Great experience for being my first time there. They were SUPER friendly and very helpful. They were very good about answering any additional questions but expressed if they didnt know or couldnt do something within the scope of why I was there. Rasheed was awesome and very polite. So were the other 2 gentlemen. I just didnt get their names.

If you need an oil change this stay in car service is fast and reliable at this location. They dont overfill or underfill and they give you the right kind of oil. Kyle helped me out making the whole thing easy.

This location is always amazing. I did have a long wait, but the gentleman came out as soon as I pulled up to explain they were short staffed. Common problem everywhere so I couldnt hold it against them. They were professional and thorough. Once I was in the bay, things progressed quickly. This is my go to place for oil changes.

Get there early and you wont have a problem. They are fast. Be careful of taking them up on other offers to make your bill higher. Its their job but quite annoying.

Amazing service took time to explain and answer my questions. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They even was able to look up a coupon for my service. Went in for quick oil change/fluid check and the service was quick and pleasant. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who checked me in. She was attentive, courteous and genuinely made my visit more enjoyable. Employees like the ones found here are why people return to do business.

Everyone there was so nice and friendly. It took very little time to do my oil change. I stayed in the car and everyone was following good mask wearing and social distancing protocol. Such a lovely team of people who provided excellent service.

VERY FAST, friendly, and accommodating. Made suggestions but didnt push to sell services I didnt want. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Covid safety precautions were done well. I never had to even leave my car. Total time for oil change from pulling into the lot, into bay, serviced and paid took less than 15 minutes! Only advice look for coupons online, they are expensive without a coupon, but 20$ off coupons are always available you just have to present them at time of check out.

Staying in your car with the comforts of your vehicle while they service it is nice. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Jiffy Lube lived up to its name!

These guys were awesome, I came in for a tire pressure light that went on in my Accord. I couldnt find an air pump at any local gas gas stations. I called Jiffy Lube they said come on in, set the pressure on all 4 tires. All I had was a debit card on me, so I couldnt even tip them. They were so cool, friendly, said if I had any problems come back. Sure, O would recommend this place!

In 2019 they changed my oil and were very friendly. In 2020 they changed it again. I recently had my oil changed by someone else and they showed me the oil filter that still had the 2019 sticker on it. Being friendly DOES NOT make up for ripping people off. I have heard things about jiffy lube that were not good but buying a new truck I thought Id give them a shot. I will never go there again and Im glad I found someone who backs up their work.

Josh is a great technician with the people skills to match. The customer service was also great, though I forget the womans name who was so kind and informative. All services are done while you stay in your drivers seat. Great job!

Ive had mixed feelings with this jiffy lube in the past. But the crew they have working for them now is on point! They have been getting people in and out quickly but efficiently.

They were very professional. I was very surprised to see women working there. I felt a sense of pride and will be going back. Plus the service was economically good. Its a good location an they are very fast.

Considering I am from the midwest where an oil change using 5000 mile synthetic runs $56 with tax I find this experience to be criminal! $86 dollars for the same oil and the same service is disgusting from a company that is nationwide and gets their oil at severely discounted prices. Taking advantage of someone just because they live in the NE or Not in the midwest is dishonest and I wont ever use your service again knowing that your morals and ethics are simply dollar driven!

After calling AAA to change my battery and them telling me they couldn’t do it I went up to jiffy lube. Super friendly and did it right. I thought I would get a survey to my email but didn’t see anything there. So giving them a good review here instead.

Quick efficient service. Knowledgeable polite employees recommended a flush and fill for the radiator along with the oil change which I took advantage of. Just forgot to reset the gauge where reports time for An oil change. And missed out on the vacuuming which is not allowed now

I got an oil change last week, it had a small leak so I called and spoke to Josh the manager. He was very professional and very nice told me bring it right in snd they will check it out. I did and they did. This is why I have been driving 15 minutes w all four of my vehicles for years to get my oil changes. They are very good here!

Recharged my AC, now I have cold air not warm...lol.

They were very quick to get me in and out. Sat in the car, and offered a portable AC device that cooled my car which was greatly appreciated! This was my 2nd visit and I forgot my coupon that they mailed to me after my last visit but still gave me the coupon and saved me $20! Thank you!

So, I know sometimes Jiffy Lube gets a bad rap, but the one on Memorial Drive in Chicopee is great!!!! Everyone is super nice, professional, and quick!!! I was in and out in no time, and I didnt even have to get out of my car!!! I definitely recommend that location!!!!

UPDATED!!!! 4/25/21We went back today for our oil change after receiving a call last time about our disappointment. We got Kyle today and he was great. Professional and courteous. I was going to give 4 stars...because they were so busy. But I gave 5 stars because they were so busy because they are so good!Showed up early morning thinking I could get in and out. But they were already busy. Spoke to other customers while I was waiting and they told me they have been going there for years and they always came back (for me, my first visit).Theyre honest and actually do what they say. BUT, like any business or franchise, they will try to upsell you. Dont fall for it. If youre there for an oil change and filter, stick with that and dont listen to the manager who tells you that for 60 bucks they can give your car a back rub or massage the gas tank because their computer allegedly reports your vehicles manufacturer recommends one. Stick to your guns.Fast service. Caring, thorough techs.Major problem, small parking availability. But try to come in and park in front of one of the bays. Otherwise, once you check in, a tech will drive your car to where it needs to go and complete the work and drive your car back out front for you to get.5 stars easily.

By far my best experience with any car mechanics. Service was fast and very competitive pricing. Went in to get my tires rotated and fluids checked. The team evaluated all the things and were honest with what fluids needed to be replaced and what could wait. They even saved me a few hundred dollars in the process by providing all available coupons. Ill definitely be back and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I have always had an excellent experience at the Jiffy lube on Memorial Drive in Chicopee. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in no time and very happy with their service.

Kyle is a decent manager and the employees there have always treated me nicely.

I was greeted by Kyle who seemed to make it his personal mission to get my car in and out as expeditiously as possible. He walked me through the options available and then insured that everything needed for my cars service was covered. After my car was finished up and ready to go he made sure that I was satisfied with the work and charges as agreed. The staff was friendly and courteous but Kyle I remembered by name as he was there as I pulled up and he was there for me at each stage up and to include seeing me back to my car. Thank you for keeping my busy day on track and great service.

This Jiffy Lube has gotten so much better over the years. Everyone working during my service was professional, friendly, and got me in and out quicker than Ive ever experienced. I absolutely will go back here again.

The service provided was not quality. I had a oil change and after I took my Lincoln Ls to my personal mechanic for a tune up and he found out after making an assessment that your personnel put to much oil and the spark plugs and the coil were soaked with oil. I would like to report this and get compensated for the poor service provided.

Expensive, but skilled and fast. The service was great. But be prepared to pay for the insanepy fast service.

Pulled up yesterday pretty late in the day and was welcomed right away! The customer service was friendly and phenomenon from the second I pulled up to the second I drove off. I visited for an oil change, and when asked whether or not I had a coupon- yes, I did. Ninety seconds later the tech returned with my receipt and credit card, and told me that he forgot to apply the discount ($15), and that hed catch me on the next time.First of all: Im not sure how hes going to know for that next time.Secondly: I admit- I should have handled it right then and there, but you know what? The moment that the tech knew that he didnt process the transaction correctly was when he was supposed to turn around, VOID the transaction, and reprocess it.I didnt appreciate the con job, and this is not the first time that Ive been handled in such a way by Jiffy Lube (but at another location- West Springfield, MA). In the winter the store didnt have the correct size wipers for me, so the wrong size was put on, resulting in the wipers intermittently locking up. Instead of alerting me when the correct size arrived (which was promised but never delivered), when I reported the problem they installed another incorrect size on the other blade to keep them from rubbing. Two wrongs....Anyhow, I didnt appreciate the con job and excuse, and after this second lesson, I think that its time to find another company.

First visit since Covid started. You can tell this group has a plan and is well prepared. The group of employees which worked on my car made the new changes easy for me. They interacted very well with each other and relayed what I needed to do clearly. This location seems to be better and stronger now then pre-covid times.

This is the location I always go to for an oil change. I noticed today that there were slight changes in the customer service. Way better than before! . The staff are very happy and friendly. The waiting time was not an issue. They were on it the minute you pulled in the bay. They also inform you everything that they need to do for your car, show you a breakdown of it. It’s very organized and fast! Kyle is a cool dude!

This was my first visit to the Chicopee Jiffy Lube. I was pleasantly greeted by a young man named Kyle. He politely and enthusiastically answered all my questions and even offered to pull my SUV into the bay. Which I greatly appreciated since I have difficulty lining my tires up on the ramps. They even did some extra checks for me without hesitation. Pricing was all explained and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be returning again because I was thoroughly impressed with their service.

I was in a hurry, but needed an oil change. I saw a couple cars ahead of me, but stopped in anyway. The technician told me they could have me out in about 20-25 min. He kept his word. They were polite, professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced, and fast.

The work conducted was good but when the bill came I was a bit shocked at a 4 cylinder synthetic oil change with fluids top-off, vacuum and tire rotation coming in at over $130. Thank goodness I had a $20 coupon.I probably won’t return due to little and/or clear communication about costs.

I used to work at jiffy lube I didnt like the way they did business I go there once in awhile for oil changes but I know what to watch for because I had worked for them and I usually have to have my truck taken back in to have them do something I know they missed the last time I went to the one in the spring West Springfield the real fancy one I got a quarter mile down the road in my hood open. So be careful when you go there thats all

Very nice staff, quick service. Drove right in no wait. They reviewed everything. My only negative was all the suggested add ons. It became overwhelming. I feel like that will happen each time if I need it or not. Everything else was awesome.
