As soon as we got home my daughters nails came off, about an hour later my were coming off also. Rachel was very rude. Never again going back.

Absolutely amazing! Just stopped randomly to get a pedicure since moving here from VA. Danny was great with the mani/pedi. The massage was not short, like most places. Ill be back!

The women nail techs have been hit and miss for me. Not friendly, rude when my daughter asked if she could make her nail shape less square. She impatiently said its a process and shell get to it. They were impatient with my daughters friend also and pulled her arm to adjust her hand. They never offered the girls a drink. When I asked the tech for a drink for the girls she acted like I was bothering her and mumbled under her breath. If you all dont want to work or be there then dont. The kids pay the same prices as adult women. Go be unpleasant at home. We will not be back. The nails were okay. A few misshaped dip nails. Some dents. Over all okay results. My daughters nails had white dip powder stuck on her cuticles. I had to point it out to the tech to clean it up. We will take our business else where.

Rio Nails is our pedicure spot of choice. They have great options and colors. Almost everyone is really nice and courteous. They always make great mimosas and are great at giving more than 1. We went yesterday with a small group and they got us in immediately and gave great service!

First let me start out by saying how professional and family oriented Rio Nail Bar Employees are. Second we were late and it was 30mins to closing. They still took us took their time and made us feel welcome. I have definitely found my spot.

I had a nice experience today. First time at Rio nails. We walked in for two pedicures and were helped right away. The massages were nice and over all they did a great job. Only thing I would change... the lights are super bright, not very relaxing and they didnt have great color selection for the regular polish. We did enjoy our time and will be returning.

Love this place. Beautiful, clean and quite accommodating to their clients needs. Vicky is fabulous and the best. I enjoy how great the entire team work together, communicate and provide a welcoming feel.

Rio’s are always amazing!!! Great staff and always fantastic service. I normally go to Rachel but I went to Vivian because Rachel was busy. Well she did a great job! Never disappoint 👍

I came into Rio nails when my normal RT nails were booked for a last minute pedicure. I was promptly greeted and offered a drink by the gentleman in the front.I was serviced by Tina. She didnt know how to cut straight and got upset when I asked her to fix one. I finally asked for the nail clippers and file myself. There was no cuticle removal at all. TINA used the acrylic machine to file them away she said ( which thins the nail ) I actually had to tell her she didnt have to get upset. The woman sitting beside me said she would have gotten up and left.I never complain about a place .. Im not sure about the other people that work here but Tina was rude and didnt do good work! Highly disappointed! WHAT A WASTE OF $75. I will not be returning for a pedicure.Update*I called the store back and the guy that answered stated he was not aware of the situation, but did apologize if she was rude. Im not sure why I was told to call the store.

Just done my nails done by May. He did a fantastic job!! He took his time to figure out exactly what I wanted and delivered. This is an ombré with warm pink and white with glitter added.

Got my nails done yesterday, I couldve done a better job myself....at home. By the time I got to the car, they were off. Didnt cause a scene, paid 40 bucks plus a ten dollar tip, walked out. Will never set foot in there again. Ive gone about 8 or 9 times, maybe twice they did a good job, so many people there working, but very little talent in the nail department

I came here once before and the service was phenomenal! Amazingly nice people and did a great job! I wanted to return and bring my friend with me. Well today my dip nails were so rushed that I have glue all over my hands and rough edges on my nails. I also got a pedicure and the lady that was doing my pedi was falling asleep while doing them... literally doing head fakes. She forgot half of the pedicure, did not scrub my feet and or file my nails. I have polish all over my toes and again rough edges around my nails and feet. Normally I’d say it was an off day but my total was $82 not including tip! This unacceptable!! I wish my experience was just as fabulous as before but I’m very disappointed in the value and service. I really wanted this to become my new regular place.

The greeter didnt bother to listen to our wants and when we were sat down the people giving us our pedis didnt know we were getting Manis too. No communication and when they do it is in another language which is ok but when its 90 percent of the time its rude.

Im very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. Cindy is such a pro with quality and precision along with great service in her work. My nails are sensitive and I have sensitive skin. Cindy educated me on dip nails and helped me get my nails back to good health without using a UV light either. I receive so many compliments and cant help but appreciate how happier I feel about my nails and self care thanks to Cindy. Youve got a trusted customer for life! Thank you so much!

My pedicure service was very unfriendly and unprofessional. The nail tech did not ask if the wax, stones, or towels were too hot. She was also very rough and pushy, not gentle at all. I was pretty upset because the first time I went I had a really good experience.

So lets start with saying the pedicure it self was ehh my nails where so misshapen and the polish was applied very unevenly the whole thing was rushed because they were busy Im guessing but my main problem is I have an infection on my big toe I gave it a week to see if maybe it was just because she was kinda ruff on my feet but its only gotten worse and my toe hurts :( needless to say I will not be returning. Ive attached photos of my red swollen irritated toe for reference

Tony and Jessica at Rio Nail Bar are very professional. Jessica has been doing my nails for the past 6 months and has done a wonderful job. My nails always look nice and she is very attentive to details. I highly recommend Jessica and Tony at Rio Nail Bar.

Always a chill environment. Usually walk right in and seated. The two complimentary drinks are nice as well.

This place is very nice and clean they took care of my hands and my feet at the same time, which I truly enjoyed. I paid over 100$ for both, the only issue I have is after a week my nails looks old, also two came off on the same hand!! and my nail gives me 2005 vibes. If you want a better design I would recommend somewhere else, but if you like your nails simple and easy this would be the place to go.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice already by Jessica both times and she never disappoints. She’s very precise on how she does my nails and always makes sure I’m pleased at every step .

Nice and clean place. They have plenty of colors to choose from no matter what you like - dip, shellac or polish. They did a really nice job on our manicures, so well return for pedicures in the near future. I appreciate they have a menu with prices so you know exactly what youre going to pay before sitting down. And they serve water, sodas and alcohol, because getting your nails done is thirsty work!

Its a No for me. The nail tech was lazy and tried to do the least possible. I will find another place. The service continues to decline.

The shop is brand new so its very clean. I has a Rio Pedicure with shellac polish and it was worth the price.They offer up to 2 free drinks per visit and serve them in real glassware.The staff were very nice and Richard did a great job.I will be back soon.

Tom was fantastic! He was very personable and shared tips on how to file my dipped fingernails. I was supposed to do them that same day but I elected to have Tom do them. He did a great job! So when I’m feeling lazy, I will definitely have Tom handle my dipped fingernails and for sure, all of my pedicures!

My wife I visited Rio together on 6/28/2020 and were impressed with the modern, clean, relaxing atmosphere. The wine was also a nice touch!Employees were professional and wore masks, and did a thorough job of disinfecting all areas as customers left. I recommend Rio for pedicures and will return to introduce my elderly parents soon!

Best experience ever! Holly did my nails fantastic and fast. She also waxed my face perfectly. Tee did my Pedicure and was very down to earth and made you feel comfortable. Ive never had better service!

The owner upfront is the rudest man ever. I dont like shellac, Ive tried it many times. They get so rude when you say no shellac because they want to charge you extra.I live in the area and Ive been here many times and each time the person is more snobby than the last. I dont recommend coming here at all because the last time I spent 130$ on my mom and mother in law and they treated them like sh@t. I took them there to spoil them and instead of pampering them they kept making snide remarks in English so that they heard! Were not rude Karens lol. Were normal women that like to get our nails done.

I had actually liked this place till I broke a nail today and saw fungus growing. In all my years of getting nails I’ve never had that happen . I was actually getting ready to make an another appt to have these taken off and new set put on . I normally get a new set after 2 fills but since I wanted a whole new design I was getting a new one after just 1 fill so 4 weeks as I go every 2 weeks to get nails done. 4 weeks and the fact that I have fungus isn’t right. I am extremely disappointed as I went to this salon based on good reviews of cleanliness and quality of nails 🙄

Very disappointed. Visited this nail salon for the first time to get a mani/pedi for my birthday, the tech offered to do dip or shellac bc it looks better. I made the mistake of getting the basic French manicure, it looked fine for that day. The next day I noticed the paint was already chipping so I called the salon and told them, they offered to repaint but that it normally only lasts 4 days. I wasn’t able to return till Thursday to get it fixed but when I went in today I was told they couldn’t fix it, I would have to pay $20 for them to put a gel on bc that’s what lasts. He explained to me that if I “went home and washed my hands or did the dishes, the polish isn’t going to last”. This was clearly not the issue, even if so they should last more than 1 day. I understand I got a basic manicure but I definitely think employees should be coached to explain that it will only last 1-3 days or should be listed on the “menu”. Will not be returning or recommending.

May is very precise and does my nails exactly the way I want them done every time! I get an acrylic overlay and it is not too thick and looks very natural.

Most definitely Jenny is the B E S T ! Everyone is so friendly. But Jenny definitely went above and beyond asked me if I liked each nail after she was done and that she could change the color because it wasn’t what I expected. Amazing sweet sweet lady . Clean finish too I feel like sometimes I can be so picky with the out come and she definitely pleased me . First time and won’t be my last 👌🏽

I tried this place on a whim cause it was new and in my area.... well I loved it it from the start. Ken did my nails, very professional and expert nail technician. I’ve been here about 4 times with different technicians and all have been good. May just be my favorite nail place!The place is always clean and very nicely decorated.

I was given ample time to choose my nail color. The nail tech talked to me not just her co-workers. She made sure I approved every step through the process. She also made sure to let me know the next visit I should replace these tips. Very satisfied that I am not up sold or pressured in any way.

My first experience wasnt favorable within 2 days my nails were peeling and breaking. I decided to give them another try and just get another nail tech. Completely different experience. I can see the difference in quality and appreciate the service. Definitely will return.

After going to another nail salon, I needed my nails filled, so I decided to try out Rio since I wasn’t impressed with my current nail situation. Sylvia completely transformed them to what I had originally wanted! She’s so sweet and the entire staff is helpful. I will definitely be going back for regular nail services.

I was so happy with the service! I had my eyelashes filled, eyebrows waxed, nails filled, and added on a pedicure at last minute and Tina did it all with no problem! I was completely satisfied with how everything turned out! They are open on Sundays which makes it so much more convenient for me!!! Went here one prior time and had a good experience. Came back the second time and the lady doing my pedicure forgot half the pedicure.. no foot scrubbing or cleaning. One of the major reasons I bother to get a pedicure. I can paint my toe nails on my own. Looking for a new place after this experience.

First time at this nail salon. I had Kenny for my toes and nails. He was friendly and fast. The pedicure was one of the best I’ve had. I think I found my new nail salon! I will be going back as I get my nails and toes done once a month!

Went in and got a mani pedi, got home went to looking at my nails and they looked awful! I went back in talked with the manager, he told me come back at 11am and we will fix them for you they went to fix them and them charged me a second time for them to fix their mistake! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! They got angry because I wanted my nails done right, they were rude cut my cuticles all up the list goes on and on. Never again!

Over all everyone was nice and there was a lot of room which is important so you don’t feel claustrophobic. My nails look amazing but when he was taking off my acrylics he didn’t soak them at all he just started cutting and peeling, which hurts a lot. The first nail he did was my pinky and he split my actual nail which started bleeding and made it unable to put a nail on it. Almost my whole pinky nail is gone and it’s still hurting a lot. I spoke to the manager who wasn’t happy with me complaining but I eventually got a discount. The other 9 nails I was able to receive look amazing I couldn’t be happier but he rushed when removing my first set and it ruined my whole experience.

A little pricy compared to shops within a 2 mile radius, but overall good work.

Im very happy with my nails & technician (Hung) her American name is Holly !!! I was there with my daughter for some quality girl time.She also had a beautiful set done, however there was a miscommunication at the front desk, make sure you get the paper that states what you want done, the gentleman told my daughter she didnt need it, I myself was getting Shellac and my daughter was getting regular polish, I noticed the tech was doing Shellac on my daughter.My daughter had asked for regular.She was already almost done, when I had noticed, because we were laughing and joking with the techs, I was adding Rios Salon into my phone with both techs names. The tech that was doing my daughters was visibly upset, which was unfortunately very upsetting to my daughter who was gonna get her eyebrows waxed after nails, but decided against it due to what previously happened.So please get your paper with what services you want done, what started out as a mom & daughter fun time, ended up a bummer.Yes I will return to Rios Salon.
