and it was always my go to place. I went in for a fill and some nail art the other day and I was disappointed with my results. The art I asked for was difficult but I asked the technician before he started if he wanted to see the picture so I could get an accurate replica. He declined and said “it’s not gonna be the same anyways.” After he finished I was unhappy and I was charged 63 dollars... there prices have gone up drastically. I asked for a refund or for them to redo the nails and they told me they could only refund me 20 dollars for the design. When I asked to reschedule to get them redone they told me they “couldn’t do the design” I just took my 20 dollars and decided this place is just not what it used to be

Overall a great salon, there were no awkward moments. Had a neat sugar scrub when done with the mani, haven’t had that before in AZ. Glad I stopped by to this shop. Management was profesional and friendly. Mary was outstanding. Friendly, helpful and highly skilled at every second of the way. Like I was surprised and grateful at the same time. Call and get an appointment you won’t be disappointed

Superb! A very relaxing, beautiful salon, with very talented artists! Mary did my nails perfect . She even shaped them better than I had. I got a great Halloween design, with a Jack olantern face on 1 nail and a skeleton face on another, Plum nail polish with the pinkies black LOVE MY NAILS! Linda was next to me and her clients nails looked so good with a Marble look..Anthony was great with excellent advise ( and he and Eric found my misplaced keys! ) Everyone there is so nice and perfection work I am very impressed.. I now have my new Nails Home! Ps When you are done you get to wash your hands with Complimentary hand sugar scrubs with different scents, never had that before!

I am OCD to the max!!! Picky with my nails and pedicure as well as the timing for it! And this place topped that! They are amazing! I use to drive 30min to nail spots., this place is only 4min away from home! I would Honestly drive 30 min to come here if I had To!!!! Mary has been my nail tech for 15 years and she is the BEST! Never rushed, and Im picky with my manicure, pedi, brows and she always does a great job - and they last a few weeks. Shes great at choosing colors and Im getting compliments all the time. Im excited to hear shes opening her own salon! I cant recommend her enough!

This is the first time that Ive been to this salon, and my visit was great! I initially requested an appointment for a gel manicure + pedicure, and ended up getting an acrylic manicure + gel pedicure. Nancy helped with my pedicure, and Lynn helped with my manicure. They were both really friendly and did excellent work. I definitely recommend!

I absolutely LOVE Linda and wouldnt dare go to any other salon to get my acrylics! Not only does she do a great job, but she is such fun to talk to. She really takes great care of her clients. And they make their own sugar scrubs that smell and feel amazing!

Saw a womans nails in a store and was so impressed that I asked where her nails were done. Plush is it! The nail bar responded to my inquiry within a day and they easily set my appointment. The day of, I was happy to pull in and have ample parking. The shop was clean and I was instantly greeted. Niki did a beautiful pedicure & manicure. She paid careful attention to every little detail and the pedicure was truly relaxing. My gel manicure is a work of art. I showed Niki some photos and she was so incredible and surpassed my hopes! Literally everyone who has seen my nails today complemented me...and I was at an event. Really impressed and excited to go back!!

I just moved to Scottsdale and came to this nail salon purely because of the reviews. OH MY I AM BLOOOWN AWAY!!!! I just received, hands down, the BEST manicure in my life. Nancy was so thorough and meticulous. She shaped my nails so beautifully and helped me pick out the perfect color. The shellac was so well applied that I know this manicure is going to last. Definitely making this my go-to salon!

Very efficient, clean; very clean, professional and thorough in all aspects of the experience from inquiry to rebooking. They value your time by being prompt and on time. I greatly appreciate that. Will absolutely go back. Experienced technician (Cash) who taught me about the process of nail dip and what to look for as I often travel and need to go to other locations. That was very helpful. Nice massage chairs. Had pedicure with Kevin. Very nice and well done. I would love a bit longer leg massage but then again I am not sure that any length is long enough for me.

We just relocated from Southern California. I called ahead and made an appointment. Linda the owner, was less than friendly. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, she barely greeted me when I arrived. I then reminded her that I had also wanted a pedicure, and was certain I mentioned this when making my appointment. She barely acknowledged me. The Nail Technician Jenny, was WONDERFUL, and did end up giving me a pedicure, as well. I am not sure I will return, as I was made to feel very unwelcomed by the owner.

I want to say that I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and have been to a ton of nail salons. I am from out of state and I tried Plush just from driving by. I have been very pleased with their service, cleanliness, and professionalism. They are very much into personal customer service. In response to one customers opinion about the owner not caring when she left, etc. that is the one point that I am impressed with is that Linda and employees are focused on the individual and is present with them when they are receiving their service. That is important to me! I have brought friends in from out of state and they have been happy too!

I felt super unwanted here. Perhaps because I was a walk-in, I was not a priority. But I tried to call ahead but I got a busy tone. I paid $40 to get rushed in and out of this salon. barely any cuticle care, no lotion, only the bare necessities. My nails have loose glitter trapped in them when all I got was french tip. The french tip was done pretty poorly as well. Some nails are crooked because of the paint and others are not filed and shaped well. I tried to express that the the nail artists but she wqs quite rude and annoyed with me that I stopped trying to explain. I would not recommend this place and I will never be returning.

Had a great time with all of the girls, I’m from michigan and was in need of some acrylics and Linda did an amazing job. She’s welcoming and she’s very funny. Does the nails exactly how you want them and doesn’t let them look bad! Very clean environment and beautifully done! I also loved the complimentary drinks! (soda, water.)

Ive been a customer of Plush Nails since it opened. Its simply one of the best nail salons in Scottsdale. The environment is warm, friendly, and classy. Amazing. Best place to go for a mani pedi. Fair price. I never get acrylics anymore because they snap off so easy with my work. It lasted a week vacation surfing and in the water. Then lasted weeks of work which is normally an immediate break. Then I ran a 5k obstacle run with them no problem. Time to get them filled and will never go anywhere else again. She took her time and did the designs perfect. Even got me in for a last minute eyebrow waxing at the end of the day without a hesitation or trying to rush me out of there.

This spa is amazing! I came in for a mani pedi for my wedding, and I didn’t specify while making the appointment that I wanted acrylics. The manager pushed her appointments to make time for me! Not only did she not need to do that for me, but she tried different styles with me as well to make sure I absolutely loved the end result! I agree with Anita C. I had gone there months ago had a better experience. But I had the absolute WORSE PEDICURE and Service EVER! Will not be going back. Sanitation and sterilization was absent. I was nicked and bled and tech Never stopped to clean. Not worth the risk to your health!

Scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior, to have my nails done for my birthday, so yes, I was late, it took me 45 min to drive to them, because I did like the girls and their services, spoke on the phone the day before confirming my appointment, so because I can’t control the traffic and was late, they took somebody else, not even calling me. Just frustrating when they told me we did not have your phone number when they called me the day before. The next day is my birthday and I work from early morning and did not have the opportunity to do my nails during the day. So disappointing when people don’t care at all. Someone just walked in and they took them when I book it two weeks ahead and they did not even try to call me when I was on my way. Omg, bad bad bad service. Thanks for wasting my time. You should be ashemed of yourself for treating your clients like this. And actually I’m glad you turned me down like this, because after you told me to leave, I found a different place that treated me with respect and worked a little bit after their hours so I’ll look clean for my birthday.

This was the first time at Plush Nail bar. After reading the reviews I chose this nail salon over others. Sorry to say it was a disappointment. The young gentleman who answered the phone and greeted us at the door was wonderful. The girls who did my sisters manicure and my pedicure were very polite and friendly while working on us but.... as soon as they were done, we didnt exist. The owner Linda, didnt even acknowledge the fact that we entered or left her establishment. An ok mani-pedi but next time, I will try someplace else.
