My wife loved her eye brow waxing

I had my first wax a couple months ago with Rosangela and I kept telling her how nervous I was and everything! She was the sweetest person and made the process go by so quick. She talks to you while she does the waxing as well. Rosangela is so gentle and she got me to start doing chocolate waxes which I absolutely love now! She’s also good with after care too! Highly recommend scheduling a waxing with her !💗💗💗💗 This place is very clean, very professional, and the wait isn’t long at all especially if you book through their website!

It was first doing anything related to waxing. Rosangela was the best!! She walked me through all steps to make sure I was comfortable with process since it was my first time. She also made the process free painless to because of the method she does. The place was very clean and smells good as well. I will definitely come back because Rosangela!! 10/10 recommended!

I had my first ever full Brazilian wax done here today and it was a great experience! I scheduled my appointment with Rosangela and she was super nice and did a great job! I was so nervous about how bad the pain would be, she recommended the best wax for my first time and answered all my questions, as I had plenty for my first time, lol. I would recommend this place and Rosangela to anyone! I will definitely be back! It was a very nice and clean environment and very welcoming! Very happy with my experience here!

Liza is always the lady to perform my hair removal service. She’s nice and quick. The other staff all seem nice as well. The place smells clean and looks clean. There is a closer hair removal service next to where I live but I tend to come here because of their staff.

The space has always been spotless but they’ve taken it up a notch to make customers feel safe during this strange time. I’ve seen multiple esthetician’s here and they’re all fantastic.

I was visiting from out of state and in need of some waxing. LOVED this place! Not only was it beautiful decorated it was spotless. My fabulous waxer was LAURA and from the instant I met her I was completely comfortable and at ease. Not only was she fast and efficient she was also great to talk to. I’ll definitely be a repeat client when visiting my nearby friend again. The receptionist was also most friendly and welcoming.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I was welcome warmly. It was clean but also stylish and feel safe and comfortable and I was out in less than about 30 minutes!

This place is the best! I started faithfully coming about a year ago. I saw Liza for a full body after I got really sick, and she has always been so patient with me. I have a hard time moving my arm for the underarm wax, but EVERYTIME she just works with me to give me the best wax possible. She’s always so pleasant to talk and laugh with. She makes it feel like I have a friend in the waxing business. I have never left feeling unsatisfied! Love her and this place!!!!!

This place is amazing! From Ashley at the front counter making my appointments to Liza doing my full body wax, the whole experience is great. The shop is clean, they dont double dip They wear gloves, everything is legit great!

I dont remember her name but she was excellent. Everyone i encountered was pleasant. Just shopping in the area I walked in, waited maybe 5 minutes and was in and out comfortably.

Brazilian body Wax in Peachtree City is by far my favourite place to get my waxing done. They are always very nice whenever I go in. Because I never know what my schedule will be like,I dont make appointments. I usually just go in and ask if they have time for me. Never once have I been turned away and they never make me wait. They are quick with their work and also fairly thorough... and they give you candy which may be influencing my review ;)

I just moved here from SC. I moved away from family and my husband works full time so Im not able to have someone watch my sweet baby while I run personal errands. I came in to the store to get my eye brows done, and as soon I walked in immediately a girl at the counter looks at me and says um, you cant be here! I explained that I didnt understand and she explained that I could be here, but not my baby. The store had a new policy where there were no babies allowed. Let me first say, I completely understand! I think every store can make their own rules!!!! So I offered to leave and the girl insisted I stay and they would make an exception this one time....I asked repeatedly are you sure? I dont mind going somewhere else and she still said ....no, its fine. We will just put a note in here and we will have the boss wax you herself. If I would have known what happened next I would have left. I was waiting for over 20 minutes and there was constant glancing and eyes rolling as they would look over at me with the baby. I was about to leave, but the owner called me back. When we got in the room she started on my eye brows but made sure to tell me AGAIN how I should be glad that she was there today or I would have to go somewhere. I told her I offered to leave and she scoffed. Well my daughter started crying and she said get it out. So I thought my daughter was bothering the store, so I proceeded to get her out of her car seat and just sat her in my lap. The owner huffed and kept and being rude. She did my eye brows so fast and it wasnt a clean job :/ I paid at the front and I did NOT tip due to the bad experience and as I walked out the owner said remember, dont come back till you leave your baby with a babysitter or someone else!Ive gone one time before about a month ago without my baby (special occasion) and I had one lady do my eye brows and she did a fantastic job!!! She took her time, and my eye brows looked like a million bucks!--I just want anyone with a child to be aware of what happened. I would hate for you to be mistreated the same way I was when I brought my daughter in.

Carolyn is the best with my brows! I never leave here with a single eyebrow hair out of place. I get compliments on them at least once a day, even when Im due for a visit and theyre a little bushy. Thats how you know shes good.

Really disappointed in their customer service aspect. Walked in at 3:15 and they told me they were closing early at 4pm and I said I would wait just in case something opened up. They someone comes out at 3:30 to tell me they are closing now with 3 capable waxing people standing there. i am a fairly regular customer and would have really appreciated that favor to squeeze me in. Really, really disappointed.

Went a Brazilian sugaring at 12:30 and notice at 4:30 that it was still stubbly. Call to make arrangements to correct and the best they could do was give me $15 off of 4 week appointment. Poor customer service and poor Brazilian sugaring will be my first and last time

I think its ridiculous that as a single mother they would not wax my eyebrows with my son with me. I never have time for myself and just wanted to get my brows done real fast. They turned me away without even knowing my son is well behaved and would have sat quietly for the 5 min it would take.

I am horrified by the owners reponse to the lady with her child. First, why passive aggressively respond to a potential repeat client about a dishonest review? How defensive and unprofessional. Turn off. If your business allowed the woman one time only with her child, commit with a smile on your face instead of continuing to reprimand. I will not be seeking services at this practice.

This was my second time at this location. I was very disappointed. My first time, it hurt (but expected) I had some stubble still left but thought it was normal. I went yesterday for a brazilian but this time was very different especially with the out come. First, I felt rushed. Second, I asked about some areas that still felt like hair was there, I was told that plucking is needed sometimes as the hair is short. Ok. When I finally got home it was horrible. I had so much stubble and there were areas that she missed. So now I have really short hairs that i can feel and see and long hairs I can see in areas. I wake up this morning the hairs are worse. Its like I shaved and the hair is growing back already. I am very disappointed and feel like if the individual who did my wax took her time. I dont know what to do now as I have a trip and I dont really want to shave......This was not a good experience.
