Walked in and had a little bit of a wait but was by far the best wait ever. They offered me a refreshment with their variety refreshment list. Staff was friendly and attentive. Needless to say I went in wanting almond shaped nails but in the process of shaping I fell in love with coffin instead. 😍 my tech was amazing! I will be going back!

The girls at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed like I was taking up there time. I went in asking for a pedicure and manicure and was asked what I wanted in manicure. Told her I didn’t know I hadn’t gotten my nails done in years. She proceeded to tell me names of things they provide but I again told her I’m unsure I don’t know what those are. She said just think about it and get your pedicure done. Like come on,… if I don’t know what they are when your telling me how will I know later? She didn’t even explain what they were or the pros and cons. Nothing.My pedicure lady, had a hard time doing French tip. She basically painted my entire nail white and became rude when I kept telling her it needed to be thinner. If I wanted my toes completely white I would of asked for it.Needless to say I didn’t get my manicure done here. Went to pay and again the front desk girl had the same attitude. Won’t be coming back her. It’s unfortunate because this place is gorgeous on the inside. To bad what they deceived is Dollar Store quality.

My wife and I have visited this location at least 5 times and each time it has been a treat.- The front desk is always attentive and friendly.- Ive never been disappointed with the pedicures Ive received- They always ask if the water is too hot/too cold in the foot bath and are careful not to damage nails when clipping them.- I would definitely recommend this location to guys and gals looking to get pampered!

Beautiful, friendly, clean place! Sunny and Lisa have done pedicures for me and both did great. Kelly does a dip manicure for me with absolute perfection. She also can do nail art. This is my new go to place. I’ve been to several in the area and this place is definitely the best!

My first pedi here was amazing. I went off other reviews and asked for Sue. She was super gentle and so sweet! Im glad i found this place (and Sue!) To get my first pedicure after 8 months! I love the vibes of this place, especially since they keep things clean and go by COVID-19 guidelines 🙌 Ill definitely be back!

My pedicures and wax services have always been good.The staff is friendly and the owners seems like very nice people.I’m not giving this location five stars because the nail tech charged me for a full set acrylic nails when my real nails and dip were used.On top of that he also didn’t do any cuticle work. I was VERY displeased with the “nail art” that was done and my manicure in general.

I tried this place for the first time!!! I loved my experience so much! I showed a picture of what I wanted and they did so good!! After working a 8 hour shift I went here in the hopes that I could get a nice mani/pedi. I also wanted my my eyebrows and chin wax. The place is big and clean and really nice. They even have a drink menu with a variety of alcoholic beverages also on the menu is hot tea, coffee sodas. While I was getting my pedi someone started my pedicure. Needless to say it was NOT RELAXING- she went super FAST, barely gave me a massage at the end pulled my arm across my body instead walking to the other side. I sat twisted in the chair. After, the mani I was still trying to RELAX she then came out with a tray for waxing and smeared wax all over my chin while I was still sitting in the pedi chair. I explain to her that it was uncomfortable she continue moving super fast and then smeared wax in my hair. It was THE WORST MANI/PEDI I have ever received.Please SLOW down and let your customers Relax! Don’t do 3 different services pulling and twisted your customer just so you can get to the next. If you don’t have time to do a good job then tell them!!!!

I walked in with some horrible nails from another salon. I know I needed a new set bit just did not have time. Dee took his time and filled my nails and shaped them perfect. I did not think those things could be transformed. I will definitely be going back for a new set! Anytime I have ever walked in with bad nails at a salon. You walk out with a patch up job! Not this time! Excited I think I found a new home!!!

I went in to get a powder dip nail. I got Mimi who was awesome! She took extra time to remove my last set and paid close attention to my cuticles, which I really loved. Mine always look terrible which makes my nails kinda look sloppy (at least to me) She spent the right amount of time on my nails & made sure they were the right shape 😊 It was too early in the day for me, but they also serve complimentary drinks! How great at the end of the day would that be to get ur nails done AND have a cocktail before heading home🍸

On my first visit to this salon I was not happy with the dip I received and wrote a review about it. One of the owners, Kelly, responded immediately, offering to repair or redo my nails. Due to the holidays it took a few days for me to go back, but Kelly really took care of me. She redid the dip and did an outstanding job. This is a family owned salon and they obviously work very hard to offer a good experience and quality product to their clients. Kelly’s mom, Lily, was also great, and her dad was constantly busy, cleaning, grabbing hot towels, and even making drinks. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and I highly recommend it.Thank you again, Kelly, for responding to my review and providing such excellent customer service.

I live in Dallas. When I visit my daughter we get pedicures. They remember me.

The first time I went I got a full set for graduation and had a great experience. This last time I visited however was the opposite. The woman who did my pedicure was rude and snatched the items from my lap (I was getting a soak off) and told me to pick the color I was looking for. I also got a full set and the woman who did was rude also. The design and shape is horrible. To drive 30 minutes and recieve service like this is very disappointing and a waste of time and money, especially paying $121 for the services.

We’re new customers and have had nothing but the best experience and their prices are super competitive and don’t charge for every little thing like most of the nail salons in the area! We will gladly be repeat customers!!!

PETER was absolutely wonderful ‼️ we took our daughter for her 23rd bday and I sat next to her and he did an amazing job for her. PETER did everything that it said for the $70 pedicure. The lady I had skipped some steps and didnt even massage the back of my calves. I pd $70 to get 25 minute pedi with HA the tech, not very happy with my pedi but so booking with PETER next time. HA the tech is good with fingernails tho. I totally recommend this place tho, owner was very helpful and kind, and sweet.

Made an appointment for noon. Showed up at 11:50 and they sat me down and had me soak my nails for 40 minutes without being helped or acknowledged again . Sue gives an excellent pedicure! Shes gentle and listens to her clients needs. Im so impressed with the amount of time she spends and her attention to details. This was my second visit and I feel very comfortable with the cleanliness and professional service here.

Came in on Saturday for pedicures, not too busy, was placed in chair, provided drink. Other folks came in AFTER us..was serviced! We got a towel, dried our feet and bounced. They will NEVER see us in there again.If you have hours to sit in a chair, have your water get cold and get overlooked—then this is your place.My time is too precious.

This was my first time going to KDL and I am veryyyyyy particular about my nails and especially their shaping... but they writhed out amazing. Dee did very good job and was super gentle! I didn’t have to tell him anything. He did exactly what I asked for. Also this shop has pretty much every color (dip, gel, shellac, etc) you could imagine. Usually I go to the nail shop with a color in mind, but when I got here I was just sooooo in awe of all the different ones they had 😍 This place is extremely clean like the floor was sparkling! This nail salon was beautiful and clean; however, I was not only disappointed, I was disgusted with the nail technician who worked on my nails. While he did an average job, one of his hands had extremely long nails while his other hands nails were not the cleanest.Ive never had a nail technician with unreasonably long nails - its unacceptable. I regret not refusing services and speaking to management.

KDL is new, clean, and provides plenty of space. The staff were quick and courteous from check-in, the service, and check-out. A nice bonus was not once did anyone try to upsell me on my service. I appreciate that greatly.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon to get a pedicure, by Saturday the nail polish was already peeling off. Sent them an email to let them know about my experience and never even heard back! Sad really and poor customer service! Wont be coming back and wont be recommending this salon to anybody!
