Definitely coming back! The lady I had did exactly what i asked for and I love it. It’s also cheap for its gel pedis and manis, especially for something so simple. Other places over change for bad survive you may experience, but this place was spectacular!

I was told I had to pay for unwed tools 7 dollars for pomace stone and 1 dollar each for file and buffer on top of 25 dollar pedicure when I decided not to get a pedi the lady got up and was going to leave one foot with polish off and other foot with polish I asked can she get it off she refused and handed me the cotton. Be careful with this un sanitized placed.

I came in for a nail polish change, the lady who did it rushed getting them done. I went back not satisfied with the work, she tried to tell me the color I picked was too light that’s why my nails look the way it does. She did not listen to what I asked her when I tried to tell her what I wanted. Ive been coming here for about two months because my daughter recommended this place, but after my experience I will find another nail salon to go to, smh

Showed a picture of exactly what I wanted 40$ later they ugly and not at all what I asked for I usually get regular polish this time I got powder because the lady said it was the color I asked for.. no ma’am it’s nothing alike :/ could have gotten better at 5 below 🤦🏻

I guess drawing blood and completely destroying cuticles for full price is what this place is about. The lady butchered my cuticles to the point that they’re raw and peeling weeks later and even clipped so much I was dripping blood, her solution was to cover it in alcohol and keep squeezing it... I begged her to stop what she was doing and she continued... I was even loudly speaking to this lady. Everyone in the salon looked shocked. I even had other customers apologizing to me. I wasn’t even offered a discount and just got a little smirk when I stated how wrong that was. Besides the physical harm, the polish looked horrible. I’d give negative stars if possible.

AFTER STANDING AT THE DOOR BEING IGNORED FOR 15 MINUTES I WAS FINALLY APPROACHED! THEN I ASKED FOR A PEDICURE AND WAS TOLD “I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT” .....never again! Not to mention every time I ask for white paint it turns brown

Very rushed, not a good set at all. First of all, whichever lady did my toes was too rough and filed my toenails down too low. The one who did my hands has a dip in my acrylic, but not only that, I only went to them last week and almost all the stones on my nails have fallen off. They look horrible. Never coming here again.

The owner’s of this business are very unprofessional, they say they have a concern for COVID-19, however, they box you at tables right be side each other. Two ppl in the same tiny box room for eyelashes & eyebrows. The has the assumption that this is the only facility that we have to patronize. Never again.

Taylor is the best! She’s been my nail tech for years. She pays attention to detail and has always taken care of me and my daughters. Professional and very sweet 😊

I have manicures and pedicures from U S Nails monthly. I have one stylists that performed these duties. She does an excellent job and I’m thoroughly satisfied.I do not have any complaints, a clean, nice and professional environment always!

I love Holly! Shes a great nail technician and if something doesnt look right such as a color you pick out she will let you know and advise you try something else! Trust me shes always right

My daughter and I have been going here for years. Taylor does my nails and she does an excellent job. She takes her time, she knows what colors I prefer. She very professional, same goes for Ann, she does my daughters..

I have been coming here for years and in the last 3 visits, Im very very disappointed. Not happy at all.

I went in to get my eyebrows done I specified that I only wanted a clean up. My eyebrows were thick and already shaped. She disregarded what I asked for and decided to shape them anyways. They are now very thin and the shape is completely messed up. She cut off the end of my eyebrows completely and left me leaving the nail salon in tears. Completely ruined my day.

Ann was excellent very professional and kind. She is my new nail tech from now on . I am glad I went to US Nails to get myself Christmas nails refill and eyebrows waxed. Salon very clean with a cheerful atmosphere.

Don’t go here they are extremely rude, charge you for everything, I’m so disappointed with Ann I will Not be going back. I got gel nails when I told lady I didn’t want to pay extra $7 to get manicure she rushed my nails and didn’t even shape them, i will do my nails myself I refuse to give my money to a business that doesn’t care how they treat you.

Soooo disappointed! :(Almost all the corners of my nails had no paint. It made the nails look smaller than what they really are. I asked for pink glitter on one nail and the technician said “its over, no more pink glitter”.... i could see like 4 different shades of pink glitter in the back. I have been doing my nails @ US NAILS for 6 month and its the second time they do something like this to me. NOT COMING back again!!! :((((((

My nails came out pretty bad, I told the lady about some of the mistakes she had done and one of my nails came out crooked, the other slanted and like dull. Ive came there before and got my nails done by another lady and she did them pretty good. I wasn’t happy with the service, I was the one paying for my nails and should of got what I asked for.

They have gotta a lot better since the last time that I made a review they have greeted and the work has been excellent. I havent had a problem since then.. Thank you so much!!

My first and last time going to them. I asked for an eyebrow waxing and the lady took the ends of my brows off. Others have had good experiences, but it only takes one bad experience for me...will not be second.

DO NOT GO HERE. Lady who did my toes hurt me. Kept picking and pulling skin. For what they consider a deluxe pedicure other salons I have been to give it as a basic pedicure. Then lady who did my nails kept asking if I wanted gel, told her no. Seemed like she got annoyed. I got nobody names. Customer service was terrible! Seemed as if I was bothering lady who did my nails. She was left handed so had to turn my hands for her. She was clearly un interested in giving her customer excellent service.

Im new to the area and have been here several times now. Both times have been great experiences with getting my daughter and I pedicures. Very friendly and have had no wait both times!!

1st experience my nails were done poorly and one looked as if it had a lump in it so I figured still give them one more shot but just try someone different. Next time I Got my nails done one a Friday night with GEL polish & my polish started peeling on Monday out of nowhere. They always seem to rush. Won’t be getting any of my money anymore

I was in a rush and looking for a touch up on full set of eyelash extensions and they said they could do it and it would look good but when I opened my eyes It looked like I had shoe brushes attached to my face, I expressed how unhappy I was with it and they told me that nothing could be done and charged me the full $30 and sent me on my way to figure it out. I would have given ZERO stars if I could!

I dont normally give bad reviews, but I am a bit frustrated with this place. The first time I went in the service was great. They informed me about the differences between Gel Powder and Acrylic Nails. I decided on the Gel and the woman did a really good job, I think her name was Cindy but I am not 100% sure.Then when I came in to get them filled and recolored, the service was okay, but a little rushed and they seemed annoyed and impatient with me when I was trying to choose a color, so I rushed and chose one I didnt really love. Then, because of the rush they were in (Though the place was empty), they did not let me keep my nails in the light as long as the first time I went and I thought that was weird, but I figured they knew best. Later that day all but two of my nails had dents and scrapes in the gel paint(which can only be dried under UV lamp) so I had to go back the next day.They had previously told me they would redo it for free... but they only wanted to redo a couple of the nails (even though all but 2 were damaged) and I hated the color so I went ahead and paid for a full recolor. Same thing. Impatient while I am trying to choose a color, then I had to ask to let me keep my nails in a little longer and then begrudgingly let me. Even still one of my nails has a little bit of a dent/scrape in it because they werent ready to be out of the UV light.And it is obvious when they are talking in Vietnamese and huffing and puffing and waving in my direction that they are talking about me so it just seemed very rude. I usually dont mind nail salons talking in their native language like that, but it was obvious all they do here is gossip. I understand enough body language to get the hint. I am sad to say I dont think I will be going back here...

I went into this salon for a simple fill-in. Unfortunately, my usual salon was all booked up, but my nails were in desperate need. I will be completely honest, I always get my nails done in the stiletto style, but I get them shorter so that I can actually do day-to-day tasks.First, I noticed that none of the technicians had their licenses prominently displayed which made me slightly uneasy. Second, the woman who was doing my nails, tried to oval out my nails. I asked her to please make them pointed, like my nails originally were when I came in. Guys, Im going to be honest, Im pretty patient when it comes to nail technicians because I know its probably a pretty tiring job and I dont want to make things any harder for them. But when you basically have to walk a nail technician through a pretty simple manicure - needless to say, my patience was wearing thin.I had to constantly check my nails to make sure they were pointed and shaped as I requested, had to ask her to fix things every time I did check them, and the entire time, shes basically blaming me because of the length of my nail. Im sorry, but Ive been to multiple nail salons (until I finally found my favorite) and theyve never had an issue that I dont want my nails five inches passed my fingertips. For her to blame me made me feel like she wanted any excuse to cover the fact that she couldnt do this style manicure.I knew I shouldve just asked this woman to put the acrylic on my nails and be done with this place because when she had the audacity to try and charge me $18 for a fill-in, that I basically had to hold her hand through, I was upset. My nails were a mess - they were crooked, some had uneven sides, and I STILL had two nails where she had attempted to flatten the tip! - I already knew I was going to have to go home and fix them myself because there was no talking to this woman and I was done trying. I told her simply that I was not paying $18 for such a horrible job. She tried to tell me this and that, basically blaming me for what I wanted done with my nails. Id only asked for a fill-in with black polish, thats all - forgive me if that was such a crazy request, next time Ill just ask for an organ instead. I didnt get any designs or ask for anything crazy. I told her I would give her $10 because I was going home to fix them myself. I was still willing to pay her for her time and effort, albeit a horrible effort.I wasnt going to argue with her or anyone else, and I told her unless there was anyone willing to clean up the mess she made on my nails, Id give her the $10 and that was it. I handed her my money and left, drove to Ulta to pick up a nail polish color, and went home to fix my nails.Id rather wait a month for an appointment at my favorite nail salon than to be so desperate as to step foot into this shop ever again. I dont know about any of their other services or technicians, but I can only hope that they dont pull the same kind of stunts as this woman.

Customer service was just as bad as my thin full set that was done, which 4 broke off within 2 weeks. Like I got them from Dollar Tree. Called after the 4th broke off and asked if something could be done and was told by the manager to come in and he would help me. So I get there and show him my nails and tell him everything, then simply asked if he could take them off. He said since I didnt recognize exactly who did it, he couldnt service me unless I paid full price. Had proof that I had just come there and all and he still acted like he didnt believe me (and of course him and the other workers started talking to eachother and giggling). Needless to say, that was my first and last time going there!

The ladies were rude and charged me way more than I was suppose to pay. Don’t recommend coming here at all.

I went in on 01/09/18 at 7pm with my daughter to get a mani/pedi with gel polish the special said 30 for both then we were told its 20 for the gel on our nails. Which brought our cost to 50, then when asked about our pedicure polish and if we want gel polish it because it sets faster it was a total of 60. Today is 01/10/18 and Im a nurse my nail polish has completely come off . I called the shop at 5pm they told me that I habe two days to come in and fix or its not their fault.however I my night job and cant rerun today . Im sorely disappointed and out of 30 dollars.

I am completely frustrated with this so called nail spa. The service is mediocre. People only show enough courtesy to get your money. I came to this store only because Tip Top Nails was too busy to do a manicure. A lady at US Nails gave me a gel nail polish manicure. I was happy after I got my nails done. However, the very next day my nails started to chip, all of them except for three nails. I went back the next day and had them done over. Two days later, my nails chipped again. I went back to the store to be greeted by disgruntled employees who were angry at me for coming back due to their shoddy work. Then, they tried to charge me $5.00 just to take off the nails. I left the store with my crappy gel nail manicure feeling like I was just hustled for my money and robbed of my time. Never go to this horrible so called spa. It needs to be closed.

I would not recommend this place to others. I had my nails on for less than a week and 3 nails popped. They refused to do my nails unless I was paying. Unacceptable.

Worst experience ever!!! Have been going here for months and Nina does my nails and the last experience was the worst. My toes and hands broke out. I got a over lay with gel polish and they told me it was my body and refused to fix the problem. I had to curse them out just to take the polish and acrylic off. I would never go here again or recommend them to anyone else. Their customer service skills are horrible.

This place is ok but if your not getting full service they are rude .. I frequent this place a lot because the do a decent job and I needed a repair they made me wait 30 mins and took other people before me because there service cost more .. I will not be returning here from now on ..

The service is horrible. I went to get a pedi and mani special and they didnt scrap my feet which is the base of what an pedicure is supposed to be. They refused to go back and complete that part and they never did my manicure. I paid 20 for them to place my feet in water with the blue stuff, cut and file my toe nails down, rub them with lotion and oil, and paint my toes.

I came up no one greeded or ask to assist me... so I stood there for 20mins. just to see will someone acknowledge me standing there still noone said a thing... So 1 lady was doing eyebrows and when she finshed her and came up to check her out I asked the young lady could she do my brows she told me NO I got 1 customer remind u still no one have asked me do I need any help so I stood there once again Another lady came in behind me and they acknowledge her right then and sent her to a table quickly... yet am still standing waiting finally the lady in the front table asked me what I needed I told her brows & lashes she asked me to sit at first table on second row and said 5 mins and here it is 5:11 still no help... Last time ever coming here I will not be givin my money to these ppl at all..... Unprofessional and Rude

Love getting my nails done

DO NOT GET THE EYELASHES!!! They use cluster lashes with wig glue, I unfortunately wasn’t aware of the hazards of this and now that they have fallen off most of my natural lashes are GONE! also their gel nails are awful I got my fingers done and the polish fell off within 4 days. Worst nail salon in savannah.
