Got my boys hair cut done fast, now there ready for school. Call in and make appointment.

I went to get a haircut shortly after salons were permitted to reopen. I believe the stylist I was assigned to was new, just based on how long it took to do the cut, but she did an excellent job. I made an appointment. The wait wasnt long and the store was clean with enough space to stay away from others. The stylist and I both wore masks. It was a good experience overall.

Absolutely LOVE this shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and Ive never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes. I go to Bea (Beatrice) and shes awesome! She is very patient and takes off just small increments at a time to get just the cut I want. Very convenient location and lots of very good hair products. Ive gone to this shop for over a year and have never had a less than great experience. Love the price, too!

Closes before stated time. Said they accept walk-in’s yet place is closed 10-15 minutes prior to official closing time and told I can call ahead to see if anyone’s available. Isn’t calling ahead to check on staff status the same as making an appointment? No thank you. Will drive to different location IF I’m to try Supercuts again.

They dont take forever. Get in, get it, and on with your day.

My son, husband and father in-law all get their hair cut by Anna. She is super friendly, always listens to how they want their cut, and she takes her time and does it right.

Took an inch off when I said about a half an inch. Shaved off my sideburns when I said only to trim them. Lady cleared hated her job and didn’t communicate. My mistake for thinking Supercuts could perform high-end service. Go back to cosmetology school. One star.

Best haircut ever!

Horrible service.. rude person at the counter.. came to get a hair cut and she told me that there were 4 people ahead of me and to come back in 45 minutes... came back in 44 minutes and said I wasn’t here so they took other people in.. which was fine but then she put my Name back at the bottom of the list and told me to wait again...
