I went in for a brow waxing yesterday and they left me in the room for over 10 minutes. When I finally decided that I could wait no longer, I walked out of the room and the only two people in the building were doing each others nails and didnt even acknowledge that I had been in there and was obviously forgotten about. I WAS a long time customer.

This nail salon made us feel so unwelcome, from the moment of walking in. Nobody greeted us and they were really aggressive when talking to us. The younger one even made a racial comment in reference to the color my friend wanted on her toes stating “ it doesn’t show up on our kind of “PEOPLE” like lady that’s rude and very unprofessional as hell. We will NEVER go back. Y’all shouldn’t treat people like that.

This place had several owners throughout the years and it was either OK or good. However I have to say the new couple that moved in there as the new owners are outstanding. Had my nails done and was super impressed. Will come back again

Visited here for the first time last weekend and got a pedicure. It was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. My nail tech, Thahn, took her time and did an amazing job!

With the new ownership, this is the only nail salon I will go to. Nicole is the absolute best with dipping powder and great personality. Salon is clean and staff is friendly. It’s my new go to!

Totally recommend Queen Nails! Very clean and welcoming environment under the new management. Nicole Tran is the best with dipping powder :-) My nails are always smooth and thin when the powder is finished setting.

Never, EVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE..the service is terrible...i got gel nails which chipped within 4 days....when i went in to see if they could correct, I was told it had been over 10 days and they could not do anything about it....not only did i pay $65 for the service but I also tipped $10....they were extremely rude and unprofessional...not to mention it is hard to communicate with ppl that cant speak english....I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK...i have a claim against them with my bank and will ensure I get ALL of my money back....too bad I cant recover my time as well...this place is TERRIBLE!!! I wish i could give them a negative five stars....
