What a wonderful experience! Highly recommend the pedicures here...so relaxing sitting in the massage chair while they worked on my feet! Took his time and it looks great! $60 for me and a friend with a $25 tip.($30 each) Got get your feet done! Its worth it!

Best place in town for nails and yes Ive been to the other places in Xenia and Ive been let down. The people here though are super good and pay close attention to detail. Ive been a couple times now and Ive been happy every time.

The man who did my pedicure was amazing. He really put effort into it. Most salons don’t care but he really did. However, the lady my mother got was a little harsh.

The employees here are rude. They lack customer service skills. When you walk in the door they ignore you and they are not worried about you one bit. Poor attitude. When I got their attention I was told to just sit down and when I confronted them about ignoring me, they asked me why I’m acting like that. I will never spend any money here and take my business elsewhere. I walked out on a scheduled eyebrow wax.

They Put FAKE Gel Polish On My Nails... How Do I Know... Gel DOES NOT CHIP!!!! Ive Had Sets From Other Places And Wasnt Able To Get A Fill In For A Whole Month... I Had CRAZY Growth But NEVER Did It Chip... Its Not Supposed Yo Which Is Why It Costs $20 Extra plus It Can ONLY Be Removed With A Drill... $45 In 2wks & My Polish Chipped... NEVER AGAIN 😡

I have been going to Nail Ace getting my nails and eyebrows done since 2005 . Candy is amazing.

All technicians listen to my needs and are respectable to all persons.

This is the best nail salon in the area. The staff is very pleasant, the salon is very clean, and Candy is the best wax tec Ive ever had. Plus, all of the nail tecs do your nails exactly as you ask them to.

I like getting waxed there but getting my nails done is a different story. The guy that painted my nails made one of the bleed, left nail polish on the middle of my finger and it starting chipping off by the end of the day (might be user error).

My nail technician did a wonderful job and she was nice and pleasant. Any concerns I had she took care of them

Its ok. One of the better places to go in Xenia.

I went for a mani and pedicure.. Pedicure was bad the lady had polish I’m the side of my toe.. and I had to tell her to wipe it off.. I also received a gel manicure and the lady that waited on me did a HORRIBLE job.. it was so bad that I had to direct her on how to polish my nails and she still did a crappy job.. The sad part is a paid $65 for something that looks like a 4 year old painted.

I was scared to get my eyebrows waxed and have never had them done like that before but I was very pleased with the job Candy did. I go back to her regularly now. She is the only person I trust to do it.

Even if you have an appointment you still have to wait 40 minutes never again

I called and they told me there was appointments open from 4 to 530 but yet when I arrived it took 20+ mins for me to be seen. They overlooked me when they asked me what everyone needed done and instead did 2 manicures. All I needed was my polish removed which would take 15 mins max. Wont go back.
