Dr. Soto just helped me replace the ugliest bridge which was done way back when I was in high school. He’s knowledgeable, meticulous, and highly skilled at what he does. The entire office team was professional and courteous. Beautiful modern facility with all the latest technology.From communicating regarding my initial appointments to delivering the final product, this is the office to go to in San Francisco. I am extremely pleased with the result. Approximately 5 years ago, Dr. Robert Soto did a cosmetic procedure on my upper teeth. The procedure improved my smile dramatically and my teeth are beautiful. Dr. Soto is extremely skillful and knowledgeable with cosmetic procedures. He is friendly and a very confident person. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a TERRIFIC DENTIST.

Definitely the best dentist Ive ever been to. Office is clean and comfortable. Everyone is wonderful, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists themselves. I hate the dentist as much as anyone, and while I cant say I have a smashing good time, Im more comfortable here then anywhere else Ive been, by far.Dr Soto is good at explaining work that needs done vs work that isnt critical yet but should be done eventually. I never feel like hes pushing work on me that I dont need, which is very important as well.

I had to leave an updated review because I went for my second appointment the other day. I feel very lucky to have found this dentist. He is very caring and even emailed me to follow up after the appointment. I cant get over how I had been going to another dentist for years and rarely saw the dentist, only the dental hygienist. This is not the case with Robert Soto DDS and Albert Kadosh DDS, you will have his 100% attention each time.

I have been going to Dr. Soto for the last 4 years. He is a wonderful and caring dentist. He and his office handled several emergencies promptly and were so kind. Each of his staff members always say hello when I am in the office and make me feel cared for and welcome. I would never consider any other dentist and dental office.

I am very fortunate that I am Dr. Sotos patient. He is the gentlest dentist I had to date. I annoy the easiest patient and have a very low threshold of pain. Amazingly enough no matter what procedure Dr. Soto had to perform, none of it hurt. And yes, I have more dental work then I would like to admit to. Love him.

I started seeing Dr. Soto after his predecessor retired and took over his business. After seeing the same dentist for 20 years, I was initially hesitant about getting a new dentist. But Dr. Soto is professional and experienced and I have been very happy with the level of care. I love the ipads and headphones: how awesome to be able to watch a movie and chill while at the dentist!

Dr. Soto and his team are total professionals! Dr. Soto performs a thorough examination and provides a professional evaluation with different treatment options. ive had implants as well as general dentistry with him and have been very please with the results. His office staff is the best Ive ever experienced. They follow up on all calls immediately, work hard to re-schedule when i need to cancel and goes above and beyond to work with the insurance companies to get coverage on treatments. Also, the teeth cleanings are excellent. Cant say enough great things about this office... and I usually dont write reviews so it says a lot that i took the time to do it!

Dr.s Soto & Kadosh are fantastic! The office staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I travel from the North Bay to come to this office, it is well worth the trip. I cannot give them enough praise, they are the best.

I love Dr. He has such a warm chairside manner and I really feel like he cares about me as a patient. I came in with an infected tooth and he advised me to try antibiotics first before going down a more invasive path. I really respect that he isnt trying to just sell more dental services, but do the right thing for my tooth.The practice is dependable, well organized, and clean. My only issue has been that I dont like the tool they use for cleaning - it shoots water and vibrates - I find it somewhat painful and always have to ask the hygienist to turn it down. But I think this is probably the case at all modern dentists these days.

This would easily be one of the most relaxing, easy and enjoyable dentistry experiences of my life. The only thing missing was a massage chair. Heck, I had a horrible hangover and still the whole visit was enjoyable.

This is a great dental office. They have great equipment, clean and updated desig decor, and friendly staff. I had Dr. Shin who is probably the youngest dentist Ive met, but he was super thorough, knowledgeable, and even conducted his own cleaning. Im not sure if this is their common practice, since they have a lot of hygienists as well. I highly recommend this office. Its super close to WTC PATH and literally right ouside the Chambers St subway station.

Im terrified of dentists but he is one of a kind. I came to CA on a business trip and my broken molar decided to get give me the worst pain the night before my flight. Least to say, soon after I landed I had to find a dentist Robert Soto DDS and Albert Kadosh DDS. Thank God he was avaliable. I went in and was taken care off right away. I must say the best way to relax during an extraction is stevie wonder station in which he sets the music to your liking. I will def be switching to him soon once CA becomes home.
