Today I took my daughters my oldest 6 and youngest 1 to the nail salon with me. I was surprising my oldest with getting her nails done with me. The girls doing our nails were beyond the sweetest. Towards the end my youngest started getting fussy for the nail salon tech gave her, her personal phone to watch videos on! It was the sweetest thing ever. I believe her name was Lucy, but she is my new favorite and it was such a wonderful experience!

Great place, often busy. Know what you want and ask questions the whole way. You will love your nails, but..... THAT PRICE!!! DO NOT GO IF YOUR ON A BUDGET! They will make sure to charge for everything! This set ran me $85, plus tip!

Ive had 3 different technicians. Loved all their work. Have the one I go to all the time. But not going to tell you her name so you book her and I cant get in! Lol 😆. Try them all and see who becomes your favorite!

This is a great place. I came here to get some previous nails fixed because another place completely messed themf up. But I didn’t want them to take the full set off instead I just wanted them to try to fix it since i was only getting my nails done once. They did their very best to reshape them and even hand drew the design onto my nail. They aren’t perfect but I couldn’t of asked for better. They were all really nice and if I ever get my nails on again I’ll be going back.

Jason and Ruby are amazing I always schedule an appointment because they are usually very busy but well worth it. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good pedicure.

If I could I would give them a zero (0) I would! Attitude from the get go! It got worse when I refused their more expensive pedi package! All I wanted was a basic pedi. The lady told me that the basic package was “no good” and continued to try and persuade me. Geez, people, I go there to relax not get berated! I should have walked out, but I didn’t. In the end, my hour of relaxation was ruined and the lady did a terrible job on my pedi. Horrible customer service! I will not be going back there!

I have been getting my nails done here since 2010.Every single time I leave I walk out with a smile:) I love the clean professional Environment,and the nail techs take great care to ensure your happy and comfortable.I have never had a negative experience highly recommend Nails lounge to get your manicures & pedicures.

If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would give. I had an appointment for a fill for ombré and my granddaughter for a manicure. They tried to persuade getting Shellac for my granddaughter. When I said I wanted a manicure so that her nails could be soaked and cuticles cut there was a attitude given by nail technician. Saying that it was better more expensive but that the color would last longer. The purpose for a manicure is for the care of nails not color. Then my nail technician was in such a rush that he changed the whole shape of my nails. Mind you this was my first time getting there services, never again will I go there or recommend them to anyone. At the end when I’m paying for my fill they asked if I was pay for my nails and granddaughter I specifically so no her mother is paying for the manicure. I asked to use the restroom and by the time I paid and left a tip she added my granddaughter’s service as though they my daughter was not going to pay. Terrible customer service and job done!!

LOVE! I used to get my nails done here when i was in high school (10 years ago) and they were fantastic. Then I decided to get my nails done again and they are still as amazing as ever. They still talk with you and make sure youre getting exactly what you want done! 100% reccomend!!!

Ruby did a fabulous job on my pedicure and then did my nails just as great! These are already a week old and look brand new! She also managed to make my broken crooked finger and nail line up nicely with the other fingernails!

Im not one to be judgmental against the services i receive, but this has got to be the worst set of nails Ive ever gotten. I requested french tips using dip powder and temperature changing polish for my toes. I got them done at ANOTHER salon before this trip and they came out so well.Well, when I went to this salon, I was under the impression they would do a similar job. I arrived at 6:30. They close at 7:30. They had me sitting getting my toes and nails done at the same time. That had never happened before and to be honest it felt amazing. I felt like I had a glam team.Moving on...... as my french tips were getting done, the nail guy had me crossing my right arm to the left side of my body. He was doing that set at an angle. Im assuming he knows how to do a straight set of french nails at an angle. He didnt. He was rushing and over filed the sides of my nails. I understand it as common courtesy to start closing shop AFTER the customers leave. These people were closing while I was there... during business hours! The people who were checking me out, had their bags and stuff ready to go. I never felt more rushed to leave a place.After I paid, I got in my car and realized my nails were bumpy, uneven, and slanted. The WORST set of nails Ive ever gotten. I will NEVER be going back to this salon again. A waste of time and money. You can see from the pictures, they are uneven. My thumb has an extra white dust of powder underneath the french line....

Been going to nails lounge for years. Angie is the best. She’s so nice, always gets me what I want, when I show her a picture she replicates it with ease. They have fair prices, the drinks are good, and the service is great every time I go. It’s worth it if you go!

I came in because I broke a nail and needed manicure and pedicure. I asked if there was enough time to do both, but they obviously didnt understand request and only had time for pedicure. Then when they were closing asked if I wanted to become a member? Please listen to your customers and stop making excuses. I wont back.

I sent my son and daughter there (grown children) and both came out so disappointed. They paid for the more expensive pedicures, did not even get their heels shaved nor the cuticles on their toes taken care of and were in and out in 20 minutes and they said that they were expensive. Do not at all recommend this place. They were busy and just wanted as many customers as they could squeeze in.

I went here to get my nails done, pedicure, leg wax, and face wax. They upcharged me on my pedicure. Only used two coats of polish. Its been less than a week and all my nails are already chipping. My eyebrows were butchered too. I spent a 180.00 for the pleasure of having them mess everything up. Never go here!!!

They didnt put the primer on my daughters nails and they fell off the next day.

I went in for a full set. While my nails look good I somehow walked out paying over 60$ for a full set. I asked for acrylic.... I will probably not go back because of the price.

I have been there three times for a pedi, a full set and a fill. The guy that did my pedi was super nice and did a great job. The next two times I went Kim did my nails. The first time was pretty good but the second time was a different story. The shape of my nails on two fingers are completely messed up, I think she was just trying to get me out of the chair. She pushed my cuticles back extremely hard and was digging her finger nails into my skin really deep. I won’t be going back there.

Ask for Jason or Charlie and get the best foot & leg massage! I make an appointment but there never seems to be a line of people waiting so I think its relatively easy to walk in and see someone quickly.

Not one for negativity but that was the worst set I ever got. He rushed doing my nails and messed up the shape I wanted. I was so excited to get my nails done bc I finally had money for it and I felt as if it went to waist. Even almost asked him to stop in the middle of him doing my nails but I wanted to give him a chance and see the end product. Wasn’t what I was expecting

This place was horrible and my nail that I got fixed doesn’t even look like the others. I obviously know that it wasn’t going to look the exact same, but if you’re going to use something “not exact”/ “similar” at least make sure the shape is decent. The shape looks NOTHING like the other ones.

Its my birthday today and I went here early to get my nails done before i start my day. My nails came out good just a basic French tip. The man who did my nails (skinny tall man/glasses) however was so rude to me. Did not offer me a drink when I look forward to my wine.. was so aggressive with me. Just kept criticizing my hands and nails making me feel so insecure as hes talking so loud. I left the salon so upset. Would highly not recommend getting them done by him. Ask for one of the girls.

Ive had my nails done here twice a month for several months now. Ive had several technicians but Tiffany is my favorite. Everyone has been personable, friendly and the service is great!👉They also serve margaritas that are really good...mmm!❤

The last time I came the technician put on gel polish and I did not know the price till I had to pay. This time I had to pay $5 to have the gel removed! Very disappointed being tricked by male Tech to make more money. The tech this time was understanding . May not return and have been a long time customer.

I went to get my nails done with Billy. I was recommended by a friend and he did an amazing job on her and not so good on me. I went back the next day to get my nails fixed and filled down and he began on my pinky and immediately CUT ME! he didnt even apologize or try to stop the bleeding he simply continued!

I was referred to this salon by a woman after I complimented her shellac manicure. I was surprised on how big the shop was. They had a seperate room for pedicures and I was immediately greeted, seated, and started on shortly after arriving. I had a very good experience. The only small complaint I have is the basic pedicure service was a bit too much for me ($28) plus the cost of additional gel finish. But the quality and gel pedicure I received was worth it in the end.

I love how they do nails. Ive been going here for years. Ive had a few hiccups every once in a blue moon but nothing terrible. If i didnt like something they did there always quick to correct the nail. I know most of there technicians and there very nice and they are very clean.

I adore this place. I always have a great experience and love my nails, regardless of who does them. Very talented staff with a huge variety of nail options. I love the complimentary wine, too. Its a great way to relax!

I remember now why I stopped going here. I just got my daughters nails done here and it was terrible. It was a lumpy mess and everyone there knew it. It was supposed to be the dipping power color. I could have done a better job myself. I am so displeased with this service. I wish I didnt have to give a star at all.

Im really not happy how the manager handle me tell her I wasnt happy with my nails breaking in 2 weeks. I paid too much money. I have went to other nail and that hasnt happen. She did offer to fix but I have gave them too many chance and its the same outcome. Worst of all the manager hung up in my face . That really pisses me off.

I went here for the first time this weekend with my 6 yr old daughter. They did a great job at making her feel like a big girl! They took the time to paint her finger and toe nails, add a design! She accidentally touched a nail before it was dry, and they happily fixed it. We will definitely be repeat customers! The facility was very clean, and quiet. They serve complementary drinks with all services provided. It was a great atmosphere!

Worst place ever to get your nails done. This is my first time there and it was my birthday. I got a manicure and all I wanted was a basic manicure and she kept pushing the shellac down my throat at least four or five times and I kept telling her no thank you at least 5 times. I felt like I was in my kindergarten class with my kids. She did a horrible job, she got nail polish all over my skin didn’t even clean it up properly. I had to go home and clean it up myself with acetone. She filed my nails too short when I had grown them nice and long. She kept rushing me and didn’t even offer me a drink when I saw several other people with soda and wine. I didn’t pay to come in to be hasseled for more expensive services and to be rushed. I have had manicures several times before and I have never felt so rushed she had me in and out in like 10-15 minutes. Her name is Hannah so I would definitely stay away from her but honestly I would definitely go somewhere else because the front office staff is just as rude and didn’t even greet me when I walked in. I went to pick out my nail polish and I didn’t even have time to pick out my polish because Hannah was rushing me to go back and get my nails done quick quick quick . Awful!!

If youre looking for someone to work on your diabetic feet, Kim is amazing! She always does excellent work for me; whether just a plain pedicure, a pedicool pedicure, gel nails and/or design work. She is always pleasant and cheerful.She is also the ONLY pedicurist that I will allow to work on my diabetic dads feet.

But I have tried this place for months, as soon as you walk in the door you are not told hello it’s a “Cattle herding” it’s pick your polish than over a speaker the man says something and from than on!! I just received a pedicure today and my technician was awesome! He was very meticulous and caring. When I paid at the front desk, the female attendant was very rude and unprofessional. She didnt say thank you and she just wanted to rush me out the door. Although I would give the technician 5 stars, the lack of customer service from the front desk attendant is what the 1 star rating reflects. As a result, I wont be back.

I love the job they do but they are so quick to get you in and out. I needed to get a nail fixed and then all of them painted. It was Thursday or Friday before Valentines day so I wanted designs too. She didnt ask and was rushing so I didnt get a chance to tell her

This is my go to for pedicures. The facility is clean. Tubs are lined with plastic liners, new for every cusomer. They serve complimentary drinks, alcohol as well as non. Some technicians are better than others. But I have found this in every city I have lived.I have never had wax done here so I can not offer any review. Nor have I done any fingernail treatment.I did have a massage here once and I will stick to just pedicures. I was not at all impressed with the massage.

Customer service was excellent, they fixed someone else’s doing and I am beyond I love with my nails the shape color everything!

The Spa is not relaxing at all like it tries to portray through pictures. This place is actually very dirty and noisy. Staff is rude, keeps pushing for more services when I made it very clear that I wanted basic pedicure only, then gets mad. While drying my nails, I saw a dead cricket and told staff but didnt do anything about it. This place LOOKS NICE in the pictures BUT is DIRTY AND SLOPPY. I feel the price is high for quality of service rendered. I would never go back.

Don’t go here. i received a filling on my acrylic nails and the acrylic was lumpy and one of my nails broke 3 days after getting my fill. i received a fill from there again and the next day one of my nails broke. do not waste your money here

To start off, I paid $70 for a detox pedicure. I was told it was the best pedicure they offered. The tech was finished with my pedicure before my friend was done with her basic pedicure with nothing included. Moving on to my $55 shellac manicure. First I told the tech I only wanted a polish change, he insisted the manicure would make the shellac last longer. 3 days later, I have terribly chipped nails. Long story short, if you want to waste $120 then this is the game place for you.

I had been going the last few years. I feel like the place has gone downhill and it’s a hit or miss at this point. I got my nails done by a woman named Vivian a few weeks ago. She did great. It’s solar nails with pink and white powder. I was apprehensive, but I went anyway. I went back yesterday for a filling and it was awful. The nail tech (this was not Vivian) was on her phone on and off showing th nail tech next to her photos of something. She wasn’t paying attention to my nails and she cut close to my cuticles more than once and made me bleed. Honestly, it was awful and I just wanted to get up and walk away midway with unfinished nails. I told her she needs to slow down with the grinder or whatever it is. My nails look horrible. I just wanted to get it over with. I paid for the filling and left. I’m not trying to get a freebie. I just want nails done with detail, not this trash.

They do a decent job, but they honestly overcharge for the service. I got a pretty plain acrylic set (nothing fancy) they were shaped poorly and it was more than 40$.. which I feel is ridiculously overpriced for the quality and compared to other salons.

Paid 55 dollars for a pedi that said you would get a 23 minute massage. I did not get a massage at all...unless they are including the chair massage. As I watched the technician giving the guest next to me what appeared to be the best massage ever! I was thinking wow she just got the citrus pedicure surely I will get a massage like her...was I fooled. The polish was old and started to clump as I left. Went back to have them repainted the same day and had to wait well over 20 minutes just to have someone fix the mistake. I was talked into getting a basic manicure and she did not paint my nails she buffed them and still charged me an extra 5 dollars to buff. One would think that if you dont get your nails painted and choose to buff they wouldnt charge you an extra 5 dollars to buff. Needless to say, I have spent nearly 1,000 dollars at this place in over the past year and it truly is hit or miss who does a good job. I spent 82 dollars this day and still tipped the technician 16 dollars. I believe in tipping for a service but I also believe in getting what you pay for and today, I did not.

Went in yesterday for a Deluxe pedicure. Worst one Ive ever gotten! Alex sped through my pedicure and when I left my heels felt rough from a fast filing job; the exfoliation scrub was nonexistent; my skin around nails was poorly trimmed; my nails were clipped crookedly; and my polish was not applied to just my nails, but all across my toes as well. Not worth $40 I ended up paying for sure!

Thai is an awesome nail tech. He really takes the time to make sure his work is at a level that makes the client happy. He takes pride in his work. The owners are quite attentive to each patron as they walk in. I love that they ask if I want my mani and pedi at the same time or not. This allows me to save time when I am in a hurry, but also gives me an opportunity to rest when I have some time to enjoy my pedicure. Comfy pedi chairs and drinks make this place complete!

The VIP services are awesome and their new spa services stand out by themselves, I love the foot reflexology massage, its so relaxing, I couldnt avoid to fall asleep!I cannot imagine a better place to go and get treat like a queen, and the atmosphere cannot be better, no tv, no noise, just go and relax!Love it!

Gave them 5 stars, perfect experience. Hey Im a guy and this was only my 3rd Pedi that I got while with my wife. But the atmosphere and the experience was far above the other two.Had over a dozen Pedi stations and loved the way they were separate from the nail area.

Very disappointing. I asked for French manicure and all Tommy did was paint the white tips and put on a top coat. His massage was rough and he wasn’t friendly. Not going back.

Do not get a massage here. I went for my birthday and not only did they use St. Ives/ supermarket products on me, they timed the massage on an iPhone and I could hear them getting text messages the whole time.Cramped, freezing room with mitch-match house blankets to cover you. There is no where for you to put your clothes once you take them off, I had to shove mine in my purse and put my purse on the floor. I was sore, itchy, oily and sad I wasted my birthday splurge when I left. Also I got a pedicure for the first time here and I got a fungus that I can only trace back to here shortly after.

Ive been getting my nails done for many years this is by far the worst ive been to. my full set of acrilyc nails took literally 20 minutes to do all the nails were crooked she didnt file any down i told her over and over which nails didnt look right & all workers argued with me saying my nail is crooked not the acrilyc she put on!!! plus it was $40!! never again!!!

My daughters nails look nice, but while she was there, one of the girls there was flirting with her father and asked for his number, knowing hes married.

Betty did a fantastic job on my nails and toes and I hope I can go back again!
