The building is very generic looking from the outside. Hard to find where you’re going. The actual suites are nice inside but it’s like a maze, you have to know where you’re going to get there.

I came in to get my hair done with Kionna and when I walked in 5 kids were hanging out at the main lobby, no left spots to sit down so I walked down the hall to the suite number I was looking for and another lady doing hair followed me and asked me to go back to the main lobby as if I couldnt just wait outside the door. I wouldnt recommend Kionna or this place at all. She was over priced and rushed me out because her next client was arriving and she didnt think my hair was gonna take that long. I paid a full service to get only half of it done because she overbooks clients and insisted I come back in a month for our next session to get it done like it should have been.
