It has been a pleasant journey at Aire within the past 3 years. Nice location, new amenities (love the Nest in each apartment), and most importantly, great staff. Special shout-out to Jack on the management team and Jeromine on the maintenance team, who have been super friendly, helpful, and prompt in response. They fix things promptly and professionally whenever thereβs maintenance request, and they take actions quickly when thereβre security concerns. I already start to miss it on the first day of moving out π’ Highly recommend Aire to anyone who is looking for leasing in North San Jose.
The Aire apartment complex is really well-kept and luxurious. It is surrounded by a nice park and cute restaurants and even a Starbucks! Aside from those amenities, the actual apartment I lived in was super spacious and had great lighting. The ambiance of the place made me enjoy coming home.
This apartment complex is beautiful, modern, and perfectly placed in a thriving community close to everything you could ever need!
Weve been living here for almost 3 years and this has been a fantastic experience! The community is kept exceptionally clean, everyone working here is very friendly and responsive (shoutout to Jack for dealing with all of my requests in record times!), maintenance comes in super quickly and solves all the issues. Appliances and cabinets are new and look great. I am not a fan of carpets, but carpet in our unit is not super fuzzy, looks nice, and is easy to upkeep. The pool area and the gym are very nice too. I highly recommend this community! Please note that there is a large construction going on right next to us, so depending on the part of the building you are at, it can get vary noisy, but this is outside of managements control. We will be going through the move out inspection soon (relocating closer to office), so more updates coming on that.
Our experience living at Aire has been incredible so far! The staff is super friendly, transparent, and always looking out for whats best for you and the community. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. HUGE shoutout to the maintenance and grounds-keeping team for their professionalism and promptness. Id highly recommend Aire to any friend or family looking to find a place to call Home!
I have been living in this apartment for about 5 years & love it. Location, my unit & most importantly, maintenance staff . They are my reason to stay here: Jerome, Maria & Gonzalo. 3 best maintenance staff I have ever had in my 13 years in the US. Thank you & continue to do what you do.
The outstanding condition of the communityβs features, amenities and apartments were of course the main selling point for us but it was the friendliness of the leasing agents and their willingness to help, that really closed the deal for us. Aire is the best apartment community in the region.
Well maintain apartments and the staff are really nice.
Ive been living in a studio apartment for about 6 months at Aire now. Im a single bachelor in my mid-late 20s working in tech and enjoying the outdoors. Its the cheapest studio I found when searching North San Jose and the greater Santa Clara area. The unique design offers a divider between the resting and lounge/relaxation area, which compartmentalizes the unit making it feel less overwhelming. Thus far, its been a wholesome positive living experience. I live on the 2nd floor, steps away from the garbage/recycling chute (which is a separate room on its own), from my parking location (via stairs) and the amenities - lounge, pool, gym, which are all of utmost quality. The apartment is fairly isolated from any noise in the hallways. The demographic is mainly young couples or families from what Ive observed.I havent had any major technical issues. My fire alarm unit became detached suddenly, but all I had to do was e-mail management and they fixed it asap when they did their routine inspection. Paperwork and payments are all done via online (make sure to register your bank account/chequings to avoid unnecessary processing fees for e.g. if you paid via credit card).Although the staff are busy, they are friendly and competent - Ive had wonderful interactions with Shokhou and Taylor, whove been prompt in helping me answer any questions, any requests (for e.g. getting keys to Internet hub room for Internet service provider technicians for Internet set-up), or provide me any necessary paperwork. Most of all, theyve been gracious in helping me with my transition from Canada to San Jose via remote communication over the phone, from the self check-in instructions on a weekend night, to any follow-up inquiries I had.Simply, Aire is a wicked place to live. :)
I stayed at Aire for four years and highly recommend living there. The apartments are very modern and the building is new. The complex is smaller than those around it which gives it a nice community feel. The staff does a really great job - the premises are extremely clean (they wipe down elevators, doors etc multiple times per day due to COVID 19) and very pretty. The apartment manager (Jack) is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Aire is very quiet, the residents are very respectful of one another. Check out Aire - itβs really one of a kind community in this area.
Aire is amazing, the staff is top notch and I cannot wait to move-in!
Great experience here so far.
Ive decided to write this review after a year I moved out after a couple of friend still in the area asked about my experience-The apartments and common areas are nice but the management is awful.-There is always something wrong with the elevators, get ready to carry your groceries for 5 floors.-There is a construction going on and the noise and dirty are really annoying, Im not sure is is done by now.-Once they increased our rent at the end of the contract and surprisingly we found out they were offering the same a apartment at a cheaper price for new costumers:-They just try to attract more residents but they clearly dont take care of the people already living there.-The fire alarm used to started ringing in the middle of the night at least once a month. Our bike was stolen with almost every other bike at the bike room.It was hard to find the leasing office openCleaning and maintenance staff I must say is very good, but they seemed to also struggled with their own management.
They are the most unprofessional group among all we have visited. We booked an appointment beforehand and went there 5 mins before time but there were literally nobody in the leasing office. We waited there for 45 mins, called their number that rang the desk phone with nobody to pick up. We noticed there were few more disgruntled people waiting there and ended up leaving like us.They had a signboard hanging saying they are out on a tour and will return at 9 oclock and it was 3pm then!If the management is so irresponsible how would anyone trust them and stay there.
I dont live here but checked it out while I was looking for an apartment. Walked in on a Saturday and the person at the office was kind enough to take us on a tour without an appointment. The place was little upscale and expensive IMO.
Iβve lived in this community since 2015 and cannot say enough great experiences Iβve had here. The apartments are modern with great layouts. I never hear noises from my neighbors which I attribute to the highest level of construction. The leasing team are attentive and accommodating and as are the maintenance team. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
We have been renting in different apartments/complexes. This means we have worked with several community management groups. But we have had a very vary pleasant experience with Berkshire Community group, especially The Rey apartments in San Diego and the Aire apartments in San Jose. I will explain why/how. We were renting in the Aire in San Jose and we still had 6 months to the end of my lease that we had to move to San Diego due to job relocation. However, the management in the Aire (Marzieh) was kindly helped us through the process of re-renting from the other Berkshire community group in San Diego (The Rey) to avoid paying any extra fee. Further, they didnt deduct unreasonable amount from our deposit for cleaning (actually it was the least I have ever paid and very clear charges). At the Rey in San Diego, we had so much fun in the apartment and its amenities. Further, it was always easy to fix a little issues since the management team is VERY responsive, helpful, and responsible. Again for our second lease there was a situation that we had to break our lease and leave to different location. in this situation I was communicating with the management team (Sarah and Justin) to try to rent out our apartment ASAP to avoid paying any fee. It was not the easiest time, but again thanks to Sarah and Justin (and the whole team) we had a very smooth transitioning and our apartment was rented out in less than a week (which means we ended up paying the minimum breaking lease fee). All in all, we had a great time living in both Berkshire communities. I believe the main reason is that their staff are very nice and helpful and they have a great culture of customer service.
Moved in a week ago and everything has been absolutely wonderful! The apartments are sleek, modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The surrounding area is gorgeous for San Jose, with trees and a park right across the street from the complex. When in the process of looking and applying here, Carina was extremely helpful, thorough, and quick to answer any questions. Both she and Jack have made this a smooth and easy move and Im extremely happy to call this home -- Cannot recommend this place enough!
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! This complex is so beautiful inside and out. The community is clean and safe. The leasing team was outstanding, especially Jack, he answered all of my questions and was extremely attentive and went above and beyond.
The community is so beautiful and modern . They have stainless steal appliances in all apartments which is amazing . River Oaks Park is right across the street which is a plus. Itβs a smaller community and everyone seems friendly. I had so many questions during my tour and Carina answered them all. She followed up with me right away and responded fairly quickly. Great experience and amazing staff .
This apartment complex is BEAUTIFUL! So safe and clean! I took a tour here and i was so happy because itβs amazing. Great area and wonderful staff.
What an Amazing place. The office staff is so helpful and polite and the maintenance team is unmatched in quality. I highly recommend you live here!
Found a 1 bedroom on Thursday and we are moving in today(Saturday). Such a short period to move in could be overwhelming, but Jack Reese helped us out with everything possible and walked us through the whole process. He was very responsive as far as phone calls and emails are concerned and I am glad everything worked out just fine. I would definitely recommend Aire.
Nice place to live. nice apartment layout. nice pool nice gym. super nice appliances and office staff and maintenance person are so friendly.for sure ill recommend this property to my friends and family.
My husband and I just moved across country into AIRE about a week ago. To be honest, itβs been hard to find people that are willing to help us here in the Bay Area and the staff at AIRE have literally been a blessing. From the beginning of the process of moving, Corina made it so easy. She was very professional and so kind as she walked us through the rental process and made sure we had everything we needed to move. As we continued to figure out logistics, she continued to provide help along with Jack. Even our move in day, they both continued to serve us so well, allowing us to borrow their dolly to help us cart stuff from one end of the building to the other and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled into our new home. They definitely made moving so far from home a lot easier and we canβt thank them enough for this!!On top of having such a great experience with the staff, our apartment was beautiful and super clean. We joked that even the trash room smelled good! (But for real, it did - it smelled like cinnamon!) In addition, everyone we have encountered that lives here has also been super kind and welcoming, which just makes this place feel more like home. I would absolutely recommend living here just based on the interactions Iβve had with the staff and the tenants.
Ever since I moved in, I had great experience with leasing office staffs and Maintenance team. Apt itself is clean and modern.
Wish I could give zero star. Horrible management policies. No parking. You have to be on the waiting list for months and who knows how long even after. Rooms are oddly shaped. I donβt understand how the apartment reviews are good. Stay away unless you are a millionaire.
Ive been living in a studio apartment for about one year at Aire now. And near the apartment there is a park, tennis court, basketball court, Starbucks, google shuttle and more! Youll never find a better place to live!
Ive just moved in a couple weeks ago. But so far I love it here! The staff is great, the location is amazing and my apartment is really nice. The complex is very clean and well maintained. I really like the gym, lounge and community pool area. Since Ive just moved here from Europe, it makes me feel like I am on holiday every day! Walking distance from River Oaks Park, tennis court, basketball court, Starbucks, restaurants, VTA station and Guadalupe River Trail. The staff is very professional, friendly and always helpful. They go out of their way to help you with anything you need, especially Shokouh. She has been great in helping me set up in my new home. No complaints here. Thank you for everything!
The apartment community is new and to some extent clean, but I am warning anyone interested in renting a unit here. I just moved out of the community and here are the list of things you should consider before deciding to rent a unit here:1- They charged me $300 for Apartment cleaning, carpet cleaning, and paint. All of the above were in excellent condition since I cleaned them myself. However, when I asked them about the fees, the answer of was as follows (quote from management):The cleaning and carpet cleaning are normal charges after resident moves out of the unit. When you moved in your Pat was professionally clean so when you move out we need to clean it for the next resident. Maintenance take pictures of the unit after resident move out as well. Did you pay someone to clean your unit? We need a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. If you did pay someone to clean it please provide the receipt so I can talk to my manager about it.This is an email they sent me yesterday! Apparently, one has to do professional cleaning before move-out!2- The elevators are broken and out of order almost all the time. You can expect to go up and down the stairs for the most part of your stay.3- The fire alarm goes off almost every month, not mentioning the fact that one night it went off 13 times and no one could sleep until they went to work in the morning! All of them, false alarms! Imagine what happens to those with kids4- The management team is never in the office, and when you need to pick up your package, you have to wait for hours.5- The walls are thin and you can hear, with no effort, your neighbors private discussions!6- The trash chute is really nasty and unclean.7- Bugs are all over the place.8- No parking for guests or people with two cars.9- Multiple break-ins to cars! Last week they had 3 on one day!10- No shopping or stores in the vicinity.
Love living here. Marzieh is always ready to help us with our needs. We have been blessed with having little to no neighbor noise in our apartment, and we enjoy the East side views of the mountain range.
Great apartment and very good management. Marzi and her team are doing an incredible job of managing the property and ensuring superior resident experience
Good inspection and maintenance service. I am glad that they do these service for free and being very responsible.
Great complex. One of the nicest places Ive lived in the bay area. Marzieh Najafi, the property manager is super nice and always helped me with any issues. If the manager at my new apartment is half as cool as her, Ill consider myself lucky.
Very clean community. Nice parking, clean indoors. Nice interiors. Overall very good community.
4 years of my journey with AIRE was fantastic. All the staff members at the leasing office are very approachable and help us in all aspects especially Marzi at leasing office is very helpful. She understands the requirements of the tenants and help them to her best. Thank you Marzi for all the support you have given us.
Very negative experience from the first minute! I dont recommend to deal with these guys. They are liars! They post fake ads on craiglist with a fake price. When I called to check the price, the management just told me everything else but the price, all the pros of the apts and benefits. They were trying to avoid my direct price question. They think that their customers are stupid.Their craiglist posting for 1 bedroom is for 2387$ and their real price is over 2600$. They are just wasting peoples time, trying to provide the better fake price and let people come to check out the apartments. Which is just waste of time.I will never deal with such unprofessional company.
I am living in Aire apartments past 4 years and itβs been wonderful experience.π The community is new with all modern aminities. The service provided is really awesome. Maintaince service requests are usually completed within 24 hours. Management staff and AIRE team are very helpful and friendly.
Great place to use.... we were there on AIR BNB - WOW!
Very fresh and new. Never stayed there, just visited.
Beautiful property with a truly high-scale feel.
Created a maintenance work request on a Sunday (clogged kitchen sink), what a mistake. No one seems to have a maintenance schedule, I just would like to know when someone is going to fix it (hopefully today).
Nice apartments and facilities but lack of guest parking
An amazing place to live!
Very deceive place, I lived there (apt 187 ) for almost one year got my car broke, bike stolenAnd paid all my rent on time included all move out fees requestedBut never got my security deposit back with no explanation on whyI called the office many times no one pickup and left voice mail no one call me back, it has been 7 months now since I moved out of that place still has not received my security deposit, this place is fraud ..Stay away
