My third appointment here. The staff is the best! Good culture here and they are very patient with you during the cleanings and fillings. Nothing but good things to say about Accudental.

Our family loves accu dental currently my nephew, husband and I have both had our orthodontist services and could not be happier with both price and service. My 3 boys are up next we are waiting for baby teeth to come out but they will be reciving services here as well. We love it.

Dr. Kim is amazing he is very patient and takes his time with his patients to explain everything. I had a consult to talk about my wisdom teeth being pulled out which I had been hesitant about after today’s visit I will be getting the treatment done next month with him. Great experience the front staff and assistant are all very friendly and welcoming!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, however having a huge fear with going to any dental office ACCU dental was by far better experience than I imagine. Front staff is very friendly and helpful, they even help me get assigned to their office as I didn’t know I needed to do that. Dr. Ambati is very nice I love the fact that she made me feel very comfortable and explained to me ways on how to take better care of my teeth. I will be recommending friends and family to them. Thanks you guys for a great experience!!

Great office and great staff. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. My consultation with Dr. Kumar was a good experience, she listened to all my concerns I had with my teeth and gave me options. I will be coming back !!

Apparent over charges. One of the least comfortable and private feeling facilities I have seen as a patient, 2nd to Western Dental. Did not seem to understand Delta Dental insurance. I was only offered $800+ out of pocket zirconium crowns around 2016 with no alternative, also offered very expensive deep cleaning, despite Delta Dental insurance. So I went somewhere else that understood my insurance and paid a small fraction of what I was quoted here.

So I decided to go to this dentist! I personally know someone who worked there ! The person told me they over charge your insurance and you! They tried to charge me 600 for a root canal ! I just got off the phone with my provider! My insurance covers all of it I pay nothing ! WTH !!

Dentist has multiple practices in different cities and will neglect her patients and staff say she is out of the country so you will not be able to complete appts for months when she is not around. I was a patient in San Jose who had invisilian done but due to her not being available most of the time my treatment was never completed.

ACCU Dental in Watsonville is one of the best dentist office in town. The Dr. and staff are very professional, accommodating and friendly during my entire office visit. The Dr. was very thorough and drew up a dental plan for me to work on as well as set priorities as to what work I should proceed with first. I look forward to continuing my dental care with Accu Dental!

I was really disappointed and felt completely taken advantage of. I have never posted a review but I think it’s important to warn people about the HIDDEN CHARGES! They told me per cavity it was a $100 copay for novocain. Obviously I said okay of course I need novocaine! It should have only been $30 per tooth which delta dental and most insurances include and cover Novocain!! My insurance was very alarmed when I told them this. I called back to explain the mistake and the receptionist told me it was for something call “desensitizer” I was never told this during the appointment!! Basically I got scammed and they never even sent that part of the file to my insurance- the receptionist said we knew it didn’t matter because insurance doesn’t cover it. I am not going back and be careful ! I also told accudental to send me a copy of my “report” and they have yet to do so. I am filing a grievance form and am extremely disappointed in a company that would do that to trusting patients.

•••••••••STAY AWAY•••••This dentist office has so many problems from rude front desk staff, major overcharging issues, poor claims handling, numerous cancelling of appointments, their different office locations computers are not linked, you need 2 appts to just get a cleaning/x-rays/exam done (with cancellations, plan on scheduling 5 appts), and they like to mop first thing in the morning and leave the floor wet. So be careful walking around in there you could get hurt.I simply don’t get it. All I need is an appt every 6 months. No cavities, dental work, just clean my teeth, schedule me an appt 6 months down the road after that, and I will be there on time with a smile. One of the few times I actually got the X-rays and cleaning at 9:00, everything was going well, very nice dental hygienist, but then she tells me the dentist had not arrived, and was running late. Are they even supposed to be operating without a dentist on site???About 45 minutes later the dentist arrived, spent 30 seconds with me and was gone.Go somewhere else.

Unless you look like an adult you are not taken seriously. The orthodontists or doctors literally converse among themselves about personal things and not things about dentistry. They waste precious time, since I am a person that needs things done asap. I am underage and I am literally laying there listening to these doctors blabber on about a house theyre buying or somethin like that its literally so unprofessional and unnecessary. But as soon as my mom enters the lot they keep 100% professional, on the job with no distractions. No chit chat and no uneeded talk. Its so annoying.

Horrible experience! ACCU does not know how to manage insurance claims.

Patient Service In This Office Is Exceptional. The Assistants Are Present During The Exam To Explain To Me What The Doctor And The Manager Tells Me Explains What My Insurance Covers For Me To Begin My Treatment. Very good office.
