I have been needing this pampering for so long. After months of being on my feet and taking care of others, it feels amazing to have something as simple as my legs rubbed. And my spa professional is not rushing. I love it!!

I have visited twice already and both times received great service. Their pedicures are AMAZING!!! They are genuinely kind and accommodating. They make sure you are comfortable while you are waiting and during treatments.

This was my first time and I enjoyed everything and my pedicure from Ms Abby until a different technician did my manicure. I always get regular polish and this female technician, possibly the manager, had the paraffin wax too hot for my hand and she did a sloppy job with the polish. It was streaky and uneven. I notice some of these comments from the salon says “tell us and we can fix it at the same time”. I told her I was not satisfied and she said it was because she hadn’t put the top coat and that it looks like that because I didn’t get the shellac on my nails. I have gotten beautiful manicures without the shellac. Needless to say I still had to pay full price for sloppy nails that were apparently my fault for not getting shellac nails. Again I loved Ms Abby as she was wonderful and sweet and did a great pedicure.

Received a great pedicure! I’ve always had Tina and she has magic hands. She gives a great pedicure with the wax that is so relaxing!!

I love Tina. She does it right and I can really relax with her and get the full benefit of what I came here for- relaxation and beauty. She really hooks up the Pedicures and waxing. Ask for my girl and tip her well yall. She works hard.

I just moved into the area and have been seeing Emily for my nail needs! She’s so kind and efficient and gets alllll my cuticles. Vincent has also helped me out and he’s so sweet and nice to work with! The salon is very clean, super cute, and relaxing to be in! Highly recommend!

I have been to Jades many times in the past. I moved out of the area several years ago. I was in the area for a few days and wanted a set of nails. Where else would I go? Jades! Unfortunately, Jades is under new management. The people are friendly enough, but the atmosphere is not the same. My full set cost $65! $65 for a set of acrylic nails?! Never ever! Then, the nails are thick, unsightly, and need a fill already! Its been three days since I had them applied! I asked for white tips and pink sand. I was given neither. I was given natural tips, flesh sand and the tech used white color for the white tip. I am disappointed. I knew Jade personally and she would be disappointed at the quality of work being turned out in her once amazing shop. I am too.

Tina did such a WONDERFUL job on my pedicure! I literally fell asleep in the chair!!!! This is my third time coming to Jades Nails for service and I will continue to be a loyal customer. The staff is professional and so friendly!

Great atmosphere! Abby is wonderful! I hate getting my feet done because Im ticklish and my feet are sensitive. But she was gentle and did an excellent job! She did a perfect job on my eyebrows. I also got a manicure on my natural nails that was done by a gentleman there. That part was a waste of money. He had a terrible attitude, he hurt my fingers with the file. Didnt touch my cuticles except to file them, which is what hurt. Then trimmed my nails and painted them. Did not shape or smooth them. They were uneven and jagged. I went to get pampered, and was up to that point.

My pedi looks like a 5 year old did it. There is nail polish all over my skin. My leg has a raw spot from where they rubbed it to long. I also got a mani. I was switched to two different people and was rushed. My nails are thick and rough, the polish isnt covering my whole nail. The sides arent colored they didnt file them at all so the edges are way to sharp i asked them to cut them shorter but i giess he didnt hear me due to him being on a phone call on his personal phone. One of my nails has a bubble on it. I will never come back. I had heard such good things about this place i am highly disappointed.

I went here this past weekend, and I am very disappointed with my nails. My pedicure was good, but my manicure looks terrible. They were very short staffed. Instead of turning people away, they just rushed on the people that were in there, and kept letting people in. The technician did not even do a cuticle trim on me. So now, my manicure looks terrible. It was very rushed. I didn’t get a full manicure, but I was surely charged for one. I will not be back.

This business is amazing. I personally see Abby and she’s so amazing. She pays so much attention to detail and we talk and laugh the entire time! I recommend this business to everyone I know.

I came here about 3 weeks ago and had the best service so I came back and I am very disappointed. My nails look awful and I dont feel like staying longer to have them fixed since Ive already spent 3 hours here today. Will not return to this place. Helen was rude and seemed rushed. The shellac color wasnt smooth it was bubbled and my nails werent shaped properly some were squared and others rounded however the pedicure I received by a different woman was excellent.

Just got a pedicure done by 𝔸𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕝 and I’m a super ℍ𝔸ℙℙ𝕐 customer... her massages are 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘽𝙀𝙎𝙏 and she’s always smiling ‼️𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙚 did my nails... got a dip and he was extremely professional and always made sure I was happy with everything being done.𝒜𝑀𝒜𝒵𝐼𝒩𝒢 customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back 🙌🏼

I’ve been going to this salon for all of my nail and eyebrow needs for almost two years! They are clean, professional, friendly, accommodating, honest, and fair. So many talented artists. Tracy, Lee and Vincent..just to name a few. They also offer a military discount. No reason to look elsewhere. Definitely worth a try!

I didn’t select the in time because they took me as a walk in! I did not have to wait. Shaun did excellent on my full set. Emily did my pedicure and it was well worth every penny. I need to come in every week for the pedicure because the massage was phenomenal!!!! Will definitely come again! Awesome service.

So I have very sensitive skin and asked for organic scrubs on pedicure. I noticed they started with an essential oil in the foot bath I assumed it must be the organic type. It was not, as they continued, she sprayed other items to scrub my feet. After a while I felt my feet tingling more. As we left the place my wife says she noticed my feet getting red. Sure enough I write this review instead of sleeping due to the discomfort of the newly formed blisters on my feet. Seems like a good place for the average need but if you have sensitive skin like I do, best to go to a place that knows what theyre doing, and let know where that is as I am looking for new go to place myself.

Too many issues to address. Seriously ruined my nails. It was my second visit with newer owners. First time very pleased with young man. Second time, beyond bad. By far worst experience in 25 years. I really feel the man doing my nails may not have been sober. Do not recommend at all unless you have an appointment with Brian or the young man. I will not return because I should not have been charged. The owner seemed to know it was poor quality but charged me anyway for a service I didn’t get and frankly I left with severely damaged nails. My nail bed was filed down to point of pain. Integrity is everything. Some times things go wrong and I get it, but make it right. Own it, don’t deflect. Jade’s Nail lost an opportunity for a committed customer that tips generously and gained an honest review.

All good here, never seen so many men getting services done at a nail salon before. My friend said she got a fungus on her dip nail from this place. I got a pedicure and it was great.

I was very disappointed today. My daughter and I went to have manicures and pedicures....along with a brow wax for me. We started fine with our feet in the spas getting ready for our pedicures. As my feet were being worked on I noticed that she did not use the normal tool on my feet to remove the dry skin (cheese grater). This is my favorite because it gets so much of the dry skin off. I asked her about it and she said my feet did not need it...that I could just add lotion to the cracks and it would be fine. I said okay thinking...okay, it has been humid and maybe I really didnt need it. Then I noticed that the man that was working on my daughters feet was just about done and starting on her manicure. He went from her feet and immediately started painting her fingernails. I asked my lady why he didnt file them or use the cuticle tool. The lady working on me then spoke to the man in a different language and he then RIGHT AWAY started taking off the polish he had just put on her fingernails and filing those nails. He did not do anything with the cuticles though......and did not remove the polish from the other hand but did use the file over a couple of the tops of the painted nails. As if this wasnt bad enough....I asked the girl if that was how the kid manicure worked...and she said that with kids there isnt enough nail to file. She then went on to say that if you file and do the cuticles that it makes it harder for when they get older. I had no idea what she was talking about and it seemed apparent that she was trying to cover for her fellow worker. It made me feel uncomfortable so I did not say anything else. As I looked at my daughters nails when they were done....they looked okay, but I noticed on one of her nails the cuticle was about 1/4 up her fingernail....very obvious that they had not been worked on. I let it go b/c of what she told me about kids being too young and not doing that service. So at the end of my nail service I got my brow wax. It took all of 2 minutes...literally 2 minutes and they looked waxed and better than they did. However, I have been here before when the person shapes them, plucks some hairs, and even brings out tiny scissors to make sure they are lined up and looking good. This did not happen. I felt like the workers were just waiting for 7pm so they could get off work. It was about 6:40 when were were completely done and we were some of their last customers there. I also noticed that the same man that did my daughters nails had a cigarette in between his index and middle finger walking around in the salon. I dont care that he smokes but this looked very unprofessional and made me even more irritated. When I came home and expressed my frustration to my husband, he called up to the salon and the person he spoke to was very apologetic. I spoke with her too and went over everything I experienced. The owner ended up calling my husband and was very professional and apologetic. She told us to go back for a redo at no cost which seemed fair enough, but honestly...this has become awkward and I will not ever go back. Despite my long review, I am not a complainer but I felt very taken advantage of.....I hope her workers take this complaint seriously. I spent $87 at the salon today and feel cheated. I have been to this salon several times before with great service, but there are too many salons near where I live to have to go through this again.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to in San Antonio. I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are friendly, the place is newly updated and extremely clean. They use a new set of tools for each persons nails and they actually listen to what you want and do it well. I will not go anywhere else. I had Tom and the woman next to me had the main woman and they were both fantastic.

I am giving this place a couple of stars because the staff has always been so kind. Including the previous owners. But i recently went in for a brow wax, and it was probably the worst ive had. The employee was SO distracted that she burned my brow with wax that was too hot. If that werent enough they also spilled wax on my hair after they had already spilled some on my chin. I left with a bleeding brow and wax in my hair.

Great experience. Walk-in on a Sunday and were able to get right in. Gentle touch, soothing massage, was offered drinks. Excellent polish and design done. Military discounts offered too. Very friendly staff!

Ive tried all the other shops here and this is the best shop in Schertz!! Eh, old or new management they still aren’t very customer service friendly. Everytime I go I’m never offered a drink, (maybe one time I was ) and I always feel like they rush my service and it’s looks sloppy. I gave it a chance after chance over span of the year and no improvement on my end. Won’t be going back there on my worst days.

Every time I come to Jade’s Nails, I am SO relieved to see Lee for my nails. She always does a great job! Perfect shape, no bubbles, and lasts a long time. I highly recommend this great nail salon to all friends!

Made an appointment 4 hours in advance to arrange my schedule around a newborn baby. They suggested we come at 3:30pm, so we agreed. When we arrived they said it would be a long wait, but we told them we had an appointment. They unapologetically said they took walk ins and couldn’t honor the appointment time they offered earlier in the day. It’s perfectly acceptable for a salon to not take appointments, but it’s very poor customer service to take appointments and not honor them. They have lost a loyal family of customers of more than a decade. Keep in mind an “appointment” has no meaning at Jade Nails.

Ive struggled with finding a good nail salon since I moved here about a year ago. I often feel rushed and pressured into upsales. However, Jades nails surpassed my expectations for professionalism, cleanliness, and service. Brian-the co-owner did a great manicure and Alex had me EXTRA satisfied and relaxed with the deep purple lavender pedicure and lower leg wax. No pressure to add services. Very attentive service. No rushing. I will be making this my regular nail salon.

Dropped in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I had to wait quite a while, but they put my feet in to soak, and the pedicure chairs have a wonderful roller massager built in which is almost worth the price of the pedicure. If you are in a hurry, pick another time for a full pedicure. They arent slow, but they do a good job, and that takes a while. Ive paid for a full pedicure at other salons and not had much attention paid to my feet other than the nails. Here they will change your nail color for a small fee, but if you pay for a full pedicure, you get a full pedicure: soak, exfoliation, trimming and filing of the entire foot, moisturizer on feet and lower legs, regular massage and hot stone massage. She even used paraffin for no charge when she saw that I needed it. In addition to nail polish, of course! The eyebrow wax was quick and perfect, so I also had my lip done. Ill be back.

Jades Nails & Spa is an excellent place to get manicures and pedicures done for a reasonable price. Their customer service is excellent and they do quality work on the different styles (French tip, gel-nail, shellac, etc...). I love their massage chairs they offer complementary beverages during your service, like water, wine or mimosas. They have 10 pedicure chairs, which offers more than enough seating for larger parties looking to have a girls day.

I went here to get a fill done for regular acrylic nails. While they did a good job on the nail and design itself, they charged me 50 for a fill. Now usually a fill for acrylic is 20 dollars. They began to tell me that i had shellac, and I didn’t ask for shellac, i asked for a regular fill and regular acrylic dipping powder. I feel like i got scammed because of how much my “fill” was. I just think it was too much money for a regular fill. The prices have gone up really bad. And everything is too overpriced. I will not be coming here again.

I’m not from the area but I will be traveling here for the pedicures. The service was fantastic and the guys are very friendly. Highly recommend visiting!
