The old lady need to retire, I don’t know if it’s a culture thing but the chick is rude. I went in today after a long day of work for a pedicure. I had a callus on my foot and I asked her can she remove it. Paying more money was not a issue. She tells me she removed it. I said well if you removed it why I still feel it. She stated and I quote “I already did a good job” I said no you didn’t cause it’s still there. Ladies don’t waste your time or money here. I see why they have 2. Something stars on google.

I had the “Delux Pedicure” and it was wonderful! The young girl (sorry, didn’t get her name), did a meticulous, fantastic job! I would definitely recommend this establishment. 😁

Went for a pedicure today, and let me tell yall my feet were in rough shape after not having one done in over a year! I didnt catch her name, but my lady was quick, efficient and gentle but firm. I only got the regular pedicure for $22, but I was soaked, scrubbed, smoothed out, massaged and painted. Feet look great, no complaints!

Can anyone recommend a good nail salon because this place did my nails terrible again? I’ve been in before and it had been hit or miss if I was going to get a good manicure. I decided I would try one more time and I should have just continued to walk by. My nails look terrible!!!! One nail is totally crooked the rest look like a child did them. I finally said something and it was no use. They didn’t care. Never going back and I highly suggest you go somewhere else!

I have had many pedicures and manicures in this place and I am very pleased. The staff is busy but friendly. I see that they also are very clean with their operations.

Service is quick and Jasmine is excellent. Shes friendly and gives a great pedicure.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Put my nails on crooked the first time, didn’t ask them to fix it. Came back a second time they were sooo so rude to me. I have never been more disrespected before from people who are asking for my money. Don’t go here unless you want bad nails and an attitude.

DO NOT GO HERE! EVEN IN A NAIL EMERGENCY! I got a gel manicure. The nail technician filed my nails to the point where I was in pain. She didnt apply any cuticle cream. The paint job itself was awful; she couldnt stay within the borders. She was also slightly rude. I would give this salon a negative rating if I could. Go anywhere else in Savannah.

Wasnt to pleased.The first staff member was not very nice at all,appearance was unprofessional looking. Had bad attitude. Did not listen or do what I asked for. Inside the nail dryer absolutely needed cleaning!!! I wont ever go back to this place!!!

Nails came out very good the only issue is with the sugar scrub. I now have a permanent scar from being scratched during pedi.

They will never ever in there life get my money! Rude and Dont take there time only want your money! Do not go here my nails was so ugly!

I wouldn’t recommend going here. I really needed my nails done and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but I shouldn’t have. First I asked for just a regular polish acrylics no gel and she proceeded to do the gell. My nails are crooked and looks like paint was globes on there. Waste of money!!

Left worse than how I went in! The lady scrubbed my legs so hard I had scratches on both my legs! They burned all night! I have had plenty of pedicures and have never had such an awful experience!

It wasnt a good experience. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I was the only one there and they did both at the same time. I was extremely uncomfortable getting my manicure while the woman sat in the chair to my left and I had to reach over to her so she could do my right hand. The gel started coming off within a few days and it was a very sloppy job. I wont be back.

Awful. Lady touched the wet polish and blamed me, now both thumbs look lumpy and bad. I asked for gel polish and somehow, it started peeling off a day later. Ive never had gel come off so quickly.. The lady who did them also burnt the hell out of my fingers, and kept digging her nails in my skin while continuing to burn me. Wont be back, shouldnt have even gone there. Take the extra time to drive to Victory and go to Posh.

Twice I have gotten the gel manicure and both times within 5 days major chipping of the polish. The first time I went back to see if they would fix it for a reduced price and they refused. I wont go back here.

Went to go get my nails done. Lady kept pressing hard burning my nails and go fast slipping off my nail burning my skin. I asked her to stop multiple times she never stopped. Then she pulls out the acrylic about to apply mind you ive been there 2 minutes. My nails werent properly prepped . she didnt take the glitter off my nails. I asked her to she got an attitude and sanded my skin again. I pulled my hands back pushed myself back. The counter top wasnt glued on so it slid and something fell off. She started yelling at me in whatever language and called me crazy. Needless to say she doesnt know how to properly do nails.

I go here twice a month. All the ladies are friendly and I have always got a great job!!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed & afterwards one eyebrow looked one way & the other one looked another. I pointed it out to her & she argued me down about it in a rudely manner as if I was in the wrong.

These ladies have the worst attitude of anyone Ive ever met. Every time Ive ever been in here their attitude is horrible.She touches your wet nail then threatens to charge you to fix what she messed up.I refuse to go here ever again.The polish they do is uneven and looks sloppy.

Worst experience ever, my mom, sister and I all got mani and pedis which are advertised for 30 for both, we decided to get gel polish to last longer and the total came to 195.00.... ridiculous!! So we paid 100 more just for the gel polish?? So not worth it.

Went with a friend, people were friendly but place was dirty( visible dirt ring outside pedi seats...may be mold),dusty (everywhere), visible plastic gloves in full trash from days before, artificial nails were on the floor, and tiny roaches...that did it...I was disgusted never went in a salon so poorly kept in my life.

Thats the worst pedicure Ive ever had she scratch my legs up so bad . Massage suck chairs broke other workers just sitting in chair sleep . I dont recommend this shop to anyone
