The ladies here are professional, kind, and do great work. I would get my nails done here any time. Would recommend.

First at all 90 pedi and filling for the worst pedicure in my life, done in 7 minutes. And the filling last until the night, polish went away 4 hours later even though it was gel. Definitely, I do not recommend this place.

I like this place. They are nice and do well. They also offered me two $5 off certificates twice so far.

The staff here is wonderful! They did a bridal party and got them done within moments!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I went to Savannah to ELOPE, so I needed to get my nails filled and a pedicure. I walked in an hour before closing, they said no problem!! I didnt realize that it would be such a HORRIBLE experience. The lady gave me a bad attitude. I went with a very simple design. She was in such a rush, they painted my nails while I was getting my toes done. Which normally I would have no problem with, but she totally RUINED my nails. She did fine with the french manicure, but when she glued on the diamond, she did not let it dry. She put so much glue on, that my fingers actually got glued to the machine. She didnt even apologize. She put the top coat on before the glue dried and messed up the polish. Instead of going taking her time to fix it, she dug her fingernails in my polish and put on another top coat. If she didnt have time to do my nails, then she shouldve said so from the beginning. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.

Get the deluxe pedicure, your feet will thank you!!

Very busy, so make an appointment. The technicians keep up with the newest trends and they do a good job. The massage chairs are wonderful. Plan to tip in cash. Its preferred. I do powder cost polish and its@$48 with top. Deluxe pedis run@$75 with to, but they do run specials.

I love this salon. The woman that work there are actually nice!! ) they use the tub protectors for the feet. -necessary to me... and are professional and do a great job!!

I loooove this place! I won’t go anywhere else for my pedicures. I typically go around 12-3pm when it’s empty, and get seated immediately. If there’s a wait (rarely), I walk round the beautiful surrounding area and grab a small bite to eat or just enjoy the scenery. Never more than a half hour. The staff is so sweet and lovely and I love the service I receive here. It is relaxed, clean, and positive every time. My pedicures are perfect every time and last far past their worth. I suggest it to everyone I know! Thank you guys!

This place was ridiculously unprofessional. Stay clear of this place at all cost. I came in and they said they could do a manicure. As I’m sitting there in the middle of having my nails filed, the guy says asks if I can come back in 20 mins because he has another customer! And, just left me sitting there! They were clearly understaffed.

I visit about once a month for a Mani/pedi and gel polish. I call 30 minutes ahead because they only keep 3 technicians, which is GREAT because its never crowded or loud so I can actually relax. Theyre good about letting me know if theyll be busy and if I need to come at another time. The facilities are very clean, the chairs are new and all of them work. They use OPI products and Ive never had early chipping issues. The reviews should be much higher. Ive seen walk-ins get bratty about not being able to get service, but hey, your time constraints arent their problem. If you dont like how the technician is doing something, say so. Theyre nice and accommodating. I guess some people are just ultra entitled, conflict avoidant, and would rather leave a 1 star review over something dumb than be a person. The service is affordable, quality, and fast so call ahead and dont let something as trivial as nails ruin your day ;)

Extremely and ridiculously SLOW! Do not go here if you have any plans for the day. The nail tech took over an hour to apply SNS (dip).

Nails were left rough, polish was not covering nails and drying table was cold. One nail destroyed within an hour.

Beautiful salon...very relaxing atmosphere

Staff is very slow. Made an appointment for 4:30 and I didnt get seated till 4:45. I have natural nails and get gel polish. I told the technician that I needed my old gel soaked off and she started trying to file off the polish with an electric file before I stopped her. Then she didnt wait long enough for the acetone to work on my old polish and continued to file off the gel with a coarse file. She continued to my natural nail and made them very thin and brittle...even cracked one of my nails off. She didnt shape my nails evenly either. It took a very long time for her to paint my nails and they werent even done well. Will not be going back.

I got a shellac manicure and pedicure at Crystal four days ago. My pedicure chipped that night. My nails were filed unevenly, my cuticles were cut (bleeding) in two places, and the shellac was painted onto my cuticles, so the polish is already peeling off and looks messy.I don’t get my nails done often, but I expect more than this :(

Medicares and pedicures doesnt last long here not even 3days complete waste of time and money 🚫💰🖕🏽
