They are very sweet. There was no wait. There wasnt many people there. The technician was very gentle. I gave four stars because the nails could have been better but I believe she tried her best. I like them, but they could have been done a bit neater.

No wait and I was a walk in so that was nice. The nail tech was very nice as well. Definitely not worth the price of a dip powder manicure though. I had to clean up the edges when I got home and the shaping was a little inconsistent. They weren’t super busy but the nail tech seemed to be in a hurry so maybe I just didn’t catch them on their best day.

My first experience was great!! The environment and staff is so welcoming! I got a hot stone pedicure and it was AMAZING!!!! Ive been a lot of places in town and have never received service like this! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

The worst experience of my life getting my nails and toes done. I have been a customer here for 20 years and the last 2 times Ive gone the service has been very lacking. The nail technician that was was doing my nails was in such a rush she cut me not once but twice. She kept going like nothing happened and didnt even do a great job on painting my nails. I could have looked past this because I knew they were busy but it was the second time in a month Id been there and was given the rush job that was surely lacking. Dont waste your money here! Its too pricey for sloppy work!

I went for powder dip nails. I’ve been getting this type of service for years but decided to try this place out. They tried their best but it was low quality work. My nails were not properly done, were rough and bumpy, not completely covered with the powder. I won’t be returning

Arrived a little early, yet both (me a d a friend) were attended to swiftly. We both had Deluxe Pedicures and when they say its about 45 minutes, they mean its about 45 minutes. Hot Soak, aroma therapy bath, buff, callous removal, cuticles pushed back, hot towel services, leg message and boy was it great. Worth the $42, color is extra.

Crowded. Had to have nails repainted...the quality was disappointing. Anyone who gets their nails done know what I mean. They are just your average nail salon.

I have been here a couple of times over the past few months for pedicures - it has been a fantastic experience. They have always been able to get me in quickly and do a great job. I have gotten the deluxe pedicure, and their massages are lengthy and great. I totally appreciate the amount of time they spend on you, plus hot towels and hot stones. They also do a great job with cleanliness. They require you to wash your hands as soon as you come in, and they have individual packets for the lotion, scrub, etc that they use during your service. Im not sure if it was like this pre-covid, but I thoroughly appreciate it. Even the massage chair (because not all massage chairs are created equal) is awesome.

Very pleasing to the eye upon entrance. The host/hostess always greets you at the door. They offer you a beverage while you wait. Seems they work as a team and are very polite and accommodating. Its a lovely experience and worth the wait If you walk in without an appointment. They have all the up to date nail polishes, dips and gels. They are very detailed and efficient with their work.

This place is gorgeous and clean. I had an issue with my dip manicure not holding up and they addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It has a really relaxing atmosphere and the owner is super sweet and helpful. This is a really great location as well if you work or live downtown. They took their time with me to make sure it looked perfect. The salon was clean and used products I was familiar with. This was one of the best pedicures Ive had in a while. The wax smelled amazing!Then as we were finishing up and I told her that I brought flip flops, she was so great and grabbed a plastic bag to put my sneakers in so they wouldnt dirty my bag.Ill definitely go here again!!! ****

Technician ALWAYS does an amazing job on my nails! She is truly an artist thats all about quality. She shapes my nails beautifully every single time. Sooo happy with my experience at Golden Nails!I called a couple hours before and made an appointment for an acrylic fill. The ladies were all very fun and sweet. The appointment didnt take too long and the outcome was incredible.Will definitely be returning to get my nails done here again.

I feel like Ive been searching for Golden Nails all my life! First of all, its been a struggle for me to find a place that does actual acrylic nails in Savannah, Ive called multiple places and everywhere tried to sell me on gel extensions (no, thanks. I have big feelings about my nails and gel extensions arent for me) when I called Golden on a Thursday I heard the sweet music to my ears yes, we can do a fill for you, I was also lucky to get an appointment for a Friday evening so off I go! The place is cute and has a great vibe, kinda like youre walking into see friends, but professional. Parking was relatively easy for 6 pm but will also keep street parking in mind for my next appointment. Needless to say Im very satisfied with my nails and look forward to getting them done here again.

One of my favorite nail spots in Savannah. Ive NEVER had a bad experience here, and everyone I have encountered is great. I would suggest a little more pressure on the pedis, but thats about it. I always return for the cleanliness, thorough work, and kind staff.

The best nail salon in Savannah!! I have been going here for over 10 years. They are not the most fancy place, but their prices are good. What sets them apart from all other nail salons is the massages. They give the longest best massage. Just when you think they are done, they get out the hot stones and keep going (its all included in the pedicure price, unless you want to pay for more). Its awesome. I could paint my own toes, but I go here for the massages! They will even rub your shoulders while your nails are drying. Im a realtor specializing in the Landings, Savannahs premier golf community, and a busy mom. A good massage is priceless!! Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing time here! My bridesmaids took me here at the start of my bachelorette party. This was my first time getting a pedicure. They did my toes and hands at the same time! I really felt like they were treating me like a queen!I will 100% be back & refer my friends and family!!

First time to try this place and will be back. Their facility is clean, modern and relaxing and the staff was really nice. Didnt make you feel rushed. I just had a normal mani pedi and had them buff and shine my nails. Instead of throwing away the nail buffer/polisher they have it to me to take home. Very clean and peaceful nail spa. Excellent service. I would go there every weekend if I could!

Theres a reason Golden Nail has so many Best Nail Salon in Savannah awards on their wall! I went in for a pedicure tonight. The nail tech asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the deluxe pedicure, which she said includes the callus treatment. I gladly took her up on it, for an additional $10. What I didnt know was it also included a sugar scrub and hot stones! Needless to say, I am very impressed and will be returning!

I chose this nail salon over all others because I had heard such great things about it. Unfortunately it didnt live up to the hype, and Im pretty disappointed. I got a full set and the salon was pretty full, so I feel like the lady was rushing quite a bit. My nails arent the same length and the shape isnt consistent. She didnt do ANYTHING to my nails before filing them for the acrylic application-no cuticle push back, hang nail trim, nail clip, nothing! My only reason for 2 stars is that my nails feel much lighter than they normal do with acrylic. Wont be going back. Ps I got no massage!

I do not know how they got an award for best nails. They have only person that does acrylic nails and she seems to have no patience and doesnt listen to what the customer wants. I told her I wanted my acrylic removed, she cut my nail down without my permission instead. I had to tell her not to do that. Then she told me I dont need my acrylic removed at all. I told her I wanted the colored powder ony nails. She put it on thick and sloppy. When I asked her to make it thinner she said she couldnt, so I had her remove the powder AND the acrylic. She left a lot of the colored powder on my nails around my cuticles. I still let her do my nails after that, but I had to continuously ask her to fix something. She tried to leave a lot of acrylic under my nails, like she couldnt see it! I dont think she did a completely horrible job, but it shouldnt take 3.5 hours to get my nails done.Also the guy who polished my 4 yr olds nails was horrible. He rushed through it and didnt polish her entire nail.I will not waste my time on this place again.

I am visiting Savannah on business and drove from downtown to this location due to reviews. This shop advertises that it closes at 8p but I was refused service at 7:20p! They claimed that because it was raining (not bad because I didnt need an umbrella) they werent taking anymore customers. I even offered to get more services done than needed in order to spend more money but was still refused. What a waste of time...

I will give no stars do this place! they worry more about charging and tips instead satisfing the customers. I think all those awards in the wall; for exeptional Service, are fake. The service is terrible ! One nail got damage and the lady didn’t want to find me the color a chose a few days before just to charge for new color. I left without color in one nail ! In the pedicure if they spend more time scrubbing your feet instead of a massage the pedircure could be ok. Horrible experience ! I will never come back nor I will recommend this nail salon.

Not satisfied with the service I paid $92.00 total for services $90.00 for just pedicure and full set gel nails that was supposed to be a mood change polish which wasn’t my eyebrows was not waxed evenly and to top it off my nail is already lifting and I just got them done 3/2/2019 and the shape doesn’t match the rest of my fingers poor rushed job

When ever nail you get is a different legenth. You tell the lady she cut them to short and she proceeds to file the down and says they are even now. No you still managed to make them shorter after I complained about their shortness.

Just went in today while waiting on my bf at a dr appointment. It was close so I thought Id give it a try. Glad I did! Only went in for a reg French mani, $15 cant beat that. I normal get gel polish cuz they last long, next time I will they had a ton of gel colors!! But the regular French mani was awesome. Got free neck rub which was very unexpected but really enjoyed it! She put a little too much top coat on I can see bubbles but still super great experience! Will return!!

If I could give zero stars, then I would. I was talked down to and spoken to so rudely you would think I was being scolded like a child all for asking if I could change the polish color since I wasnt crazy about it. My tech was also very annoyed with the fact that I didnt want gel, just a regular manicure, so she rushed through it like I was wasting her time and didnt even clean up my cuticles. Ive been going to this salon for years but now they have lost my business forever.

I guess you get what you pay for. Every time I have come here something goes wrong. If I get my nails done with the gel it is always too thin. Chips the same day. When you walk in they tell you to grab a seat. No wait time. Youre ignored. Dont even turn the water on for you. I waited for a hour. Would of left if I had a life. Wont be back and will find somewhere else to go for now on. Also dont get your eye brows waxed here. They have burnt me twice now. That should of been my sign not to return.
