Best dentist experience Ive ever had! From the email communication to the in-office visit, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr Minami is extremely thorough and I loved how he explained the reasoning for everything he was doing as he was working on my teeth, as well as what indicates healthy teeth v.s. issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Very friendly place, I felt so welcomed and taken care of, and they calmed my nerves after not having been at the dentist for longer than usual due to the pandemic. Thorough, communicative, let me know what they were doing/looking for along the way, and I didn’t get the impression that they would encourage unnecessary procedures like I’ve had some dentists do in the past. Highly recommend!

One of those dentists that you can tell love their profession. Very aware of you as a patient, he is always asking if I am doing OK. He is not the type that tries to push you extra treatments you dont need.I do recommend him, super nice professional dentist.

I really appreciate that Dr Minami explains everything he is doing, what he is looking for, his concerns/items to keep an eye on, etc. throughout the visit. He is very personable, thorough, and as mentioned, very communicative (which I need when meeting with a healthcare practitioner).

Hes very gentle when it comes to the shot that numbs your mouth - Haha but seriously. He takes his time and listens to your chief concern and also will educate you and not judge you. Just like my last check-up, Dr. Minami and his great staff made me feel comfortable considering how I always feared going to the dentist in the past. It was an emergency root canal two years ago that forced me to seek out a dentist and I was lucky to have Dr. Minami schedule me onto his schedule. Since then, I have no fear going to the dentist now! =)

Dr Nathaniel Minami and team are awesome. This is my first dentist Ive been to since the dentist Ive been going to since my childhood -- he is very thoughtful and explains all of the procedures hes going through, I learned so much during my cleaning and fillings, which Ive never thought of previously. The team is kind and welcoming and accommodating, listening to my symptoms and finding solutions. They also take the time to go through my benefits without my asking, which is very nice.

I have been visiting Dr Minami for almost 1.5 years now. I came in myself after reading overwhelmingly positive Google reviews and I’m here to tell you: it’s true!I noticed the difference between their office and others as soon as I walked in. I don’t have good teeth and have been through a number of different dentists, many of which did not seem to be straightforward with me on the state of my dental health (for ex, getting different diagnoses from different dentists). I always feel that I’m getting a genuine and informative answer from Dr. Minami and the office staff. Shoutout to Jenny at the front desk! They’re super friendly and caring in person & in their emails. Dr. Minami has personally followed up with me via email after operations.I personally love when my healthcare professionals will give me the full picture and make sure I’m informed when making any decision. They do that and in fact, do their best to go the extra mile here: making sure their patients are taken care and getting the best care, avoiding extra operations or costs if possible, answering questions and provide extra dentistry knowledge, etc.I’ve also referred 2 friends to the office (not a referral program, I just genuinely thought they’d get the best care here). I hope I can get my quality dental care here for many years to come :)

I have never experienced the type of care as a patient then I did in Dr. Minamis chair; he provides high quality care in a compassionate manor. Typically, I hate going to dentist it was something that alway struck fear in me and froze me at times from getting the care I needed. Im enthralled to see Dr. Minami already has a 5-star rating and I couldnt agree more. Absolute nicest medical professional Ive ever dealt with - hes kind, friendly, good-humored, and yet the consummate professional. Hes super knowledgable and happy to answer any and all dental questions that might arise. Once, I even shot him an email late at night after breaking a veneer, hoping to find a solution ASAP, and he was kind enough to respond immediately the following morning to offer solutions! Cant recommend him enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Minami for years, and I would never see another dentist. I drive all the way from southern Nevada to have my teeth cleaned by him! He does a fantastic job cleaning of my teeth, and he is also kind, humorous, and patient. Do not look any further for a highly skilled dentist!

Dr. Minami and his assistant, Jasmine, are absolutely amazing! Theyre kind and transparent - theyll make sure that youre comfortable during your visit and tell you if there are any costs upfront (in my case, I had a free dental cleaning as part of my insurance).I highly recommend visiting their office if you are looking for the best dentist experience ever!

Amazing dentist experience EVER. I came in there on December 28th late afternoon for rather emergency, Although he could have easily told me there wasn’t enough time for root canal, he didn’t. The team was unbelievably efficient, but very warm at the same time, talked to me like my tooth matters to them, gave me the best treatment as the pain was their own, even if that meant working so late. 5 stars are not enough!!!

Dr.Minami is by far the most communicative, approachable, and friendliest Dentist I’ve met . He and his dental hygienist explained everything as it was happening and the purpose behind it including total transparency in cost and coverage . I greatly appreciate his manner and the work that he did for me. It was a refreshingly worry-free, surprise-free visit and I look forward to my next visit . (Said no one ever about going to the dentist, but I genuinely mean it)

Dr. Minami is the most helpful, accommodating, communicative, educative, dentist I’ve ever found, and a real pleasure to talk with, a genuinely fine person I’m glad to know. And trust! He even did something extra for me that he could have charged for but didn’t. And having my teeth cleaned by an actual dentist is the best thing yet! Jasmine is a treasure too. Not really a complaint, but they have a rather strange placeholder device for bitewing x-rays, and there’s a steep flight of stairs to get to the office, but if you can handle that, it’s more than worth the trip. Nothing corporate here, just real, helpful people!

Dr. Minami, Jasmine, and the staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. Im a pretty social person and talking to Dr. Minami and the staff put me at ease right away. I felt like I was in very good hands they whole time. The appointment was not rushed, they took the most complete set of X-rays Ive ever had done (Im a new patient here, with new insurance), and explained everything they did every step of the way - it wasnt just random jabbing and poking. Every concern I had listed was acknowledged and dealt with, even if it was just in the form of an explanation. Dr. Minami checked for oral cancers too. The receptionist made sure everything was squared away with my insurance - it was as seamless and painful a dentist trip as ever! I also appreciated that they didnt try to upsell me on treatments I didnt need!
