Wonderful management, maintenance, and gorgeous apartments!I lived at One38 Apartments from Jan 2020 when they just opened till April 2021. I was a big fan of the shower, full-sized washer/dryer, really all of the appliances.To top it off, the managers are fantastic (big shout out to Scott!). They are always quick to respond and kept us well informed of what was going on in the community and improvements being made. The maintenance team was also quick to respond to any issues.I truly enjoyed my time here :)

We moved from another downtown apartment complex and I must say, this place has such a nicer feel to it. The staff are truly amazing and make living here a great experience. The floors in the apartments are SOLID so you really dont hear your neighbors much. The ameneties inside of the apartments are top end while the prices are more than reasonable for the area. So far we really enjoy living here and hope to stay for a long time.

Love the property and the managers, Micheal and Scott are awesome and super friendly. I love that the unit includes a washer and dryer, no more collecting coins for the Sunday wash. The trash chutes are conveniently at the end of each hallway, no more taking out the trash to the curve. Its also so hard to find a nice pretty friendly apartment complex with a dog park.

Nice new building and amazing staff! Managers Scott and Michael are incredibly friendly and helpful! We lived in this apartment complex for 8 months and enjoyed our time there!

Ive been living here for the past 7 months. Its a new construction and the whole complex is maintained very well. It is very quiet and all the neighbors are very courteous. There are lockers where our packages are kept safe. If the package is too big the leasing office will hold it for us. Not many amenities right now since its new construction but location is great since its just 10 minutes walk from San Pedro square. Micheal and Scott are leasing staff. They are always ready to help!

Aura has beautiful brand new construction, all hard floor, open concept, and pet-friendly condo-like apartments right in downtown! I have allergies and just our zero-carpeting requirement rules out most places; add the pet-friendly aspect and options in the area become even slimmer. Thats why this was an exciting find in our recent hunt!Our fave floorplan was sunny B7 with the wrap-around porch, and a view of the mountains.Their leasing staff, Scott and Michael were very friendly and helpful. Be it that they are trying to fill up all units (the building opened only a few months ago), the company offered 2 months rent free, plus $2,000 which made the option more affordable. So, if youre interested now might be the best chance to get the best deal.These pictures were sent to me by Scott after our tour for reference when we were doing our final new home selection.
