Dr. Vivian Cui has been my dentist for nearly ten years. From an academic standpoint she has been educated in top notch universities and fellowships. More importantly than that, she is dedicated provider, a perfectionist in the execution of her work and she has a lovely bedside manner. We laugh often! My dental genetics have led me to spend a fair amount of time at her office over the years. She is always on the cutting edge of advancements in the field, changing instruments and techniques along the way as new advancements come about. She never lets me suffer in any pain, her technique is impeccable. I have recommended her to probably twenty people over the years and they are always happy to have transferred their care to her.

Such a great experience. Super friendly crew, on time and modern technology, including a super duper chair massager! Getting your teeth cleaned never felt so great!

I’ve been a patient at Pacific Heights Dental Studio for almost four years now and I can’t say enough how much I love the team. All the staff are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they are incredibly gentle on my teeth; I’ve had cleanings, cavities filled, and crowns placed with them, and all were great experiences. If you’re in need of a dentist in the Bay Area, I highly recommend them- I travel one hour to see them! AND they have massage chairs. ; )

The office is very clean and gives a cozy feeling in the waiting room especially when the sun shines through.They took my temperature and I thought thats a plus because I believe they care. I had a deep cleaning done here and it went really smooth. I did not feel any pain. I was amazed they uses mouth rinse to numb my mouth. No more needles. Dr. Cui has been fantastic, she delivered my Invisalign program in 14 weeks and they are straight and perfect now! After bleaching and making me a night guard, my teeth are better than ever and will look good for life! I am so grateful to her and her team!

Initially came in for an Invisalign consultation but ended up making Dr Cui my main dentist as well. With Invisalign I had to come in every 4 weeks to change out my trays and they were able to work with my schedule. I’ve completed my treatment and I am in love with my new teeth. Was referred to dr Cui by my daughter because my front crown came off while I was intown. When I relocated in San Francisco, I knew it was mandatory to make Dr Cui my general dentist. As someone whose never been particularly fond of dental visits/cleanings, even slightly phobic, pacific heights dental studio has changed my attitude. For the last year and half, I’ve been seen for cleanings, exams, deep cleanings, x rays, Invisalign, etc... and it’s always been fairly relaxing - something I never thought could be associated with dental visits. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. Their recommendations come with a strong sense knowledge and empathy. The office space is clean, bright, and warm. I highly recommend Dr. Cui and her staff!

So glad to have found a dentist close to home. Even with slight dental anxiety, the entire staff was patient and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist and Dr. Cui took their time and I didn’t feel rushed. Checking out was easy and everything was electronic. Dr Cui has been my family’s dentist for about 5 years and we always look forward to coming to our appointment. There’s hardly ever a wait and when there was, the front desk gave us a courtesy call prior to us arriving. Aside from that, the office is always clean and presentable which should be the standard but not from what we have experienced at other offices. I have referred many friends and coworkers and they all are thankful for my recommendation.

Until now, Ive been a happy customer for years. Unfortunately, because of covid, I can no longer be a patient of this office. I am immune compromised, and the office refuses to ensure that I would be treated by fully vaccinated providers. Every other doctors office Ive been to, including my childs dental office have readily confirmed this for me -- its just this specific office that will not...which indicates that at least one staff member is not vaccinated against covid.

I have known Dr Cui for over three yrs now. And currently, I am getting my Invisalign treatment with her and she is the most patient person. She listens to me very carefully and understands exactly what I want to achieve. She is also very professional in what is best for me — to ensure I have healthy teeth and gums in the long run. She won’t recommend anything your teeth/gums don’t need. She is honest. I highly recommend Invisalign with her!!! I am almost done and I couldn’t be happier. I feel beautiful! I love my teeth! Of course, I get my cleaning here as well and the hygienists do a very thorough job. They take their time on each tooth, quality work for sure! I had my cleaning last week and the oral hygienist made sure I didnt touch anything and was very careful in when I can use the sink to rinse my mouth and wash my hands. The practice and the team are definitely taking extra measures to make sure all staff and patients are safe. Best dentist in SF!!! Thank you Dr Cui and the team.

Used to go to this office a few years ago and I loved everything about it. Unfortunately the company I work for went out of network and it was hard to find a dentist that I truly felt had my best intent. As of the beginning of this year, I switch my insurance and so happy that Dr Cui is in network! I didn’t think this office could get any better but they proved me wrong!
