Horrible job and over priced, it look like a kindergartner painted my toes, and the white look dingy.

Took my daughter today for a special treat! Never again going there!Only 2 people working. Unsanitary!!!!Lady and man both going in between clients, never saw anyone washing hands! Also they put my daughter on a seat that another person sat at and didn’t remove the dirty towel, yes I even told them! Lady working there got upset for me asking her to use a clean towel! Will never go back!

I wanted an overlay and the tech suggested dip powder. Not only did she rush and cut my cuticles twice with her drill my nails are lumpy and whatever topcoat she used still has my nails feeling sticky 4 days later. For $100 I expect something far better than this. I even went back to give them a chance to make it right but she said she was too busy.

Unimpressed. My foot bath was cold. Two of my cuticles bled. And, after I left and ran some errands. I went back to my hotel to shower (about 2-3 hours later), and my nails still weren’t dry and the polish came off two of my nails. This is how my remaining nails looked. You can see that there is clearly an extra layer in the center that makes them all uneven.

Amber is amazing! No one has ever gotten my nails took natural and actually stay on more than a day or two! These last and look great! I highly recommend Amber and the shop!

They are helpful and actually help you chose what your looking for other than rushing you like most places. Been coming here since highschool almost 10 year. And never disappoint.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly and thorough. They take appointments but even as a walk in I rarely have to wait long. I get a pedicure about every two weeks and this is the first nail salon Ive been to that the nail polish doesnt chip between visits. Im not sure what they do differently but I never have to touch it up myself between pedicures. I highly recommend this place.

BEST PEDICURE EVER! My mom, sister and friend all went on a whim. My sister called and made an appointment for 11am. We were greeted and seated right away. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! Staff did my pedicure and she was AMAZING! The facility was so clean. Very impressed and will be back! I found my new forever nail salon!

Love this nail salon! They have the best selection of colors, even some with special effects. This was my second time here and I wanted to try something different. Staff did a great job and was really detailed, making sure everything looked perfect. I will definitely be coming back!

I love Lotus Nails & Spa, they have a big variety of gel colors/reg colors & you cant beat the prices! Staff did my ombre acrylics & she did perfect! This picture doesnt do it justice. She really takes care of you & gets you what you want, not to mention shes quick. Will definitely come back.

You notice how clean it is the minute you walk in. The instruments are sealed in a sterilized sleeve. I had an amazing experience getting the pedicure and manicure combo today. They took their time with me, and their attention to detail was incredible! I highly recommend this immaculately clean, friendly, and professional nail spa!

Second time here and I couldnt be happier. The staff remember your name, are happy and friendly with each other and every single customer that comes in. My first pedicure last almost three weeks through a beach vacation and they do beautiful work. So so satisfied.

I LOVE LOVE this place! Ive been to a lot of places but this is with no doubt the best. Their staff is so nice and polite and they always take care of you! My fiancé comes here and he loves it! He gets it done, but truly they are all good! Also, they use new product with each customer!

I got my wedding nails here ! They did my trial three weeks before. They were beautiful and wonderful! They did such a brilliant job! It last 3 weeks no cracks. I am only coming here now!

Love this nail salon - the selection of colors is outstanding and the people there are fun and friendly! Cute decor, great nail tech + took me in right away for a pedicure with no wait. My fingers are toes always look nice after I leave.

Came in last minute on a Saturday to get my nails and toes done. They literally tag teamed and got me out of there in less than 40 minutes! Not to mention they did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone, I will definitely be back if Im in the area!

Amber is the owner and she always does my nails, today she did an amazing job. You are required to wear a mask and make an appointment but I’ve been coming to this salon since I was 13.

I do not recommend this place. The nail tech kept hurting me throughout the entire process. I asked her to please stop being so rough. My nail polish came off the next day. Never will I go back to this place.

Love this place! Always walk in and 4 visits later Ive never had to wait and have been happy after each visit ! Its a little pricey compared to what Im use to but worth it for the service Ive received ! The kind and accommodating staff. Love love my chrome nails !

I was in Schertz for a day and had time so I looked up Lotus Nails & Spa, and got a pedicure. The nail technician did a good my pedicure, and it was pure heaven. She was gentle, and when she massaged my feet it really took away all my stress. She is an expert. My toes looked so bad before, but now they make me smile with happiness! I selected a bright orange to show the energy of spring and her added some flowers on my big toes--what a treat! I went to my friend house to pick up a few items for my drive, and I received compliments from three people on my beautiful toes within five minutes! How awesome!I highly recommend Lotus Nails & Spa! One of the best pedicures that I have ever had!

I read another review before going and I think the word generous truly describes my experience. I feel blessed to have met Amber. Shes cute and talented. As soon as I stepped in this place, everything slowed down. She massaged my face, neck and shoulders. And i felt very relaxing. Even She explained for me what she used on my face, why, and its benefits. It was such a thoughtful gesture!!! Thank you, Amber! WILL BE BACK!!!

I visited to Lotus Nails & Spa after deciding come to Schertz.Lotus Nails & Spa was awesome! They did a wonderful job and made me feel comfortable. The daughter of the owners did my nails and she had a conversation with me the whole time. Another thing that left me very happy and surprised was my shellac french manicure. In the past, my french shellac manicure usually turns yellow or the white tip will form small cracks where my nail bends or hits hard surfaces. NOT this time. My french manicure remained as fresh as the first day for well over 2 weeks - no cracks, discoloration or chips.I highly recommend because the price, location, and staff. Glad I found Lotus Nails & Spa, it was time for a change.

While the ambience is nice and the salon is clean, my service wasnt that great. I went for a lip and chin wax, firstly they are using the same stick in the wax over and over which isnt sanitary at all. They reuse the actual wax strip on my lip and chin. Whenever the service was finished I was looking in the mirror and noticed there was still a lot of hair left, she fixed it. I look again and there is still hair in two more sections, she fixes it again. And on my final look there is still hair. Why I had to look three times, I have no idea. So on the last time I told her of the final hairs, she tells me its not sort of my lip (its the corner of my mouth) and proceeds to tweeze the hair off.I get to my car after paying, where there is better lighting, and look in the mirror and still notice hair left. Just dont understand why I have hair left when the job was to take off all of my hair. Wont be coming back or recommending.

The nail tech that sits to the far right when you enter has horrible customer service, rude and has ratchet breath. She was unprofessional, inconsiderate of my time, continuously telling what I should get done to my nails instead of listening to the paying customer.

Efficient, pleasant and willing to please

They always do a wonderful job on my nails, however they never charge me the same price...one week its $65 next week $79 etc. Its been this way for the past year and a half Ive used them and Ive always gotten the same thing. I asked them about it a few times but the language barrier seems to get in the way every time.

Very nice and clean place. Husband was very satisfied with pedicure comparing to the places he had been going too.

I had a great experience with one of the co workers here she was sweet and she understood exactly what i wanted.Loved this place.

Worst pedicure in my life!I went with a friend for my birthday and sat in the water for 35 minutes before I was even attended to. My friend was getting serviced 10 minutes after we sat down but we finished at the same time?!? Very rushed job and it shows. I still have polish on my skin,most of the toenails arent even painted all the way, and didnt even attempt to get dead skin off around the toes and on bottom of feet. 1st time here and will certainly be my last!

I have NEVER given a bad review before, but I feel I MUST WARN people NOT TO TRY THIS SALON! I had CUT, BLEEDING TOES where the tech PAINFULLY DUG and CUT at my toenail, My friend had BLOODY HEELS from the cheese grater file. We should have just left when we came in with COUPONS and the manager was VERY RUDE. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE.

Met with my Mom,Grandmother,and my sister to get a mani/pedi. It was very relaxing and fun. They did all of us at the same time and did a beautiful job on our nails and toes. We will definitely be going back to there.

Went in on a sunday & payed 52 plus tip for some fat nails... my cuticle is swollen and was bleeding.. also, the shape is not right either never going here again!!

The worst shellac job I have ever gotten! Didnt last a day, my nails tore??? My cuticles started peeling back on the second day, the shape was crooked on at least four nails.... DONT GO THERE.
