I just got my hair dyed today and Betsy did an amazing job with it. The color is so vibrant and colorful, I love it so much and I will definitely be going back to get my hair done by her again.

My wife and I stopped in here today for a haircut. I came in with a big knot in my hair and it basically was like a single dreadlock and they brushed it out and trimmed my hair and actually cut my bangs how I like them. Most places mess it up!!! I feel like a million bucks. Thanks alot

Don’t know if these people leaving the reviews went to same place I did or not, this place is located in Walmart in Neenah. ALWAYS FRIENDLY when I’m there to get a hair cut!! Always quick, and do a fantastic job!!i usually get the same stylist, but have had different ones, always get a good quick haircut, very reasonably priced, and great customer service! THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE IN NEENAH I WILLGO FOR A AHAIRCUT!

Hair stylist was a little rough on combing my hair. Not very talkative. Left to assist another customer for five minutes and came back to finish cutting my hair.

I had a terrible experience here with a stylist named Jessica. She was very snotty and rude. I had very stubborn knots in my hair due to being in a car accident. She condescendingly said Thats what happens when you dont brush your hair. Obviously I brush my hair, but I had been in a car crash and the car I was in rolled over, so my hair and face got all messed up. The kicker was, she wasnt even the person who was doing my hair! Jermaine (the guy who did my hair) and Michelle, however, were very kind and patient, and thats why Im giving Neenah SmartStyle 3 stars. I have been here several times for hair color, cuts and eyebrow waxes and have always had good experiences until this last time.

Just absolutely awful! The woman that cut my daughters hair had a horrible attitude, didnt say word to either of us and most importantly screwed up my girls hair cut and now she looks like a boy!

Kept me waiting for 45 minutes the time before last. And that was after calling ahead. Decided to give them one more try but wasnt happy with the cut. Probably wont be back.

Havent been here in years cut my own hair

Never Again will I be going here. I was desperate for a cut.. Now I just regret it. I normally am pretty easy going about my hair I even had a picture to go off of. While I never expected it to look exactly.... It looks nothing like it. I said layers there are only a few in the back. My bangs are botched my hair is noticeably longer on one side in the front. My professional if I use this word very lose in the sense of it. Barely said a word to me only talked to other stylists. I had a shampoo and with basic style.. Didnt even blow dry it let alone style it. I seriously feel worse than when I went in I was desperate for a cut because my long hair was giving me headaches having it pulled back.. This is much worse. I honestly well Ive been robbed.

New gal( eastcoaster ), love her styling ethics. Shes a keeperDO NOT SCHEDULE ONLINE, IT WORKS, THEY CLAIM IT DONT. SORRY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE . WONT BE RETURNING !!!

Went in to have my hair curled for family pictures. Left looking like I was in a pageant... big ugly curls that looked messy. Not happy with this professional service. Stylist was not happy or welcoming in any manner either. Will not be returning to this salon.

My brother just got back from getting a hair cut and the result was horrid. I ended up having to fix it and it looked better after i fixed it. Then when he got home. Will post pictures to the facebook page. 😐
