I came in town for a wedding! Some gals and I decided to have an impromptu pedicure. They are so nice, the place is clean, and they did such an amazing job. My favorite part was the cooling gel she put on my legs towards the end. AMAZING.

It was spotless! Most nail salons that I attend are very messy and this nail salon was the cleanest I’ve been to. The pedicure felt great and the manicure was simply divine! Definitely going to attend this nail salon weekly from now on. The workers were also very friendly and comforting. I was also greeted very kindly when I came in. 10/10 experience

This place has the best nail salon I have found since moving back home to Savannah! The customer service is over-the-top, their artwork on your Nails is beyond exceptional! I love everything about this place and the shop is very nice and clean!

I love Hannah & Jasimine, Hannah always take her time and do a AMAZING JOB! I always make sure I tip her. Jasmine is really good with kids and made my daughter feel wonderful. So I always tip her as well. I love the atmosphere and it’s always clean, beautiful and peaceful in here.

I’ve had a lot of pedicures. Some amazing. Some not so good. This was the worst. Although no one else was in the store. My lady was clearly annoyed to have to help me. My toes look like a toddler painted my nails. My friend requested a full set, but would only do SNS. Very disappointing.

This is my favorite place to have my nails done! They are clean, quick and professional. The hours they have are great and they can almost always accommodate you for a walk- in. Even with a party of 4! Q has done my nails the past few months and shes been wonderful! I reccomend several people to go here and I wont go anywhere else in town!

They act as though I was not there when I walked through the door. They were all caucasian people there but looks as though the Asians own it. I have never been so insulted and to top it off my son was with me and he said moma, why theyre acting like we didnt walk in. We just walked out. Im a true believer in not begging for Service that Im going to pay for... its not in my genes.

2 basis pedicures, husband got more then double the time and mine was rushed and not even half the services. When I asked for the grading of my feet I was told it was not included while my husband got.it Also asked for a manicure but they forgot trying to rush us out. Try lush across the street. I did not bother with it, paid and left, will never go back.

Today was my first time in this nail salon! I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and I absolutely LOVE my nails! I will continue to come back to this place!

Great place to get your nails done fast efficient and good customer service

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to in this case.I asked for a gel mani pedi using the same color gel. Opted to go for the dipped mani as per the nail techs recommendation as it was supposed to last longer than gel.Once I got home I noticed that my mani and pedi were not the same color.By day 7 quite a few of the dipped nails had started to come away from my nail and started catching on things. By day 10 two were so loose that I had to gently pull them off my nails. I’ve also ripped one nail as it got caught on fabric.Overall the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. Very poor quality especially when you’ve paid $120

I enjoyed my total experience. I was impressed when I called they were able to seat me right away. This was a COVID friendly environment!! She made sure that I was by myself. She counseled me on the best treatment for my feet. The best pedicure that I have ever experience. I will be back in 2 weeks!!

Pretty great job on my nails. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I got a fill and my brows waxed. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, (I am very picky) so I expected it to go bad. Nevertheless pay them a visit if you’re in the area! You’ll love it

I walked in as a returning customer and I was asked what type of service I wanted. All of the Nail technicians looked at me as if I was an alien. One walked up to me to speak with me, I told the young lady I wanted my Toe fixed. She told me that they could fix my toe but It would not be for free. Her exact words were “I fix toe I fix toe No for free” I held my composure and explained to the lady that I would never walk into a shop expecting any type of nail service for free. I replied of course I will be paying.I was racially profiled and I should not feel like that walking out of the shop they need to understand that all African-American people are not the same I came all the way from Hilton head Island South Carolina I am not a Savannah Georgia Resident. We as black people have got to stop giving business to salons that do this! Pay attention! Stay woke!

So the lady who waxed my eyebrows waxed off the long part so I was stuck with one short eyebrow. When I mentioned it she just came at me with a razor and shaved the other side short too. She seen no problem with what she done and had the audacity to say it will grow back tomorrow I still had to pay full price. They lost my business and I will NEVER come back.

I used to go here to get my eyebrows waxed all the time. The past few times I went the lady put a razor to my eyebrows more than the actual wax... I was just there a few days ago to give it one more shot and an older lady with short hair that was doing my eyebrows had no shoes on, her hair was not brushed and she did a terrible job. She didn’t even put the oil on my eyebrows after she was finished with the wax and I left with wax still on my face. I had to go home and wipe the wax of myself. My eyebrows and face were so sticky with wax. She also ripped skin off in two places that are still very red and irritated. Not going here again.

I moved from out of state and went to a few shops and finally found my place. Bill is great! You bring him a picture and he will do it. You can guarantee you will be satisfied.

The color selection is incredible, the leg massages are out of this world, and the massage chairs are the best Ive have ever had the pleasure of using! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Also, they are extremely kind and considerate. My sister took me here as a Christmas gift and it was amazing. The shopping area is so nice, theres an awesome Starbucks in the same area. They did an awesome job; two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I brought all my granddaughters to get there nails and toe done here this past weekend. After waiting 30 minutes. They started with them.They had 3 more of them too do. A white lady walked in and they stopped with my granddaughters and went to do the white lady. They told me to wait they would be finished with her shortly. WOW. I asked again try to be Prof . And then I told all of my granddaughters to get up so we can go. One of my granddaughters asked me my did they stop with us and went to do the white lady. I had to explain. Some business dont feel, and think are(black) money is good enough. And if this ever happens to her in life do not support that business.

Jessica did a FABULOUS job on my short stiletto nails!! I cant stop looking at them. She is the only nail artist to do my nails EXACTLY the way I want without telling me, its impossible to do. She worked her magic and they came out perfect! I will definitely be coming to Luxury Nails from here on out. On top of all that they have a very friendly staff. I am a satisfied customer. :-)

Jessica gave me a magical manicure today (Feb. 9, 2015) and she not only did a fabulous job, but also made for a very pleasant experience and personable conversation. I came in with deeps cracks on both of my natural thumb nails and Jessica completely recovered them with the most natural acrylic application Ive ever seen. I have naturally soft nails and Jessica treated them gently and made them all look fantastic. She is very detailed and thorough and accomplished exactly what I wanted and needed with ease. I will definitely be returning and Id recommend to anyone that they do the same.

My daughter and I waited for 15 minutes to be seated. I understand if you are busy but look at your list of who comes in first. After they were seated we left. I needed a stable salon I guess Ill keep looking

I come to this nail salon every week and a half and i must say they do an excellent job. the prices are high but its really worth it. The customer service is great and the facility is very clean

I only stopped into this place because I didn’t want to wait an hour for another place. Pedicure was one of the worst, for $28 for a basic pedi I expect more than just regular nail polish without any under or top coat. I also got acrylic nails for an inflated price and my nail polish has bubbles in it, she wasn’t gentle when using the machine and even hit my skin a few times .. for $58 I expected a lot more and will never stop in to this place again.To make matters worse they openly make fun of their customers. This one lady wanted to know the name of the person that worked on her so she was told her name was “Susie” but the lady didn’t realize it was an American name and tried to pronounce it with their accent as she wrote down her name to give the establishment more service and they all erupted in great laughter at her expense in front of her and even as she told them to have a nice day and left

The ladies were so sweet there . Even tho I got there at 5:10, waited a hour to be seated, left at 8:02 I wouldve been ok if my nails were what I asked for . The pedicure came out great thanks Anna . For my hands I asked for short, thin and really square . I got round and lumpy and only one nail is the length I wanted. $65 dollars . Even tho they were so sweet I wont be returning .

Go and ask for Mya and you will not be disappointed! She is so sweet and made sure I was 110% satisfied before leaving. I will certainly be back!

The salon is running under new management. We also give 10% off on all services. Customer is always first and well make sure you are satisfied once you walk out of the door!

This place is amazing. Came here during my first trip to Savannah. Got a pedicure, fullset, and eye brows done on two separate days. Place is so calm. Music is relaxing. My niece even got a neck and foot massage here. This place is a hidden secret in savannah. Prices are a lot lower than other places too.

The worst place to come to. They half do everything. They rush their work. Over charge you for deluxe pedicures and do not complete everything listed in the deluxe description . They try to persevere the gel polish ln so they only use 1 coat but when you step out the chair you see straight through the polish it’s ridiculous. I will never come to them ever again !!!!!!!!!

When they first opened there service was great. It all went down hill after that. He didnt even measure my nails from one hand to the other. They even charged the lady next to me for a gel fill in and she had regular polish. Smh just shameful

Hell no dont go to this damn place. The guy is nasty worst place to take or have your girl/wife to go. The guy wiping his nasty running nose with his bare hands. Messed my wife nails up. Dont go stay away trust me. Place is not what the name says. $30.00 for a overlay and filed all my wife nail off. Business only cash are you serious. A a crooked place!!!!!!!! No one in the nail shop but him and his daughter shouldve ran like hell.

Im from out of town but while I was here visiting I decided to go get my nails done. $30 for an acrylic nail set and as soon as I get to my car, paint comes off just from me trying to put on my set belt. I go back inside to have the messed up paint redone and sit my hands back under the fans for 6 minutes. But now theres too much polish on my nails and their still not dry. At this point I dont even bother saying anything. I just go back to my car and put my fingers in front of my AC and that did the trick.

The pedicure I got was good, but I was a little uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the shop.

Went here based off of Google Reviews...not sure why its rated so highly. My service was okay, nothing spectacular. I felt like I was rushed out. I also had to go home and file my nails so they were all the same size. A little pricey for just a simple manicure too. Most likely will not return.

It was hard to find a nail salon open on Sunday. So I relied on the reviews of nail salons in my proximity. This salon was the one opened with a score higher than a 4.0. I walked in and there was one customer. A nail technician was working on the customer and she asked what Id like. I responded by saying, A pedicure. She instructed me to pick a color of which I did. I asked her was she the only one working today and she responded saying no. A guy walks out of the back of the salon and says nothing. He starts the water for the pedicure and turned the massage chair on. I asked if I could get in and he said yeah. I was never asked what kind of pedi I wanted, but was happy so I could get out of there ASAP. The pedicure was NOT pleasant at all. The technician (the guy) was very rough (seemed angry) with my pedicure and did the bare minimum. We began my pedi at 1:23pm and he was finished at 1:39pm (rushed job). The fastest, worst, $27 pedi Ive had. All it takes is one bad experience for me. Oh yeah, Luxury Nails doesnt take discover! Im not trying to deter anyone from going here. Just sharing my experience.

I visited Luxury Nails of Twelve Oaks last week. I am currently visiting Savannah for work. I got off of work last Thursday evening at 6:45pm and googled the nearest salon to my job. The salon closes at 7pm, but when I explained that my husband would be coming to visit the next day and that I would like to have a mani and pedi before he arrived, she was kind enough to stay open. I arrived at 7pm and she took her time with my gel mani, which turned out perfectly. My husband complimented me on my nails all weekend. My pedicure is also perfect. They never rushed or seemed annoyed with having to stay over until 8:30...a full hour and a half AFTER they should have closed. I was very appreciative of Jessica and her kindness to me. She definitely has a customer for life.
