NEVER returning here again. Nails were crooked, then had the male paint my hands…he just put the paint on and it looked like a child did it. He went around my skin on every finger with polish remover and a brush after he painted them. I couldn’t take it at that point, and had another lady repaint, which was better, but still disappointed at the quality. Very disappointed.

What an amazing experience! My girlfriend insisted I go to Texy Nails with her and get a pedicure. As a guy I felt weird. But Tiffany did an amazing job! Not only was she very friendly and easy going, but the whole process of their fancy pedicure was amazing. It included a massage and fancy ingredients. I’ve gone twice already and absolutely love it! 5 stars!

When I went the lady who did my toes didn’t listen to what Pedicare I wanted she gave me whatever one she wanted I had asked for the stone rocks and she gave me a different one. As as for my nails hasn’t even been a week and I had one pop off not break but pop off. So disappointed I paid almost $200.Update: the owner redid my nails and very happy with them and very thankful for what she did!!! I most definitely will be back💙

Will not be returning here sadly. I have been going here for a while now and this last time they were just so rude. I spend easily over 100 every time I go but I will give my money to another place.

Maybe it was an off day for Tiffany... I got a full set here 4 days ago. When I left, some nails looked like they already needed to be filled. Some nails were missing paint on the sides. Different shapes. I’ve been here before & loved my services 😟Updated: Day 5 and I have 2 nails left.

Did a good job but weren’t personable in any way. To the point of when you spoke to many of them, they act like they didn’t even hear you. Maybe because they don’t understand english well? The complimentary drink, don’t even think to ask for more then 1. You can ask for another drink as I did 4 times and they act as though they didn’t hear you. I suppose complimentary drink means exactly that, you are cut off after 1. It was OK, pedicures were good not the best I have ever had for the money.

I just moved to town a couple months ago ive been on the search for a nail salon that does good work for decent prices and i finally found it!!! The other day i went to a nail salon called rio nails and they did an awful basic job and charged me 80$!! I will never go there again, i had to find a new place to get them fixed because my nails were so cringy. I found this nail salon 10 minutes from my house, and i am so happy with the service i got and they did a AMAZING job on my nails i got a beautiful purple chrome color and i am so happy with how they turned out. I didnt catch the lady’s name who did them but she was very friendly. I will definitely be going to this nail salon only from now on !!! Thank you texy nails!!!

Guy did a great job on my feet (hadnt had them done in over 2 years).Tiffany did Shellac on my nails and when my right thumb nail didnt turn out correctly she took the gel off and started over.Tipped them both $10 each!

I am very happy with the results. I asked the question about if they honor their work and they do. I spoke to Tiffany returned my call 30 min earlier than expected and apologized for the mishap. She said she normally does it a little thicker for people who work with their hands and the application I had was too thin. She offered to redo with solar powder and color with shellac. I accepted and have an appointment at noon. Very happy with the results. The cost is an even exchange. Thank you so much for honoring your shops work. :)

This place is awesome and Tiffany is the bomb. They DO honor gift certificates, but not ones that are lost! You wouldnt go to chilis and ask for dinner on a gift card that you could not provide! This is business and Texy always takes care of their customers!

My Daughter had a two o clock appointment to get her nails done for graduation. Walk in were being taken care of before her. She left four hours later with nothing done.

Texy Nails is hands down the best nail salon in town. Ive been coming here since day one and have followed Tiffany for years!! What I love most besides the great customer service and being greeted with a smile when you walk in, is they only use high quality products so your nails will lasts a lot longer. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

I have been coming to Texy nails for almost two years. I definitely would recommend Texy Nails to anyone who wants to be pampered. My favorite nail tech is Tiffany who is the owner of the shop. She believes in making sure her customers are happy with the service her techs provide. If you happen to have a bad experience or are not satisfied with the service if you let her know she will fix it. I have yet to have a bad experience here and I have been coming for two years. The best tech for pedicures and massages is Henry, he gives foot massages that make me want to sleep.My partner who for the first time started getting her nails done gets her nails and toes done by Nick. Nick is also good at making sure his customers are pleased.Texy Nails is the place to go for dipped, acrylic nails, pedicures, facials, and eyebrows. They do a variety of self pampering services.

They left the solution to remove the gel nail polish on my girlfriends fingers for like 35mins and dont even check on her. Come on.. what even is that?

First I have to say they are very organized and the colors are in order there samples are perfect! Some places the color swatches are dull and chipped or half painted. Cindy did my deluxe shellac pedicure and she was very gentle and thorough. I chose the orange scrub which smell really good and Cindy massage my legs for the full 10 minutes most technicians only massage the bare minimum and barely change motions. Cindy did a great job painting my nails and she did a good job doing my shellac manicure however Tiffany the owner which is super professional and really sweet she took over in the middle of my manicure and finished up with an awesome job as well I even got paraffin wax on my manicure and it was only $95 for everything prices arent much different from other places but still a little bit cheaper they dont charge you for every little thing

Not the biggest fan. Took my friend here for a girls pedicure. They skipped parts of the pedicure on her even though we got the same one. They seemed very rushed even though they werent busy. Oh and we never got offered drinks even though the few others that were there had some. It wasnt the worst but I wouldnt come back.

I wanted my natural nails with gel polish & designs. They told me they wouldnt stay on with natural nails and I would have to get acrylic. Ive had my nails done elsewhere and the designs always stayed on as long as the polish did. I wasted my time there and wont go back.

My girlfriend goes here everytime she gets her nails done and its like she comes out a new woman! Shes always happy with the service because its not awkward silence. Not to mention her nails look flawless just like her.

Tiffany, Sue and Kevin are my go to people here. Ive never left disappointed. Its also nice that they give you a 5% discount if you pay with cash.Update: After the service today I will never return! I showed Simon a picture of what I wanted, he said he could do it. Turns out he couldn’t, messed up my nails. No apology or anything and they still charged me! I had to go somewhere else to get them done! I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2014. I will never come back!!

One of the best nail salons in Cibolo/Schertz! I have tried others nearby but prefer this location. It is always clean and neat.The manicurists always use brand new tools versus reused ones per customer.They take their time to make sure to perfect the results you want! Yes, I recommend to all.

Winnie and Jenny are the best! My husband I have been here twice already and both times with them and great service. My Hubby gets a deluxe ped from Jenny and I get a hot stone pedi and shellac mani with Winnie. Both times they have been wonderful and relaxing. We don’t feel rushed at all. So disappointed. Read reviews, expected much more. Rushed pedicure had to be redone, still not done well. Moved to get shellac mani, floor was so dirty. Nail particles, pieces, parts, dust, dirt, etc. everywhere. Asked to be moved and for another tech. Usually try new places twice before making up my mind. This was my first and last time -- wont be back. Strongly not recommended.

Sent my wife here this morning to get one nail fixed and a pedicure. They kept her feet in water for over 45 min while customer after customer kept on getting their nails and feet done infuriating my wife inside. This was after we asked how long the wait would be and they said 15 minutes. The nice lady in the front kept telling my wife any second now, but it was obvious they like to trap people to make more money than take care of customers so she got off the chair, put her shoes on and walked out. Make sure they font waste your time.

Dont bother coming here had my nails done 1 day later one broke off in half went and the replaced it next day after that 1 more broke didnt go back in total of 3 days later 3 nails have broke off in half not worth it go someplace else 60 dollars for not even 24hrs of a full set of nails

After reading the raving reviews on Texy Nails in Schertz I have decided to test it myself yesterday.I ended up having shellac mani and the spa pedicure (dont remember the exact name of it, but it is their 2nd listed on their menu).I will just say that I am highly disappointed. The nail tech was giving me strange looks when I asked her to do my nails SHORT, as I cant have long nails. I kept telling her SHORTER and she just kept fighting me ... Also, did NOT ask me what shape of nails I wanted, she just made them square shaped and called it a day.The overall job was sloppy. She spilled the shellac all over my fingers and then tried to remove the hardened pieces with the nail file. Also filed the nails AFTER shellac was applied, so basically damaged the tips already.Pedicure was okay until nail polish applied. Again, overly sloppy job that I could do better myself honestly.Never seen such unprofessional behavior. Will definitely NOT come back, despite the shiny reviews.One bad experience with lousy customer service and bad attitude when pointed out the mistakes was enough for me to not come back.

I have been twice the first time I had the premium pedi great job no problems. The second time I decided the basic and it was not that great. Your calluses are barely smooth out and your feet feel rough, if you dont pay more its a crapy job.

A rushed pedicure by a woman who spoke zero English was not an enjoyable experience. This woman did not understand my requests and I had to speak with another employee to get what I wanted done. My pedicure was 60$- deluxe pedicure w/ shellac. The next morning after getting my nails done the night before- my index toe’s shellac had chipped in less than 24 hours!!! A few days later I went to a water park and by the end of the day the shellac was peeling and chipping- not what you expect when you pay for shellac. What a waste of time and money. Not to mention the french tip was wobbly and my feet didn’t match. Paid extra for callous removal and feet looked the same as when I came in. Please don’t waste your money here.

The last time I went here, the man who did my nails was so much in a hurry that they started to peel off after one week. I will not be going back.

Wifey came here out of necessity, as she couldnt get an appointment with her usual tech at another location. She got shellac which normally lasts a couple of weeks, here it only lasted 3 days before the shellac started peeling completely off; to her surprise her actual nails are now all damaged. No need to mention she is NOT going back.

The customer service at this place is not the best. First, one of the nail techs wanted to do my nails with cigarette smoke on his hands. Next, he was rude with me when expressing my concern/issue with the way he was doing my nails. When I wasnt satisfied, he told me I could leave. The manager wasnt any better. I explained my situation to her and how rude he was being and she asked me what I wanted her to do about it. She also said I could make an appointment with her and come back. I will NEVER go to them again .😡😡😡

Thank goodness for Tiffany she has A+ customer service, when a co-worker got upset when asked to wash his hands from wiping his nose several times . She stepped right in with apologies and provided me with excellent service!! Once again hats off to Tiffany.

The quality of service depends on the technician, if Tiffany is unavailable please go elsewhere. I got a pedicure and it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails!
