They were packed but Joseph still took the time to give me what I asked for and was extremely pleasant to be around. I also got my eyebrows waxed. He did a great job at listening to what I wanted. Would definitely be going back. I did get my feet done by woman and she too was amazing and gave me the same experience that Joseph did. Very professional.

I was seen immediately and had a pedicure and manicure (gel polish for both. This is color 115. I did a matte top coat for my manicure)Really sweet people. I was treated with care and the gentleman doing my services was very gentle. My calves, feet, and hands all had a little massage and I felt like a million bucks when I left.

I was referred to Legacy Nail Spa by a friend and I really enjoyed my overall experience. The staff was very professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the establishment. My wait time was only about 10 to 15 mins. Amy took care of my pedicure and manicure needs plus she did my eyebrows. Thank you Amy for the great experience!

Honestly, I went here a couple of times and the first time was very good, after that it became really poor service and quality. I felt as though they were in a rush, and did not care about the service. Do not go here, save yourself the money. Go somewhere else !!!!

I went Sat. 9/25/21 & requested a mani-pedi. During pedi asked what kind of manicure do you want? QUOTE AND VERY GOOD NORMAL ENGLISH! I said wanted to try dip. Went thru all steps, got dip, washed hands, came back for manicure & was told, no $50 only for dip polish, no manicure!! WHAT!? okay, paid $95 mani/pedi/tip & left. I DID ENJOY the pedicure & nails look great but was later told I shouldve received a manicure with the dip & at bare minimum shouldve been at least offered a manicure for an extra charge! ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE HAND SO NO SURPRISES! Thanks for good pedicure, pretty nails, & help but shouldve explained the manicure I asked for was NOT really a manicure!

It was a little congested. We did not have to wait long the started on both of us within 5 minutes of arrival. My daughter and I got our nails done. My daughter had a pictures of what she wanted. Her nails came out looking just like the pictures. I got a new set of dip nails with a tip added. I love the polish. It has a glitter finish to it. Pretty good visit and excellent on the time.

Best experience ever. Though they were packed with customers, there were enough staff, they were super professional throughout a rude customer complaints. Plus I was totally satisfied that they took their time with my service and the price was not bad either.

I went in to legacy nail spa with no appointment & showed Lily a picture of the nails I wanted & she was very honest she said she could not do the exact design but she could do something similar. She was very helpful with helping me pick out colors and even adding colors to my design. She was very polite and professional. She did my nails, toes & eyebrows & I have 0 complaints. My nails turned out great! They look exactly like the picture. I will definitely return again & I am looking forward to Lily doing my nails again.

Decent pedicure, but I called the day before to find out the price ($30) for a basic pedicure and then was charged $45. Granted, I opted for gel polish, but how could that alone be worth an extra $15? I wouldnt even be all that upset it there was an actual foot massage thrown in for that price.

After one week of getting my nails done its time to get a fill-in already they ought to be ashamed of themselves because I dont wash dishes cuz I dont clean I only wash my hands and look at the way my nails are now

Called here and the person who answered the phone was super rude.he hung up on me three times.. I asked for his name and he refused to give it.. I was only going there because of Maria.. she is great. I have been there several times and this was the last time..some of the people there are very rude and nasty to people of darker skin and I would overlook because I love the way Maria does my nails, but unfortunately I will have to give my business to another establishment because it is getting out of hand.

This place is the absolute worst. I had to wait over an hour to get seated each time and they were always rude. I got SNS powder nails removed and they did not soak them prior to the removal, which I told them it hurt and they continued anyways. The powder nails were terrible quality and not professional at all. DO NOT USE THEM

Several clients with masks below their nose. Service was about what you’d expect. Straight ahead. My toe nail polish chipped kind of quickly. All said, I’d go back when it’s not so packed. It was very busy and closing time.

My pedicure was awesome my wax... Horrible she took and hour and 15 minutes on one leg that she did NOT finish, had glue all over me that she was having a hard time getting off, had me standing for the wax and laying in other awkward positions. And charged me $35 for the leg that she didnt even finish 😣

Anthony did a good job on removing my gel nails that had chipped terribly from another salon and did amazing on my new set, I didn’t get the girls name that did my eyebrows and my toes but she took her time and they turned out beautifully, they were all very nice and courteous I will definitely be going back

I came in this nail salon to get a manicure and a pedicure, after i was seated, i waited for about 15 minutes and nobody came to assist me. I was also seated in the back when all of the other African American customers where, all of the white customers were seated in the front (the receptionist tells you where to sit) i looked around and immediately noticed that white customers that came in the salon after me and was seated in the front were being serviced before me. Nobody came to my chair, nobody acknowledged me. This establishment is unprofessional and i will never be returning.

I went in to get a pedicure and acrylics. The pedicure was fine but the acrylics set was terrible. Super thick, the technician didnt even cover my whole nail with product even after I mentioned to him many times that I didnt like it. He didnt even bring the product back enough to the base of my nail so when I left the store it looked like they had been on for a week. Then they still charged me $60 for a wack set. Not happy at all. Will never go back. Two stars only for the pedicure which was $25 for the basic package.

Today was a great visit. My nail technician was great and fast. If I could have her every time I would have no complaints at all.

They upcharge every time I come for some bogus reason, though I get the exact same services. They will make you sit and wait for 45+ minutes instead of just asking you to come back at a later time. After having you wait for nearly and hour, then they tell you its $5 from last time, thinking you wont leave after youve waited that long. They do an okay job, but I dont appreciate the dishonesty and being taken advantage of. There are many better places in Savannah that are actually worth the additional money.

I frequently get my nails and pedicures done here. I was last there 3 weeks ago and called to see if they have time to take off my nails and get a manicure. The guy was rude and unprofessional and said he doesn’t know when they will have time. I asked if someone else would know and he said if anyone knows it’s him. This place is in business to do nails and provide other services. He lost my business.

My nails is not what I asked for and the person who did my nails “Peter” don’t know how to talk to people and has an attitude problem. Customer service is everything and I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I want so badly for this place to be great. Theyre nice but seriously inconsistent. First time I went, we had great pedis. Went back a second time and my pedicure didnt last a week, normally they last 3, and she rushed through the job. I usually take my mom and niece and their nails didnt last either. Pretty disappointed and wont be returning.

Amy is the BEST. My nails look amazing. And she was so sweet. I got SNS nails and the powder looked different in the jar than I thought it was going to and she did a test nail for me to make sure I liked it and said I could switch if I wanted to (it was exactly the color I had picked I’m just dumb). And she did my eyebrows too and they look great. I have said no to getting my eyebrows done every other time I have been to a salon but she was so nice I said yes and they look great! I will be back and will make an appointment with Amy from here on out. She is my go to already and I’ve only been to her once

Dnt wnt looks real mess up

Ive been service here about 5x. Each time Ive had an experience with a technician,that did understand what I wanted, polish was not correct,lumps in my powder color. I really do not like to be ugly with a person after service,especially when you cant understand them. Then when you ash to have another, they speak about you in their native language. Not worthy of the stars Ive given,only because one technician,is really nice,caring and great at her job.

The folks who work here are very talented, nice, and very fast. My gel pedicure and fill/manicure took less than 90 minutes.

I have visited this salon a handful of times, and my experience is always different. Of the handful of times I have been, I have only had one good experience. It takes a lot for me to write a review, as it is not personality to do so. But, after my experience today, I feel compelled to share what happened.Let me start by saying this salon is always dirty. There is dirt, dust and hair in every possible place. The nail technicians dust off the area with the same brushes they use on your skin and nails. I watched my technician pry off old nail polish off a bottle with nail clippers and was very ticked when the bottle broke. She seemed to indicate she wanted to continue to use the bottle further...broken glass and all.My nails were done extremely fast, which I do not object to speed, but I do object when it comes with an attitude. She seemed to mock the fact that I selected red, and complained how messy it was (I got red a month prior and a different tech made no mess and was perfectly pleasant). She took off my previous dip manicure with acrylic nails as a tool and I cannot describe that pain. I laughed it off to make the situation better, but it hurt. She asked me to put my hands in the fan to dry and a hair from their salon (not my head) got into two of the nails and ruined her (bad) work. She tried to fix it and it still just would not work. For no reason at all, she pawned me off on the girl beside her due to annoyance and her wanting to clean her nasty polish bottles and break glass. I felt so uncomfortable. I went to wash my hands and realized my manicure really was quite terrible. I have attached photos to prove what happened. This photo was taken as soon as I got in the car. I keep my nails short, but she did so much digging around the nail beds that she got down to the quick! So now I am at home with a wasted manicure and painful nail beds. I will not return to this salon, and I will encourage friends to do the same. So disappointed!!!

I Have come here about 3 times now. The 1st time was pretty good. A man whose name i never got did my nails, I was in-and-out in under an hour and I liked my nails. The 2nd time was amazing. Mainly because of the person who did my nails her name was Linda. She was very sweet, And she listened to what I wanted. She also did amazing job on my nails. The 3rd time I went which was todayThe technician name Lily did my nails, He was very condescending, She made me feel like touching me was a problem, by the way her face stayed scrunched up the whole time. See also rushed me out of the chair as soon as one of her regulars showed up. I didnt have time to gather my keys and phone before the lady was sitting down. And because of this Atuls not to tip her, I usually tip $10. But not this time, If I come back it will be to see Linda.

I dont like how my nails feel even though they look great lol I also would recommend this place to get the powder out and not re use the same container for everyone to dip their nails in. Very disappointed after my last visit. My milky white nails (dip) turned into buttercream yellow & splotchy two days after getting them done. I called back and they told me they use the same product on everyone and no one else has this problem. They told me Id have to pay to get them redone. The tech also had a very difficult time getting the shape I wanted, I left unhappy with the shape. I probably wont be going back. I had been twice before this time and was happy those times.

Went in to get a pedi and full ombre set but was denied service for my ombre by Peter. My pedi was done perfectly, but my ombre couldnt get done because he had better things to do. I wont be back there again and I use to love this place sm .

I’ve been going here for years.. the atmosphere is very nice as well as the staff... my nail tech Lily is the BEST!!! she’s very good at what she does and makes sure my nails are perfect and exactly the way I like them before I leave.. even fits me in on short notices at times with no rush on my nails and stills does an absolutely amazing job!! I love this place. I was looking for a relaxing and clean place for a pedicure and happened upon Legacy by way of a Google search. There are several other places nearby, but what sets Legacy apart is its spaciousness and chemical free smell. I visited two other places nearby and the chemical smell as soon as you walk-in was overwhelming and intolerable for me. I think the reason is because the other places while clean are relatively small and the nail stations are very close to the pedicure chairs, so the nail polish smells are really strong and evident. My technician name was Tina and she was fantastic. I highly recommend her and Legacy!

Visiting Savannah and needed my nails done. I found this place on Google. Read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Saturday morning, they were busy but adequately staffed. I was in and out with a SNS full set in one hour. It was clean, relatively quiet, and staff was friendly.

Legacy Nail spa in Savannah has always been my go to for Mani Pedis, I have been at home with my son for a few years and just started working again recently and decided I would do the dipping powder, it was completely new to me and Nick took care of me and did an amazing job!! I highly recommend the salon and Nick!!

Stumbled upon this shop out of the blue. My nails were terribly done prior to walking in. I was greeted instantly. My nail tech was amazing, took his time and made me feel really good. I won’t be going to anyone else but him from now on. The process was smooth and he didn’t rush at all. I would recommend anyone to this shop. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt that I should for this salon. My boyfriend lives in Savannah so while visiting him I decided to take a chance and get my nails done. I saw that this nail salon had great reviews so I decided to try it out. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and the nail tech was extremely nice to me and even offered my boyfriend a seat as well. She was very friendly and took time to make sure each nail was perfect. I get SNS (dip powder) quite often and at other salons I feel rushed and the powder is usually thick and uneven. My nails look the best they’ve ever looked after going to this nail salon. She even took the time to cut my cuticles and clean up my nails. Definitely will be returning. It was a very relaxing experience.

I got a dip and when I looked at it when she was finished theres a lump meaning that she did not lay it flat. Its like I can literally just pluck the powdered nails off. I like my nails square but these are pointy on the sides so I have to file them down. Its like a rush job. I would never go back to them. For the first time going to them I have not had a pleasant experience.

I would give this place a negative 10 stars if I could. The lady who either owns this place or manages it is a complete joke. She was so incredibly rude to me after I have been a customer for over 5 years and have a daughter that has been going there as well. I was sitting next to a lady that had a really pretty color on her nails so I asked the lady what color it was she was so rude by telling me I dont have time for you right now and turned around and shook her head at me And then began talking to her coworkers in of course a different language but the fact that they all turned around and stared over at me for asking a simple question. Joe does my nails & eyebrows and he’s the best ! The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting, and the service is always excellent. I usually make an appointment but the times I have walked in the wait was never too long. I definitely recommend them.
