Soothing dental is the place to goo if your feeling nervous about any dental work you might need to get. I am in the process of getting my first cavities taken care of and from the front desk to the Socorro they done everything to make me comfortable. I am recommending this place to everyone I know

Exceptional friendly staff!

I had two visits at the Soothing Dental this year and both were five-star experiences to me. Earlier this year, Dr. Saeidi cemented a crown for me and her work was flawless. I also got a root canal done by Dr. Dehghani recently which was another phenomenal experience. I have been satisfied with the results of my dental work so far. Both doctors are highly skilled and professional, explain everything thoroughly and make the patients feel at ease and comfortable. The staff of the clinic are also super friendly and helpful.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a very positive experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and calming, as is the waiting area, which is clearly designed to create a relaxing space. I have sensitive teeth and the dentist and staff were very accommodating of that. Would recommend this place.

Its been a while since I have been to a dentist, however, Soothing Dental ad made me feel comfortable, so I booked an appointment! When arriving, their customer service was Prestige, they had a great treament plan, and made me feel very comfortable. By the way there chairs massages your back while getting an exam. Hands down by far the best. My recommendation goes to Soothing Dental in SF.

UPDATE: I had a very negative experience with Soothing Dental upon my second visit and will not be returning.Original review:They are conveniently close to downtown, and did a great job with the fillings I needed.They also offer several promotion, which include fun perks like free Starbucks gift cards.Pro tip: There is no entertainment in the chairs, so be sure to bring headphones (preferably sound canceling) for any longer procedures.

This dentists office was great. Probably up there with the best care Ive received from a dentist and they have the latest technology to be as efficient as possible. For my first appointment, they had me come in a little early to let them know my history and what I was seeking. All for the sake of being able to better their treatment and cater to my concerns. I was happy to see they cared. They have plenty of options to care for you such as numbing mouth wash, anesthesia if youre not keen on visiting but still have to, whitening treatments, teeth aligning plans, etc. Pretty much whatever your concerns may be, they will listen and do their best to accommodate. I recommend them and appreciated their care. The only thing I think they can improve on was my wait time to have the dentist see me after I was done with the hygienist but overall was satisfied with them.

Quick, clean and professional. Everyone in the office seemed interested in making sure I was comfortable and my needs were attended to. All work was clearly explained and done without discomfort. only minor complaint is that I wish that nitrous was included without extra charge, but thats hardly unexpected.

I was recommended this office by a friend and it has been my best dentist experience in SF by far. Stella was my technician and she was more than thorough. I have always secretly thought had issues with my gums/wisdom teeth and being able to brush behind my back molars and Stella was the first technician in my life to actually talk to me about it.I really get the feeling that all the folks in this office really care. Dr. Saedi talked me through all my dental procedures very well, gave me best-case / worse-case scenarios as well as options for what my insurance/out of pocket would be.Often I feel like dentist offices are trying to up sell me and that is not the case at all here. Super welcoming, and they work well with my schedule. Highly recommended!

Dr Phan took great care of me! I had a suspicious spot in my mouth. Most Dr would probably tell me its nothing but My concerns were his. He took initiative to make sure I was completely at ease. He was quick but didnt compromise quality! He knew what he was doing. I was satisfied with the overall visit. His assistant Melissa worked well with him, great team work to make sure I was taken care of. Reuben at the front desk had a sense of humor and was helpful. Absolutely fantastic. I’ve been coming here for over two years. I moved to the bay and saw the faceboook adds and was willing to give it a shot just for the sake of trying out the free Uber ride to and from your appointments.I assumed that they might be over investing in marketing, ads, and the kitschy elements of the business at the expense of quality but this has proven not to be the case. The hygienists and dentists are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and they use the latest and greatest technology (full mouth 3D scans, laser density measurement etc) in their dental cleaning and other treatments. The office is convenient, beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing; wait times are extremely short, they aren’t pushy about what they offer, and my teeth are in great shape. I will definitely keep coming back and I would and have recommended soothing to anyone else looking for a new dental practice.

Dr. Sona did an amazing job with my fillings and the process was painless and even, dare I say, pleasurable. I watched The Office the entire procedure with their sweet VR headsets and noise cancelling headphones that made me forget I was at the dentist’s office getting my mouth worked on!Everyone is very professional- from the front office to the dental assistants, to the dentists. Let me start by saying I have never enjoyed dental visits but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Yang! I wish I knew others who needed the pinhole surgical procedure or a new dentist for that matter. I had a pretty severe case of recession on one tooth in particular and was very apprehensive of (dreading) having to get gum graft surgery! Thanks to Dr. Yangs innovative approach to dentistry, I didnt have to resort to the more invasive painful gum graft surgery. I couldnt believe how little pain I felt immediately after the procedure! Recovery time so so short! It was truly amazing. The office is so clean, calm and professional! I had to follow a very precise and specific follow up schedule due to my imminent relocation out of state and Samantha was so thorough, accommodating and helpful in making that happen for me. I wish I had found them sooner because I really enjoyed everything about my experience. If you are considering this procedure or are looking for a stellar dental experience I couldnt be more effusive about the care I received with Dr. Yang and her team. They are simply the best and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The receptionists, hygienists, dentists, everyone is so hospitable an accommodating. My dentist took the time to explain everything and took a minute to get to know me as well as a first time patient. They gave me a starbucks gift card, free uber ride to and from the appointment and an overall relaxed experience. I wouldnt say I have dentist anxiety, but Im never too excited to go – this experience has made it a lot easier for me to schedule my next cleaning appointment without hesitation!

I got fillings done here, as well as xrays and routine exams and cleanings. Dr. Saeidi in particular is very knowledgeable and empathetic, ensuring that I understood everything about the procedures I had elected to take before agreeing to do them. They have great availability, a nice vibe, great views from the office, and easy scheduling from the app.

Amazing, wonderful, caring staff--Marisa in particular is a tremendous gift as a new hygienist. Stella is my go-to person for all things deep cleaning, and I really consider her a friend and coach. Dr. Yang is truly magical with anesthesia and patient communications--she is the first deeply gifted dentist Ive ever come across, born to the practice, someone I really feel has a calling, deeply compassionate and sensitive. Dr. Ganji is a skilled craftsman with fillings and occlusion repair. His work lasts years, and he is frank and honest with his findings.I am a difficult patient with very high gum sensitivity. Over the years these partners have worked hard to find and maintain the magic recipe to keep me free from pain and in top dental health. I couldnt recommend them more highly. I live two hours commute from them now, but I return every year because I trust them and hope to keep coming for many years ahead.

Really great experience, very accommodating and attentive. work done has been really high quality and painless. Beautiful views of the city in a very relaxing setting, plus VR glasses to zone out via netflix during procedures all add to a calm and trusting environment.

This place reeks of a scam. The CEO is their head of IT? The receptionists arent trained well, and I feel like their membership fee on top of a monthly insurance payment is sketch.Its also sketch that Soothing Dental doesnt consider themselves as a dentist, but a community of dentists. Which would make sense if my Soothing Dental insurance worked at non-Soothing dental names places, but it doesnt.Be wary of doing business with these people, it lets off so many red flags for me.(You can also find this review on yelp)

I am having to edit my review because I was initially bribed with a $5 starbucks gift card to leave a positive review on my first visit.I was not given any price estimate up front, and the bill was astronomically higher than I expected.Dont be fooled by their $5 uber credit, find someplace that will be up front and transparent about their pricing.

The office was very modern and sleek. I enjoyed the ambience and really made me feel calm for my appointment.The appointment was on time and dr.siavash was very helpful in explaining everything he was going to do for me. He explained my overall dental situation, my remaining cavities and which required treatment and which could be left and recommended removal of wisdom teeth. Afterward, he was able to fix my chipped tooth, the primary purpose for my visit, with no issues.Im new to the area but Ill be using Soothing Dental and Dr.Siavash for the rest of my dental needs here in SF.

Expert service, free rides to and from the office, and most importantly Dr. Leyla Sahabi was able to fix a problem I was having with one of my teeth that two other dentists said was impossible. 10/10.Their app can be a bit buggy at times but its still much faster than paper forms and phone calls - plus, if all else fails, they will solve any problems over email quickly.

WONT STOP SPAM CALLING. Over prescribed services that I didnt need. Very old facility pretending to have VR etc.I left this practice a year ago and emailed them multiple times telling them why. They wont stop spam calling trying to get me to come back.On Yelp, and other places online they claim to charge a service fee because:The services that we provide like ubering patients to our offices, having real-time access to your dentists through our app, managing your appointment online and many more are covered by our membership.however, on the majority of occasions that Ive tried to use any of the online services such as scheduling appointments or trying to book an Uber ride, it has not worked.The primary motivation for me signing up to Soothing Dental was the presented image of using the latest technology and VR headsets etc - something that I have never encountered in real life on any of my visits to the office.I was also told during one of my regularly cleaning appointments that I would require a full mouth deep cleaning. After getting one half of my mouth deep cleaned by the office, I visited another dentist (who had a number of staff that actually previously worked for Soothing Dental) telling them that I wanted the other side of my mouth deep cleaned by them. After looking at my X-rays and performing my own analysis, they said that I didnt need a deep clean and actually even if they were to try, there wasnt really anything there for them to clean out.

Theyre really nice, really high tech! Only have an issue with the appointment/online systems. Site doesnt work in Firefox, and it seems to not send any email or text appointment reminders or even show Ive been to the office (ey?). But they have VR for watching TV or movies, forget your face is being drilled and scraped all which way. ;) Super cool.

I was petrified of coming to the dentist, I had to have extensive dental work and had a little P.T.S.D from a previous dentist, however it is true, Soothing Dental is professional and such a welcoming dental office, the name holds 100% true. I have been seeing Dr.Dehghani for multiple dental work over the past year and not only is he a very thorough expert in his craft, but he has a genuine care but has fantastic bedside manors as well. The entire staff is so warm, pleasant, and considerate. The atmosphere is Zen like, from warm and mellow lighting to the attention of detail. After a procedure is fi ished they serve you a warm towell, water, a lip swab, in a bento box. Added plus**, its on the 25th floor, so every room overlooks the city!

I recently moved to San Diego, but I hopped on Southwest to SFO last week after a crack appeared in a molar, because, in my whole 69 turns around the sun, I have never been treated with such care and excellence as in Drs. Ganji and Yangs office.1. the staff is sincerely friendly and helpful. Charges have always been explained clearly and discussed beforehand, Dealing with insurance companies can be very tricky, but I dont have that problem and costs are very important to me.2. The front bridges and crowns that Ganji and Yang created for me have changed my life. Instead of hiding my funny, stained old front teeth, I can flash a gorgeous, happy smile that I get compliments on every day and makes me look 10 years younger. It was a serious expense, but not any more money than another dentist charged for botched work. And, it was accomplished with a lot less pain and discomfort for me.3. State of the art equipment and technique, plus the extra care that is given...like bite blocks and lip grease, a pillow for my neck, headphones and music and the utmost gentleness and concern assuage all of my dental offices phobias.4. As for tooth cleanings... Stella has the soul of the tooth fairy!!

Its a very shady place, was told I have 0 copay, because they are in network and convinced to do additional procedures with them, 2 month later received a 350$ bill.Asked for a simple cleaning and saw in the bill that they did some crazy one, which insurance wouldnt cover. Really really bad impression, shady people, rude assistance. It was the worse cleaning and terrible situation I have ever had.
