I lived in Atrium Garden Studios from August 2019 to November 2020 .It has furnished studios which are very similar to hotel suites. No kitchen available in the rooms though but there is one common access kitchen available in the second floor . The complex has a laundromat as well .The rooms have a bed and mattress, a nightstand and a chair, even a desk and TV .The price was very decent and in my opinion if you are single and want to live in the Silicon Valley on a budget, this is the perfect place for you .I should also mention that Mei the manager and her staff, Lina and Antonio are always there and ready to help .

I lived in these studios during my summer interns in San Jose in 2002 and 2003 and also from 2004 to 2005 when I worked in San Jose. I remember Jim and Alex. Had some good time playing ping pong with Jim.The studio apartments are nice, the service is good, and furniture is acceptable but the place can be noisy. Sometimes residents come in the garden and talk till late, if your neighbor listens to TV or radio loud you can hear it. Once burglars broke into the truck renting company adjacent to the building and the alarm went off and sirens played till dawn!!Overall it is a good value for the money.

The price is unbearable.location is great. the rooms are furnished, and all utilities paid.what else do you want?

Very good place well maintaned for a single person.

Lived 3+ years, if you are bachelor it works out fine but with family it is too small. Rent increases randomly don’t be surprised about it, by 100$.

Today i went to this apartment. I personally met the property manager MAY Huang. She was so welcoming and polite. Probably i havent seen manager like her in my life. She is truly an amazing person. She deserves more than 5 stars.

Fraud, they change their own rules at will and the company behind this appartments is fraudent, the use fraud and do not abide by the laws of California. Not only that the rooms and rates promoted is not what will be offered to you, most likely a tiny room at a much higher price, that also falsely advertise wifi but it is for their internal use only.

No recomended, what you pay on sqf in 3 times more, the management charge deposit, cherful do not agree to pay deposit $195, without see the room .May the manager she play a game all the time, like nothing is avalable charge for 1 1/2 months in advance without showing the room .After no refound for you, no customer service to complain or claim, she is working whit a real estate company that never return the phone call.

BEWARE OF MANAGER BEHAVIOUR!The manager named May is extremely rude and arrogant. She started to use statements like THIS IS AMERICA! and you are not from USA and started to behave very badly. I have no clue how this is related for applying apartment even though I have living in apartment more than 15 years. Over all the worst manager behaviour towards new tenant.

I was here more then 8 Month...very nice people....if you are friendly then they are friendly to you....
