Seriously the best manicure I’ve ever had. KD went over my appointment time by 30 minutes to make sure my nails were perfect- even redoing one that I thought was fine, but that she wanted to make perfect. Everyone was so sweet and fun… I took out my headphones because talking with them was way more entertaining! Also, my nails look amazing. I’m never going anywhere else!

I went in to get my deluxe pedicure with gel and Ombre dip on my natural nails. I love the color on my nails themselves but around my nails are cut and scratched up and still has color on my skin from the dip. My heals were still very rough the next day even after my Deluxe pedicure that was suppose to be over an hour long but nope. I went back to the salon the next day because I didnt like my color on my toes. I knew Id have to pay for the gel color change but the charged me $30 which was ridiculous. The gilr said she would fix my rough skin on my feet and what she did was tear my skin up from the rough sponge and the pressure she used. I stopped using this salon was before but decided to try again. I will not return.

I always leave my appointments feeling like an absolute queen. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and always takes the time to make sure I’m 100% happy with my service. The prices are great, and it’s always a calming experience. The pedicures are so relaxing, and the stylists are always ready to get creative. This is now the only nail place I use, and plan to continue using. I wish I could give them 10/5 stars but I’m limited to 5. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

I absolutely love this place, the new management is spectacular! KD is so professional and personable, and makes you feel like you’re at home. She goes out of her way to do everything possible to make her business the best. This is truly the only place I have gone to get my nails done where I have actually enjoyed the experience. Today I realized my eyebrows are looking crazy so I needed to get a quick wax asap. After researching the area, this place was close to my home and had good reviews. I was in an out in less than 10 minutes. The people I spoke to were very nice and friendly. Their space is very clean and welcoming. The price is good. Their waxing area is in a little private room, which I love. Because I work with dogs, I dont get my nails done, but Im definitely making this my regular place to get my waxing done. I see they also do Pedis, so Ill be coming here to get my feet summer-ready.

Wow! As a male who likes to take care of his hands and money makers this place was amazing, friendly, and great vibes the entire time I was in the building! I come here exclusively for my nails. I get dip powder but they also have gel, and many other spa services. This is a very friendly and organized place, always on time for appointments! Clean and comfortable atmosphere as well in a convenient location.

I’m not from around here so I just researched local nail places. PJ did an amazing job (one of the best acrylic shapings I’ve had) and was super hospitable. They have two walls of colors. Clean. Picture is a week after. The only thing was no nail prep, I just washed my hands.

I was visiting the area for work and found this salon online. I made the appointment through their online system so easily. Upon arrival I washed my hands and wore a mask as per current requirements. I got a deluxe pedicure as well as a full set of dip nails to fix my post quarantine hands. It was so nice I even forgot to turn on the chair massager! My feet look and feel fantastic and it was probably the best dip manicure I have ever had! The results are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and cleaned everything before and after each customer. So happy I found them!

They earned a 5 star review when they brought out pedicure tools that had been autoclaved! Very impressed. I had a wonderful experience and the staff was lovely and professional. Would recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sandfly today. I am choosing to give them at least 3 starts because they were kind, offered to fix it and opted not to charge me. However, I am choosing to visit a different tech and not to return to Sandfly.I came in for a simple French manicure. The salon was nice. My techs station was a little messy but I’ve seen that more often that not at nail salons so I shrugged it off today. We started with tips. I noticed that there was a gap between the tip and my natural nail on multiple nails. I have been getting my nails done long enough to understand that that could be a breeding ground for bacteria. When I mentioned this to my tech, she tried to reassure me that it would not lift…there was no concern about possible debis getting trapped under there. She then told me that she would have to cut my nails down to make the tips work. I chose to instead have the tips removed and to do a French tip on my natural nails. I left with uneven nails, bulky nails with a murky/bubbly base.I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset over my nails. I work very hard and reserve specific times for myself. I felt like my time was wasted, and maybe that was more upsetting than the actual nails.As I said, they were very kind and offered to fix it…but the experience was so lackluster and disappointing that I chose not to go back.

While receiving a pedicure and manicure, I watched the manager ask everyone customer in this establishment if they would like something to drink. Not once did she ask me. On my way out, I made a comment about the lack of courtesy I received. She stated to me that they were very busy and that’s why I was overlooked. Well, sorry Miss Manager, I never accept being busy as an excuse to be rude. As a tip for you and your establishment, regardless of what a customer looks like, if he/she is spending his/her money, then he/she deserves the same respect as everyone else. Luckily for me, Sandfly Nail and Spa is not the only nail and spa in the beautiful and picturesque city of Savannah!

Had a party of 5 last minute and they got us all in at the same time and did a fabulous job.

First time visiting. Booked services for two. Manicures and pedicures. Small establishment and easy to miss if youre not looking carefully but shockingly able to assist many at once with 8 pedicure chairs and around 6 manicure tables. Rows of polish on the wall neatly placed and decent color selection. Nice variety of services. Enjoyed the services and polishes came out nicely but may have been a bit rushed as part of the service was missed. The appointment was made for 3:30 when closing at 5:00. Nearing the end of my manicure the woman doing my nails suggested I try the collagen restorative soak next time I visited -which reminded me that was included with my service per the website. I was told no, its not included with the Delux Manicure but I could add it on with a standard manicure for a small upcharge. After I left, as it was already past their closing time when my service was completed, I double checked online. Turns out both delux manicures missed the collagen soaks. It would have been nice to have the service completed but hopefully it can be taken care of the next time we visit. Overall I would suggest. Clean establishment, professional staff and services received were done well.

Love this place! Annie does such a great job with SNS! My nails look great and they last several weeks. I no longer have to worry about my hair getting stuck under my nails and ripping out. Took me a long time to find a nail place I was really pleased with in Savannah but I’m so glad I gave this place a chance!

First off Annie is great!However things went downhill.......Scheduled an appointment for April 4, 2021 The appointment was accepted and scheduled for 3:40 p.m. for one service and 4:35pm for the other. I got to the shop no o w was there and I have called no one have responded. Very Poor Treatment !

Ive been going to Nails and Spa since they moved from one location to another in Sandfly, about 2 years now. For a long time their service was great, and the folks that worked in there were all good. I never chose a specific tech to work on my toes or nails EVER because all of the employees were fantastic. Never a bad experience.However, for the past several months things have gone downhill. Its all new people in the shop and for the last two times specifically Ive had the same lady do my toes and yesterday a new woman did my nails. I scheduled a few days prior to come in at 11:30a for a Dream Deluxe Pedicure with Gel (I already had gel on) and a Regular Manicure with Gel (no gel on my nails). They were slow when I first got there but picked up through my session, which was evident because the tech doing my toes, (I believe her name was Kathy but I could be wrong) started to speed up. I specifically scheduled that pedicure because I had been rough on my feet and legs earlier that week and wanted the additional massage and pampering. The time that was spent on my pedicure session (that cost an additional $18 from the Regular) was less than I had ever spent in the chair for any previous session. Apart from putting the salves and lotions on my legs, there was no massage whatsoever. The lotions had been barely rubbed in at all because when I got home I noticed there were streaks of greenish mud mask still on the backs of my legs (after walking through the grocery store for an hour like that). In addition, she insisted on removing my gel (two pedicure sessions in a row) using the drill, which has caused my toe nails to be so thin I was wincing with the heat and pain as she dremeled away the polish and my toe nail simultaneously.When it came time for my manicure, Gabriel took over and it was an unpleasant experience. Not only did she not use any cuticle cream after soaking my hands so it was painful, but also she managed to cut three of my cuticles to the point of bleeding (bleeding that she tried to stop by using acetone, OUCH). One other one cuticle was cut was so rough that later in the day the skin started to peel back and caused a painful tear up my finger. Gabriel also spent the majority of our session talking on the phone to three different individuals, one of which she even Facetimed with while she was filing my nails. All four of the cuticles she mutilated were during a phone call where she was obviously not concentrating. Although I tried to engage her in conversation when she was actually off the phone it was clear she was interested in moving on to her next client because she started to talk to that person with me still sitting in front of her. My minor gel manicure must not have brought in the cash like her full set acrylic with dip was going to be. She rushed the gel paint job, and its patchy, bumpy in some places, there are ridges from the brush strokes, bubbles in two nails, and over the cuticle in others.Overall it was a bad trip, and I will unfortunately be on the look out for a new place to spend $100 every two weeks.

The price is very good for the quality. They have very good service.

Wow! Talk about proper social distancing and safety ptecsituons, not to mention a great quality manicure! We were visiting Georgia and I had a SNS nail crack and my daughter wanted a gel manicure. We read reviews of local nail salons and are do glad we have Nails and Spa Salon a try. As soon as we entered the salon we were asked to wash our hands. They excited us to a section with only 2 nail stations which had a freshly sabtlitizrf scent. The nail technicians were great following safety precsituibs and used tools that were individually wrapped in a sterile packet. As we left the salon we saw staff sanitize the nail stsyuins and chairs! All of their attention to safety was a great reassurance of this attention to detail.

My daughter and I went to Nails and Spa for the first time last Saturday. I must say they went above and beyond my expectations. The Salon was impressive and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The employees were very sweet, friendly and did such a fantastic job. We were made to feel like we had been going there for a long time and knew everyone. I cant say enough good things about the Salon and the employees. Gabriella. Mommy, and JP are all very good at what they do and take pride in the results. Dad greeted us with a big smile and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. We will be returning! I definitely recommend Nails and Spa Salon!!!! BTW 5 stars is not enough.

Typical Asian nail place, very busy, most employees were wearing masks above their noses. The nail tech I had was okay, but she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done and frowned when I said no thank you and she responded that I have a lot of hair there, and I had to repeat no thank you. Then, after she got done with me, she came over to me with gloves on because she was servicing another client and she touched my shoulders and I asked her not to do that since her gloved hands were just touching someone elses feet.Actual pedicure was okay, but I would not return.

Bad experience. Communication was at an all time low. Lele did a terrible manicure and filed my nails as though she was filing concrete. She was pleasant but so very controlling. Cuticles are a mess. Never would I ever return.

Always a pleasure to come here. Very good at Mani/pedis. Also I LOVE their facials. My skin feels brand new walking out of there. They have great groupons too. I love it so much that Im setting aside money for myself once a month to come here and I cant say the same for other nail salons. Staff is friendly and they take good covid precautions as well. I LOVE my full set too. They worked with me kindly as I kept changing my mind. I am so happy with the result and Ill be back. You will not regret coming here.

Annie is so professional and takes time to find out how you prefer to be communicated with about the steps and products that she is using. She had just done a full anti aging facial on me 4 days earlier and did not recommend that much treatment again. I wanted to look my best for a wedding that I was going out of town for, so she suggested doing just a partial anti aging masque and iron treatment. I was very happy with the results.

Friday was my first visit to Nails & Spa. It was such a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door, a well dressed and mannered gentleman, stood up from his desk and asked how he could help me. He helped me sign in and seated me promptly in the back. Apparently, there was a power issue with one chair and lamp, and without me saying anything, they moved me to another chair that worked. My technician was so sweet and did a very good job. I didn’t catch her name, though I wish I would have. It was a quiet, peaceful visit. Every other nail salon I have been to, someone already with a client would scream, “hello can I help you” or “what do you need”. Other places are so noisy and just not peaceful. There was very minimal speaking in another language, so it made the experience so much better. I highly recommend coming to this salon for your pampering needs. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

I am visiting Savannah and decided to go here for a pedicure. Let me say it’s such a beautiful nail salon with amazing customer service. It was very clean and my technician, (Tony, I think was his name), did an amazing job on my pedicure. I would definitely recommend this salon to others!

I called within an hour of their closing time, and asked if there was any possible way they could fit me in, knowing it was the only time I might have for quite awhile. Nina was more than accommodating, scheduling me 20 min before closing. While I expected her to rush through the process so she could be done with her day, she instead took incredible care in doing them, spending an hour with me. I have been looking for a new nail salon for almost a year, trying several different places, always ending up disappointed. This is definitely what I have been looking for! Great staff, great selection of services and colors, and the prices are great!

I am glad I came to this place, it was an emergency today and they took me right in. Tommy did a wonderful job and I will be sure to come back to this place. This is definitely my new nail salon. I left more than happy with my nails.

We live out of town and checked Google for a nail salon near us. I am so glad that we chose this one! They are so nice and friendly and our pedicures were amazing! Tinas leg and foot massages were absolutely fantastic! We will definitely come here again when we are in Savannah!

I really don’t like to leave bad comments but this was by far one of the sloppiest pedicures I have ever had. My feet look terrible. My manicure was painful and the gel polish job was very sloppy. My cuticles look terrible. I even have a couple of spots that bled. I chose your salon because of the multiple good reviews on yelp. I frankly can’t believe I paid nearly $80 for this hack job. I will not return.

Mrs. Gabbe does a really great job. I love her work and I love the atmosphere plus the energy. Even her father who is very professional even when they are busy.Keep up the great work guys!

This place is very professional and clean. I got a gel manicure and the owner made sure to check my nails before I left to make sure the technician did a good job. I also appreciated the fact that they used clean tools on my hands and did their best to be gentle while they worked so that I did not get cut. The owner of the nail spa comes across as a very sincere person who wants his customers to be happy and expects his technicians to provide quality service. I will definitely be coming back.

My mother and I had an appointment on 07/22/18, and we were seen on time. Everyone on the staff was so pleasant, accommodating, and very professional. We both got the deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure, which was so relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the services that we received. The nail tech Kathy that waited on me did an excellent job on my dip nails and pedicure. My mother and I are already planning our next visit, and I highly recommend that others do the same.

SNS dip didn’t last 2 weeks. It looked sloppy the day I left but after an hour and a half of her doing my nails, I was ready to leave so I didn’t say anything. They also didn’t use the LED lamp with the gel paint so not sure what that was about.

Went yesterday for the first time and definitely won’t return: pedicure was decent. Then another lady started doing my gel manicure, which was really messy. She spent over an hour trying to fix it and started getting irritated. Even at the end it looked messy. The rest of the staff saw her doing a bad job but didn’t propose to fix it or replace the lady. Unprofessional! First time ever I had a bad experience in the nail salon.

If you have over 2 hours to spare for a basic pedicure, this is the place to go. I scheduled a 12pm appt. Didnt leave until after 2pm. 3 different ppl worked on my feet. My toenails were cut too short, my gel polish was messy, and the lady tried to rush me out the chair without making sure I was happy with my nail job. Im definitely not happy.Edit: I went back to get my debit card, and Tommy fixed my messy nail polish, and he did a great job. He apologized for my bad experience. I may return to give them another chance, when the place isnt so busy and the techs arent rushing.

Went yesterday for the first time and i wont return. I got my brows waxed and she messed them up. One is completely different from the other and i dont loke the manicure I received bc she did didnt smoothie out the mail properly. I was snagging all day after i left. I can only say they did the pedicure decent.
