Had a pleasant experience coming into Money Mart. Its a nice feeling when they go out of their way to call and keep up with clientele.... something that is lost in these days. Its been almost over 2 years yet I was greeted by a voicemail from Mimi that was a pleasant and made me actually come back in. This is a very good essential resource for the citizens living in the communities of Oakland and Alameda County.Mimi is the best to ever happen to this location she has empathy and compassion and is verynprofeesinal to us client. We know that Mental Health is very serious issue and rising in the communities of Oakland. Mimi handles mental health clients with patience and care. Its truly amazing to witness. She calls her customers if the store will be closing to notify us before we traveling down to location and it is closed.
