This place is amazing!!! first salon I have visited in 10 years and they did an amazing job. The services I received were a luxury massage, pedicure, and also dip powder nails. Hailey was my specialist and I cannot wait to visit her again!! love this place please go, so welcoming and wonderful. very clean bathroom as well

My aunt, sister and I went last Saturday for a dip mani/pedi. Long story short, my sister and aunts dip set are almost completely off as of 2 days now and mine are completely faded off. I don’t think we will be returning to this shop again. We went straight home that day. I think washing our hands made it fade but we’ve went to other salons and that wasn’t an issue for us. On the bright side, the staff were really nice.

Very nice staff .. they dont push to tack on extra $$ for unwanted items/services. Limited colors on polish compared to other salons but they have a good selection for dip and shellac

I came into this salon last Friday on 09/11/2020 for a manicure and when I was was done I went home only to wake up the next morning with my thumb swollen. I soaked it and iced it but felt a throbbing pain. I’ve never had this happen before well here we are 6 days later and pus started oozing out from under my nail. This tells me that the instrument that was used was not clean and gave me an infection. Needless to say this was my first and last time coming to this nail salon. I don’t recommend anyone else going here unless you want an infection if I could take a picture and show what I’ve been dealing with I would so you don’t have this same experience I did. Giving one star is too many I would give no stars

I have been coming here for over a year, I showed up at open this morning 930 .. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. I waited an hour (would have been more) to NOT get my nails done. Ive always been generous with tipping and grateful for their time, but this was horrendous. Several people kept telling me 5 Mimi, 5 more minutes- including the owner. 5 minutes turned into ONE hour. I left. I showed up early to get my nails done because I had to go to work and had a class before work. I will never come back, and its a shame, I have always enjoyed the work I have had done there and the atmosphere. However customer service like this is unacceptable. People who came in after me, were helped. Several people walked out as well. Do not open your store to help people if you are not prepared to actually do the job. People like myself show up early and at OPEN because they have a schedule and things to do. Now I am behind, going to be late and dont have my nails done (which is required by my job ).

I just started going because my nail tech, Linda, which is amazing moved here. I was pleased. I also had Jennifer that did my pedicure. She was great as well. The margaritas are amazing and you can’t go wrong with Linda or Jennifer. I do think the customer service and greeting customers can improve a bit.

I needed a new place to go since my previous guy moved away. This was the 3rd place Ive tried and its TRUE what they say third time is the charm! Linda was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and then advised me on what she recommended to make my nails look great again after that fiasco at the last place. Ill definitely see Linda again

I originally only went here because they were the only nail salon in my area that still use dip powder nails. I am an artist and I am extremely hard on my nails. For me regular acrylic nails do not hold up, hard gel did but virtually no one offers gel anymore. I switched to dip powder nails because they DO NOT LIFT! That is super important because I cant always find the time to go in the get a fill. I can go 3 to 4 weeks without lifting. Dio powder nails are very strong and durable. I continue to go back be because they do an amazing job. I have my eyebrows done as well and I am extremely happy with the service. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for nail service and eyebrows.

Do not use this place!!!!!!!!I spend a lot of money on my daughters nails, I came here a few times before after I got off work. Still in work clothes and always paid $45 for her set. I came this last time outside of my work clothes and the appearance changed everything. They charged me $55 for her set.Even though I complained about it, they saw my appearance and that it was for my 12 year old daughter and took advantage of the situation.These people have no remorse about using any situation to their advantage to make more money.I truly hope that Khama will pay it forward and effect the operation of this establishment. I hate businesses that take advantage of parents, especially single parents working hard to give their family what they didn’t have growing up.God bless America and anyone who isn’t a true hard working American can leave this great country which provides a positive life change for anyone willing to make something of them selves.Kirk out!

Left with a bloody toe, paint all over my skin and calluses on my feet for $53. The girl (smiles) rushed through everything to get to her next customer. Then I only had 3 nails with shellac to remove (all 3 half chipped off) they still charged me the $5 for shellac removal. Completely disappointed

I go in about once a month to get a pedicure done. Always very clean and speedy service. Friendly and skilled staff. Great place to go and get your toes done and feel pampered for less than $50. Hardly any wait time even when they are busy, and they recently remodeled to handle a much larger number of customers at once.

Just had a full set of nails done, all 10 with a like design on Red #76 and med. pink fill. They turned out gorgeous, and everyone in the salon was wanting theres done with designs the next time they go in. I was so impressed with Leslies talent, and the speed at which they handle their customers. Time is so important, and so is a good nail job -- this place delivers both. Did I already say Im impressed? I have found my new nail salon!A Delighted Customer!

I am very confused by all good reviews here. I scheduled an appointment and somehow people who walked in after me managed go receive full service and already left, while I was put in the chair to wait. The receptionist stopped by occasionally for 2 min, did some work and then ran to other customers. Then showed up for couple of min and left for another 30 min. I showed up with two little children, by appointment, I was not late either. Something that was supposed to take no more than 30min - took them more than 2 hours. I was so mad. They are clearly understaffed but keep accepting customers and it takes fhem hours to get service done,because one manicurist works with 2-3 ladies at the same time!!By the way, I paid cash and they did not even give me a receipt.As for the nails, I came for acrylic french manicure. What they did was just simply glued a white tip on my nail,trimmed it and just put acrylic coating on top and charged $40. Im sorry I am never going to be your customer anymore.

I was there for the second and last time 3 weeks ago. The place is filthy. I always get purple nails and toes. They brought blackish blue, not the color I requested. My pedi was interrupted at least 10 times and 2 cuticles on my feet were cut. I was totally displeased. They actually had the gaul to charge me for a polish change as well. I’ll never go there again. People, beware the discourse and dirt in this place. Go elsewhere please.

This used to be my go-to place because of convenience; it was close to my job & home. I finally decided to look for another place. My experience there is always wishy-washy. Sometimes my nails look great, sometimes I am embarrassed to show them. The staff always seems kind of rude and in a rush. The second you walk in and ask them how long is the wait, they always tell you to sit down and they don’t give you an answer. Typically I always end up walking out after 20 minutes or so of not being helped. Today I called before I went and asked how long the wait was. He just said “you come now” and again, didn’t answer my question. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anymore

The guy didn’t know how to do coffin shape, they had to get another guy to try and fix them! After I complain to I think the owner, the guy doing my nails said to me next time leave for Kids at home! My kids were very well behaved and I had my little girls nails done too so she was a paying customer! I had to reshape my own nails messing up the shallc polish I payed for on top of a full set! Was only offered an apology not discount for the rude nail tech or the fact that they look horrible😡 will never never go back worse $70 I’ve spent in a long time! Save your money and go to a good nail salon!!!!!!

I most always go to Danny. I have been to many places and this is the best. Im always happy with my nails and they always work you in. Not to mention they are always friendly. If I could rate higher I would.

They always seem to be busy, even if you make an appointment you will have to wait a bit. They are also understaffed, at least for most of the AN hours. Everyone is nice here, but youd get quicker service going somewhere else down the road.

Today was the first time Ive ever not felt happy about my services here. I had a newer lady, I didnt recognize and she seemed to be rough, pulling on my legs and moving them around and I dont think I even got my lower extremity massage but a minute or two. She seemed to rush through it. Then put scolding hot towels on my feet only, not around my lower legs as usual. When she was done she moved the small chair right next to the side of basin not allowing me to get up without moving it out of the way first. Also, she was pulling out the tub bag and towels right underneath me. Additionally, a solicitor was allowed in to sell baked goods for a mission trip. I do not agree with being solicited during my me time.

My pedicure was amazing as well as my manicure. However, when my nail tech begain painting my nails in a dark pink. She had to put 3 coats on as I am African American for full coverage. I appreciated her effort however, exactly 1 day later my polished nails look absolutely horrific. She did such a messy job. Now I have to go back and have someone else polish my nails again. The techs need to slow down on each client and take the time on polishing as this is a huge inconvenience for me during my busy work week.

I got here over an hour before they closed to get my toes painted at 620 and they told me they were closed. I took an uber to get here after checking to make sure theyd be open. I show up and they turn me away.

My daughter and I are frequent customers here. Ive tried other salons, but the quality and cleanliness at Heavenly Nails exceeds the other salons. We always feel welcome here and are always impressed with our Mani-Pedis.

My experience was terrible, maybe the worst. I had made an appointment at 11:30 so that i would surely be done by 12:45. I got there sat for 20 minuets then they started working on me. She was supposed to be doing my toes and fingers at the same time because i had to be somewhere else at 12:45 but no she was on her phone and it took 2 hours for painted toes and a fill. And to make things better i asked for long nails and i have never had such nubby fingernails in my life. Im not impressed at all. She finished at 1:35. Dont waste your money like i did.

She applied the polish on my toes a bit sloppy causing her to have to use her nail aggressively to clean up the polish.The nail desk was a bit messy she even kept apologizing for it. Im sorry but the price they charge is for a service and they failed at that. Its not worth paying that price for a subpar nail polish job.

Absolutely my favorite nail place in schertz. The workers are so kind and offer drinks everytime they greet me. Even when my nails are drying they ask me if I need anything and if I am ok. What more can you get from customer service. Would highly recommend coming here. Also my nails always come out fabulous the last places iv visited (being new to new Braunfels area) were terrible service, My nails were popping off a week later annoying when I pay 50$ a set. Come to this place theyre perfect and you will leave pampered and relaxed.

Decent pricing, iffy attitudes. I wish these salons didnt behave as if they are doing the consumers a favor. Do NOT go to Jennifer or the owners wife, say anything they dont like and watch the mood change.

Gud service. Short wait time even if no appointment. Open Sunday. Dont like that when they do work on cuticle it is w rotary machine and it deeply cuts n2 my cuticle, so much so that I hav 2 use peroxide 4 the next 2 days (multiple times a day due 2 burning of damaged cuticle). Im conflicted because I love their work tho.

Just moved to the area and I chose to try this place because it looked clean and the prices were good. I have gone 4 times now for a few different things .... full set, pedi and fills and I have been happy every time.

Complicated. Pedicures are really good, manicures are okay. Waxing is absolutely terrible. I have a horrible rash on the left side of my face because the lady was so skimpy on the wax .The popsicle stick she used was microscopic. She hardly put any wax on my face. The wax experience was horrific. She didnt ruin my eyebrows though, thank God.
